On our last day of vacation, we noticed a rather large screw in the tread of my tire. Brought it to Brasure s with no appointment or call and they were able to repair it in less than 30 min no questions asked. They also only charged $25 so that was a huge blessing. Awesome service. 10/10 no notes

I came in with a slowly leaking tire. Their service was prompt and clear. Even though the tire couldn't be saved, they put on the spare and recommended a tire place that could replace it the same day (we were leaving the beach the next day). Really excellent service--I'd highly recommend them.

After having a flat tire, they identified that the tire couldn't be fixed. They ordered 4 new tires and mounted them in a timely manner. I would recommend Brasure's auto to friends and family.

I've been bringing vehicles here for over 20 years. I've never had anything but exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend Brasures Auto Repairs for a full line of service. They are proactive, professional, and friendly. I understand that when local garages have trouble with a tough diagnosis they bring it to Daryl, the owner. He is certified and up to date on diagnostics. If you want someone you trust working on your vehicle, this is the place to come.

I walked into Brasures today to ask if if they could fix my air conditioner while I waited. I had a 4 hour drive home this afternoon to VIrginia and the temperatures were in 90 s. They fixed my car and I had a pleasant ride home! What exceptional customer service! I would definitely recommend Brasures.

Was at the beach and battery was dead. After getting a jump, Brasures was the closest repair shop near our vacation home. They had the battery I needed and installed it at a fair price on the spot.

2007 Toyota CorollaReplaced a Starter. So we actually go on vacay once a year and stay at Bayside Resort. We noticed my brother's Corolla was having issues starting. We would have power, and hear the clicking noise but no start. We would have to try multiple times until we actually got it to start. We finally came to conclusion that the starter was bad, so we decided to price around local shops and found Brasure's! It was less than a mile away and was priced decently. They were able to get us in the same day (early morning) 9am, and finished by 2pm for pick up. They provided a reman part with warranty.We picked up the car and drove home. We then realized the car (engine) was shaking uncontrollably. We drove straight back to Brasure's and they inspected the car and found that the oil pressure sensor was not connected fully. Once the clicked that in, the car was back to normal and starting like a champ!Overall i would def recommend Brasure's! Just make sure to check for anything while your there so they can fix it. Great customer service! Fairly priced!PS:Only thing id recommend to Brasure's is to do a final test drive with the vehicle after installation to verify car is in good order and ready before calling customer to pick up car.

I had my van serviced on 2 occasions in the past 2 years. The problem I had returned both times within weeks of service. The vehicle is a work van and needless to say it was needed to be serviced in a prompt manner. It was not, it was kept for multiple days on each visit. It is a small business that takes on more than it can handle. I have since found a more reliable service center and with better customer care and consideration for the time the vehicle is serviced.

UPDATE: 11/15/19Just last week my Chevy was sputtering and stalling while on the way to a doctor's appointment. My husband managed to get it to a shop that specializes in foreign cars as I didn't want to take it to Brasures. This shop checked it over for free, had a few ideas as to what might be wrong but said it needed to a domestic shop. In desperation, because I was leaving for a trip in 3 days, I called Brasures. Of course no one answered the phone, so I left a detailed message. After waiting a couple of hours I just kept calling over and over until an extremely rude and angry man answered saying he was much too busy to talk to me!! Before he was going to hang up on me, I told him about my situation and he said he'd call me back. He actually did, but after I explained that my car was sputtering and then stalling, he quickly told me that he couldn't help me and I'd have to take it to a dealer!! I couldn't believe it!! This is the shop I looked up online, checked out their website, read the reviews, and he's actually blowing me off like this in addition to being so rude and nasty?!?!! How do they even stay in business is beyond me!!! I ended up finding B & E TIRE AND AUTO IN DAGSBORO who I highly recommend!!MY HUSBAND AND I LEFT MESSAGES (BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT 11:00AM ON A MONDAY MORNING!) ASKING FOR A CALL BACK TO GIVE THEM REPEAT BUSINESS FOR MY CAR AND THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL BACK!!! This was after he had his car there for a week for a routine service check, and they said they had to replace a part. The whole job cost 4 figures!! Now just weeks later, and he tells me this today, error codes have been popping up on the dashboard of his car!! I don't know how they got higher than the rating I'm giving them, they deserve a ZERO for ripping us off!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Prompt, professional service at a good price. They will work with you to get what you need, at a price you can afford (many options). I will only bring my vehicles to Brazure's Auto Repair!

I've and taking my cars here for about a year-and-a-half. They are the most honest and reasonably priced autorepair I've ever dealt with. I was on a trip with my family and out truck broke down the night before we had to leaver our airbnb. Randy was able to get my truck back up and running in a few hours and we avoided disaster. They were very professional and were very quick. Thanks again!!
