I had scheduled an appointment at another shop in the area for an alignment. I showed up at the scheduled time and no employees showed up, even after waiting for 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment time. Frustrated and needing an alignment urgently due to the suspension work I had just done to my truck, I called Nanticoke automotive to see if there were any possible accommodations that could be made, as all other shops in the area were booked til after the 1st of the year, and I was traveling over 100 miles one way for Christmas. Not only did they get me in completely last minute, staying a little late to get it done, but they did a fantastic job and the tech was inquisitive about the modifications I had just done to my truck which shows the pride and care that goes into the work. Needless to say I will come here for any future work that cannot be performed at home and its clear that this shop is honest and takes pride in their work and business.Service: Wheel alignment

called in to have a power steering pump replaced on my truck, was told after 2 days that they couldnt find the part and they were still checking stock. i checked napa and they had it 2 day shipping. after 5 days i never got another call. if they didnt want to work on the vehicle they should of just said so instead of making up they couldnt find the parts.

I have been a customer for several years. Even though they were booking appointments a few days out, my power window had broken and they worked my repair in right away. I had my car back in no time! I m very confident of their work ethic, and don t have to worry about being told I need unnecessary work done.They are honest, and stand by their work. I'm very disappointed , I called to verify my appointment . The lady says she'll call me back . Next day she calls me to say that my appointment has been cancelled .The guy that does wiring will be out 6 days. I asked her if I can wait while work gets done she said I had to find onther shop to get doni think this was discrimination.

Always friendly and helpful. They explain to me things that I do not understand when my car is not running. They always take me in if I call the day before or I have to drop in on a short notice due to sudden problems to my car...They are my "Lifesaver"...I greatly appreciate them, the workers on front as well as the ones that are in the back that I do not get to thank..Thank you all for a job well done and my car thanks you too!!!..P.s.Thank you, for the man, who out of his busy day gave me a ride home when I had no other way ...

This was a post from several months ago. "(2 stars) Normally I would rate much higher, but recently the service has been a little lax."Today (19 Jan) - they've begun to turn things around.Had an issue with my 2004 Taurus starting.(347,000 miles, which Nanticoke has done a great job in helping me maintain). I was ready to start looking for another car since I was concerned this could be an expensive repair - and with this many miles, was it worth the investment. Fortunately the mechanic who checked on the car found a loose ground wire that fixed the problem.The service I received was a welcome change to my previous review.

Very upset went to them 2weeks ago 2 fix my car they still aint fixed it and the receptionist never calls n tell me anything i have to call after they fix im never coming back to them again

When you give them the vin on the car and they quote you a price of 275.00 then when the look at the car they want to charge you over 900.00.
