The people here are very family oriented and kind. The salesman is on point with communication and the manager is a top gun.. here is a picture of my new bike I brought from them... So Happy can't wait to take my first trip to Tennessee...

10/10 recommend!! I worked with Nathan over the phone for a couple days and between him and the finance department they came back with an amazing deal to not only put me in an amazing SUV but pay off an old repo on my credit as well! But the time I walked in, the whole deal was sorted out and I left with my new car in less than an hour!

I contacted Hopkins to sell a vehicle for me. I know this was a little out of the ordinary but they agreed to sell my car for me. I spoke with Adam Brocato, who was super helpful from start to finish. Adam kept me posted and updated throughout the process. I would recommend Adam if you re buying or selling. He s knowledgeable and definitely not your average sales guy. Adam is honest and trustworthy and above all works with any situation. Call Adam, you ll be glad you did.

Well now I have to come here bc they blocked me on Facebook. As some of you know my last Charger was totaled in May. Since then, I ve bought a new one in October. I went & looked at it in the beginning of September & put a deposit on it to hold it due to the car needing body work. The beginning of October rolls around & I have to finish the application to buy it or I ll have to put in another app & run my credit again, no big deal I want the car. 3 weeks later after paying weekly up to the amount of $410 I FINALLY get to pick my car up on October 27th. I m not sure why the car was even posted on their website for sale before it was even ready to leave their lot. Fast forward one week I bring the car in bc it s making some noises & my tire is losing air, they tell me bc they don t hear it there s nothing they can do but they fix the tire. The next day it s losing air faster so I take it to my trusted tire place. Turns out my tire is losing so much air bc the back tires are completely dry rotted. The one leaking had a plug so close to the sidewall the wall of my tire was bulging out. Imagine that blowing out. I contact them about a spare so I didn t have to pay $60 for one, one week after getting my care. Again after paying 3 weeks worth of payments while it sat in their shop. This happened on a Friday, they told me they d call me back on Monday about a tire(Monday never came). I couldn t wait the weekend with a tire that bad so I had to pay the $60 for a used tire. I call back the following week bc they didn t reach out, was told they didn t have one that size so I asked to be reimbursed for the tire. I mean they did put two new tires on the front, not sure why not the back. Again, told me they d call back after talking to the owner. I had to reach out again to which I was told it s unpredictable, but no refund . Don t think dry rot happens in a week so idk how that s unpredictable. I don t even wanna think about the unsafe vehicle we were sold last time. I didn t wanna post/say anything bc that s family but I gotta push that aside bc it s business at this point. Went to Hopkins looking for a reliable used vehicle. We feel Zach took his time to understand what we needed and wanted. After a few test drives Zach suggested a Kia Soul. I would have never picked this car, after the test drive everything Zach said about the Soul was right. We purchased that Kia and love it. If not for salesman Zach and his professionalism and knowledge and patience I would not have know how much we now enjoy the ride he got us into. Hands down we will return to Hopkins for our next vehicle and will definitely deal with Zach.

I was referred by a friend. I was in a bind and needed a car asap. Hopkins did everything they could to put me in the best car on such short notice.I highly recommend. Go there and ask for Nathan. He is THEEEE BESTTT. Customer service a thousand stars. Give that man a raise. Thanks Hopkins Auto!

In the past I rarely conducted automotive business - as a woman- but now that I ve had positive experiences from 3 different establishments within the last 12 months, my doubts have been removed.Again, I received great price and positive service.My vehicle was repaired and the gentlemen were kind and patient with me(as a paying customer, I feel no shame about asking a number of questions ). For you older folks - that have been raised like me - following The Golden Rule, you understand what I mean :)!Do not hesitate this place is trustworthy.Whenever you go here, no fancy stuff, just down home hospitality from all staff! Got a Nissan Altima 2018 from Hopkins about a year and a half ago, and she still purrs like a kitten. I have been going to Hopkins since I was 16 years old to purchase my vehicles and I will say they never disappoint and they have went above and beyond several times at any point if I needed anything fixed on any of my vehicles, they have always been willing to help, I absolutely recommend Hopkins the staff and the finance manager are some of the best people I ve ever ever met

Let me start by saying our salesman Shamar was very helpful & polite trying to work with us & would completely go see back to see him. On the other hand their finance manager, was beyond unprofessional. She wouldn t even run numbers to give us an actual payment she just threw a number out that was completely absurd, so she could leave for the night. It s sad cause we would have made a deal with Shamar if someone would have just made an effort.

Service was bad..... long time before I got asked did I need help...smh!!! Cars priced too high for the quality exterior kind of beat up and some mirrors were missing or loose and they did very little to help the appearance of interior....they finance so you definitely want to give their cars a good look over and test drive...Hope you can find something that has been taken care of...Safe Driving

Went online and found the car I wanted and Nathan reached out to my husband and I and within 24 hours we were in our new suv he was very nice and understanding of what we wanted in a vehicle along with that he went out of his way to clean the windows for me also washing the car before we took it he is amazing hope y all go see him when it s time for a new car

bought my car from here, first few days it ran fine then my check engine light came on. I spent an extra $2,000 to get my car fixed. a few days later the light comes on again. hopkins refused to do anything about it. Not to mention, my car passed inspection with 4 bad tires and a crack in the windshield some how. they only agreed to pay for two of the tires. In total i ve spent over 5,000 dollars repairing my car. I will never recommend this place, and tell others to stay far away.

Extremely unprofessional staff there. Called and inquired about a vehicle listed online and explained I was an out of state buyer, but just wanted a walk around video of the vehicle running and under hood pics which were not posted. Spent 3 days trying to get more information on a vehicle I was more than capable and ready to buy.

Let me first start of by saying that, We love love our car. Would love it more , if people knew what they were doing, nothing went right on that lot from day one. My sales guy was the nicest but that doesn't mean you have to sell lemons off your lot!! They don't prepare you for getting car insurance quotes,so if you don't have car ins. Make sure you get a quote first.Third day of having the car off the lot, the tire sensor went off.A week later the engine light and now the transmission slips and they didn't do anything except give you an estimated diagnose . Very disappointed and will be taking it to a real mechanic that is reliable. Don't purchase from here.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Any African American PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I was trying to give them my business and Zack the seller, promised me a lot when the opposite race was with me and changed it up. He also wanted to run my credit check before I test drove the car and I asked if I could drive the car in the fence and he said no. So, he changed up and let us drive the car when he realized we were going to walk. He asked me and my fiancee to jump in the back. I requested to sit up front and he allowed me. Leaving to take it for a test drive, he jumps in the back seat. I was like man (y'all have to ride with us too). He got out. So, I come back today to see him allowing the opposite race driving a car behind the fence. I ask to speak the manager and of course he didn't do anything either. He pretty much was on Zack's side and talked to me as if I couldn't afford the car. I informed Zack yesterday that I have heard a lot of bad things about this dealership and he promised me that I wouldn't have any worries. Welp!!! I definitely was present with many worries. That's sad the RASICM AND RACIAL PROFILING will never end with some people.

I was really happy when I bought my car. But 8 months later my tire pressure sensor fault notification came on. They referred me to a ford dealer to have it looked it. They wouldn't even listen to me or look at it. So now I have a light that due to a high payment, the vehicle needing new tires, and a oil change right of the bat I can't fix.
