The best dealership I have been to hands down! I didn t buy my most recent Jeep here but my next vehicle will absolutely be purchased from them. I took my 22 Grand Cherokee WK to 3 different dealers over 5 times for the same issue and it consistently wasn t getting resolved and I was going weeks without a vehicle, and continuing to be stranded with a vehicle that didn t want to start. Thankfully I discovered Lakeshore and Sarah and Derek from the service department are the absolute best and made sure my vehicle was fixed the right way and made sure I had a loaner to get around in (even after I hit a deer in one of their loaners!) I can t say enough amazing things about them and their whole entire service department!

Everyone at Lakeshore Motor Company is absolutely amazing. I have bought a new Grand Cherokee L and a used Renegade Trailhawk from them, and the whole process was seamless. They took the time to understand our needs and circumstances, allowed us to test drive the vehicles, explained everything in advance Special thanks to Tom, Dan, Sean and Santosh for their help and kindness. Will be back for my next vehicle purchase!

My experience with Lakeshore was awesome! I came from Virginia to purchase my car because they had the cheapest price within a 300 mile radius. The purchasing process was quick and easy. Enjoying new Lincoln Corsair thanks to LakeShore. Shout out to our salesman Ryan for being patient in answering all the phone calls and questions.

In May of 2023 I dropped my 2020 Grand Cherokee off for an oil change and tire rotation. I had recently purchased tires so I decided to have an alignment done. Later that day I received a phone call that they needed to keep it overnight because there was a problem getting the vehicle aligned properly. Inconvenient, but ok. Return the next day and everything seems fine. A week or two later I notice the tires are wearing in a strange pattern. Next oil change they apologize and "fix" the problem with no charge. Wonderful. Admitted fault and "fixed" the problem. Dropped the vehicle off last night for an oil change and tire rotation. I has asked for them to check the problem with the alignment again since is has never been correct. I received a phone call that they would do an alignment for $129. I am confused, why would I pay again for a service that was never done properly to begin with. I will say up to this point I have had nothing but polite and respectful customer service. But unfortunately being polite does not fix my vehicle. We will not be returning. Jeepers seek service elsewhere.UPDATE. Spoke to him. My opinion has not changed. If anything it is worse.

Service center customer support is horrible. Had a recall scheduled and was told it would be done a certain way since the old fix was just a weld. Showed up after being told it was completed and it was welded. I was told it wouldn t be welded in the first place and that s why I chose to have lakeshore do it. Was told by Ram Care it s supposed to be replaced and not welded with the new update. Of course the service manager told me I was wrong and wanted me to pay to fix it. The sales side of the operation is amazing but the service side is the complete opposite. Stay far and clear from Derek the service manager. IG Burton is where the truck is going to now after Ram Care fixes this mess that they caused.

This is my first time at Lakeshore, I called for an oil change last minute and they got me right in and I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Debby was extremely friendly. Even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from there I will continue to use Lakeshore for my vehicles needs.

Ryan Delgado sold me a used Nissan Rogue. With manager Jerry making sure my finance was right for me. Great place to get, many choices. I recommend Lakeshore.

Completely dishonest establishment. Lied about the miles they put on my car and services my warranty did cover also was going to charge my warranty company a diagnosis fee and me one as well. I took my car back as soon as I could. Wouldn t recommend.

I must say the staff at Lakeshore definitely made me feel right at home everyone was pleasant nit pushy. And most of all my salesman Ryan is top notch. He helped me understand that the banks needed certain things to get the deal done and I was hesitant but he made me feel assured that we would be all good. More salesman and dealerships need to take notes from Lakeshore they are above any dealerships I've ever been to. I will definitely go back and see them when im looking for another car. Not to mention they are two hours from home in jersey and it was worth the drive. Thank you guys for everything I truly appreciate it.

Best Service on the Eastern Shore. Took our Jeep to Lakeshore as a walk in not scheduled client and without having to fight to use our lifetime warranty that includes rental/loaner vehicle. Lakeshore confirmed our coverage in minutes and had us out the door in a loaner/rental within an hour. This is the only dealership our family will do business with in the future. In the past we had used Safford of Salisbury. And even though we are well established customers there was always an issue practically fighting with them to honor our warranty. The next battle would be to get the loaner/rental. Last time we went there it took 4 days to get loaner/rental that is part of our warranty and the job took over a week waiting for the needed part. Auto problems are stressful enough without having to work with a company that doesn t want to work with you or value your time. Thank you Lakeshore for making a stressful situation anything but stressful and valuing our time. Lakeshore not only values their customers and treat you like their first priority but their well trained technicians take pride in their work.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Lakeshore & my car buying experience was unmatched in a very good way. We were really impressed with the customer service, specifically Ryan & Jerry, who were amazing to work with & went out of their way to get us the best deal, interest rate, etc. The process was extremely easy & quick, & I will recommend Lakeshore any chance I get. Update 3/11/23- owner called me and refunded me the money I wasn't expecting to pay. He was very nice and understanding and showed great customer service, researching what I wrote with his staff.I will never trust their service department again. Brought my car in telling them something was wrong with my driver's side front tire. They sent me home saying nothing was wrong. The next morning, my tire was flat. I had no choice now but to have my car towed there. I was told the tire couldn't be patched, but they never showed me the tire and exactly what was wrong and why it couldn't be patched. I was just told it was the side. They told me I needed 2 tires, which I confirmed with another place and was told it would be $360. I go to pick it up and have to pay over $440. Over $80 More! Never have I been to a place that didn't give the full price to replace my tires. Never have I been to anyplace as incompetent and deceitful. I will never go back. I will never trust them again with my Jeep.

Great experience. The salesman Ryan Delgado went above and beyond what most salesman do. I told him the amount I could put down and what I could afford a month. He found me a car and within 3hrs I was driving away with my car. Everyone at the dealership were great. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I recommend Lakeshore Motor Company to anymore that need a vehicle at reasonable price.

My husband and I went into Lakeshore motors and Ryan was absolutely wonderful a great salesman and he went above and beyond the call of the duty. I have to say all the people that were involved in our purchase from the signing of the papers to the one that got our tags. Everyone at Lakeshore made us feel like family they were so friendly they were amazing I would definitely recommend them so much

I just brought a 2016 dodge charger SXT. I am very happy, I was able to purchase the vehicle. Im thankful for my car. The dodge is beautiful!! I want to thank Bruce & Ryan for all their help. With their help, the process of getting the vehicle was easy & informative. Lakeshore motor company is a great place to go to, to buy a vehicle especially if your into jeeps.- Aaron

I just bought a Chevy Cruze for my 17 year old daughter and Sean was great. He was very polite and made the whole process so easy. I went in first thing in the morning to test drive the vehicle, and he emailed me the credit application while I decided if I wanted to purchase the vehicle, and a few hours later I was back in completing the rest of the process. I only had to wait a few minutes while he finished with other customers, but my paperwork was done so quickly. I am so happy I did not have to sit in a dealership for 6 hours, as I previously had while buying my other vehicles. Sean also wasn't the typical "pushy" salesperson. He left the decision up to me. Needless to say, my wife and I left satisfied with our purchase and my daughter cried tears of joy when she saw her birthday present. Highly recommend Lakeshore and Sean.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years, but this was the easiest, most stress-free buying experience I have ever had!! Jerry & his team did an amazing job!! They found the car I wanted, picked it up, detailed it (including wax), & delivered it to me within 24 hours!! This team went above and beyond their regular duties!! They made me feel like a celebrity, and I really appreciate their patience with me! What a great experience!!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people who work there. I went there on a Saturday about a month ago no one was all over us to buy just asked if we needed anything. Rob our sales associate was great.And the finance manager was just as awesome. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle give them a try.

This place is a refreshing change, nothing like the typical car dealer. Had a wonderful and super quick experience. Went through and checked out a vehicle the day before. Went in the next day, did the paperwork, and was in and out within an hour and a half. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly.We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this dealership.Nate Bowers our salesman was great and a very courteous young man. My first venture into pre-owned car shopping. I worked with Nate Bowers. I provided him with my criteria and he found what I was looking for on his lot. I was permitted to take the vehicle for a weekend to really test it out. I've had the car now for a month and love it. Nate is terrific. No hard sales pressure, rather relaxed conversation. He provided a good rundown of the vehicle's most important features. The price was good, as it was on the low end of KBB's price range. The title transfer was smooth and efficient, and the vehicle was spotless and in great condition. Generally, my experience was great. Although there are closer dealerships, I plan to have my vehicle serviced at their "sister" dealership based on this purchase experience. I strongly recommend Lakeshore CDJR.

I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with the sales team but if they are anything like the service department your experience with them will be awesome! Professional and friendly! Mark and his team in the service department won me over! Had my Dodge Ram in for some recall issues and they treated me great. Mark even put me in a loner vehicle to make sure I could still run my errands and not waste my day off work. They still had my truck back to me before they closed. They definitely made me feel important! Thank you for making it a great experience.

Had Oil Change and RemoteThey were out off batteries for SUV Remote Key. But told me where to purchased. Went to Walmart.Then went back toLake Shore and Gentlemanput 2 batteries in Remote Key for me. I appreciated it.Thanks a lot.

This was absolutely the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. I told them what my needs were and they made several suggestions. I ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee which wasn t even on my radar prior to speaking to them. The entire process was simple, quick, and an overall excellent experience. The buying experience at Lakeshore was phenomenal from beginning to end. From them allowing us to view the truck in the shop due to the rain to our outstanding salesman Antyne The Wizard Bailey. It truly was a no hassle, super easy experience. Top notch at all levels, from the dealership owner to sales personnel!!
