I am a new resident of Bayside in Selbyville and had to have my BMW with over 100,000 miles serviced. I checked all surrounding businesses and saw Bout Time was always mentioned at top. From my first call to pick up was a model in perfect customer service and it all starts with the owners. They are very professional and very honest. You will not get a better price and such quality service on your car. I bought a 2017 porsche macan s from a dealership in Arizona and when it arrived the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I called 'Bout Time Auto Repair to make an appointment. Leo was polite and very responsive. I dropped my car off the evening before my appointment, and I got the call from Anne at noon the next day that everything was fixed and good to go, pick it up whenever I am ready. From start to finish they were polite, professional, on-time, and got the job done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repairs to their car.Service: Air conditioning

Leo and Annie are wonderful people, their auto service always top notch. They kept our 20 year old Nissan Maxima running and in good repair for 15 of those 20 years. I'm cheap, and besides we liked our Maxima. Their excellent service continued with our new Nissan Murano. Unfortunately we moved to Baltimore and we miss them and their 'caring' auto service. We called to get a price for an oil change for a Chevy Colorado . We were told around $80, we thought that was a little high since the dealer charges $70 however we wanted to support a small business. (The dealers price also included oil change, tire rotation and car wash.) We agreed to have them do the oil change so when we went to pick up we were told the total would be $105.00. After looking at the bill we were charged over 3x the retail price for the filter, double retail for the oil, and of course labor. This $105 was only for the oil change and apparently no tire rotation. We received less of a service for 33% more than what the dealer charges. Owners response it s how you stay in business Thankful they only hosed us over an oil change and not a major auto repair.Service: Oil change

I recently moved to Delaware and found this shop searching online for local Audi auto repair. Specifically, a shop with a Vag-Com who could help me clear some instrument lights (airbag) and fix bad headlight (right dipped headlight). All the rave reviews gave me confidence that Bout Time Auto Repair was the right place for me. I was absolutely satisfied with my repair and would recommend them to anyone with an import or any car for that matter.

Leo and Anne of Bout Time Auto Repair, are two of the best mechanics in the area. They take the time to explain what, where, how, and why repairs are necessary. Communication, reliability, honesty, and consistency a real plus!I gladly refer my family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors to Bout Time Auto Repair.

Anne and Leo saved our trip!! We broke down on our way through town but were able to nurse our ride over to bout time. Leo had our problem figured out within minutes and had us back on the road in less than an hour! A great crew at a great shop, thanks again guys!

Just received wonderful customer service from both Leo and Anne regarding stuck front passenger window on my X5. My instinct (website, online reviews, and being from Silver Spring/WashDCMetro Area) was correct to use them versus closest BMW dealership and another independent shop. If you have a BMW, Porsche, and/or Mazda in need repair while vacationing at the beaches in DE or OC/MD, don't hesitate to call 'Bout Time Auto Repair.I'm a NCC BMW CCA member and chair of the Ladies DIY who was treated properly at this great independent shop.

This husband wife team looked over my car and were quick and fair. I couldn't ask more from an auto mechanic shop. By the way, they are about 3-4 miles further down 54 away from the beach then Google maps places them. They have a yellow sign, and are on the right if you're coming from the beach.
