My experience at Frederick Ford was 5 Star. The entire team was very professional and courteous. I feel that I was treated fairly and would recommend the dealership to anyone that appreciates the service.Salesman Andrew Hopkins went the extra mile to answer all concerns and questions. He made it a clear and easy experience.

We saw a vehicle on line at Hertrich Easton so ,I called Mark and Mark had the vehicle brought to Seaford location that same day.When we got to Frederick Ford, we met Tony our salesman and he did an outstanding job making us feel very comfortable purchasing our new vehicle. We feel Mark and Tony, really value us as a customers therefore we will return for any future vehicles and will highly recommend our family/friends to deal with Tony WoodScott & Diana Dukes

Mike was amazing to work with. He made buying my s first car go as smoothly as possible. When I was down because I didn t get approved for the car I wanted, he took it into his own hands to drop the price 4K on a beautiful 2015 Honda CRV so I was able to be approved as an 18 year old with no credit nor co-signer. He offered to come to my house and collect the down payment since I had no reliable ride to get there and also went out of his way to drop the car off while I was working since I tend to stay busy. Mike puts all your interests and needs first and will help you find exactly what you re look for. I will be coming back for my second car purchase in the future.

I want to give a 5 star Rating to Mike Miller the salesman in Seaford Frederick Ford . I called him and told him the vehicle I wanted and he drove to a Dover location and made sure it was here for me to test drive , he makes sure you get what you want!!! I definitely love everyone in the Seaford location. I will recommend Mike Miller for the number one salesman

Mike Miller is a great salesman and great person. He literally provided door-to-door service and drove the F150 to my house. I have never seen this offered from a dealership and it made car shopping very convenient and without stress. Even Mark from the dealership worked with me on the final price which my wife and I were very happy with. I highly recommend Mike and Frederick Ford!

Amiee Bradley was amazing! She understood what I needed and put me in a car so quick! She was recommended by someone at Spurry Tire. Let me tell you, hands down the best! I highly recommend them. We will go back for sure! Not only was Aimee amazing but the whole car buying process was SO Easy!

My wife and I just bought a 2022 Nissan from Frederick Ford in Seaford DE and it was one of the very best and easiest vehicle purchase we ever made. And, amazingly we never set foot in the dealership. From start to finish we were able to complete the entire transaction from our home in Maryland. Most important, it was all overseen by our very capable, professional, courteous and friendly sales consultant Mr. Mike Miller. He answered all our questions and led us through all of the buying steps. Everything went very well--great service and a great car and we were very pleased throughout. My husband and I just purchased a Ford explorer from Frederick Ford yesterday. Our salesman Mike Miller was absolutely amazing. Not once did we feel pressured. We went in and told him what we were looking at and Mike showed us exactly that. We actually test drove one vehicle and we knew that was the one. Mike listened to our needs and was 100 percent on it. He was so kind and personable that it truly made a huge difference in the whole buying process, my husband and I even told him that we felt relaxed and almost at home while we were there.The whole dealership was a great experience. We were in and out in no time. Big thank you to Fredrick Ford and especially Mike.

Why anybody would want to buy a new Ford here is beyond me besides location. Seriously, these folks looked at Covid and this monster inflation and decided to charge a $495 administrative fee on top of every deal you make. Honestly, what kind of people do that? I can answer that for you, the worst people.And I'm not even going to speak about their manager who thinks he's the smartest guy in the world and nobody else has ever bought another car anywhere. This guy... if you buy any vehicle from this place, you are on your own.

I worked with Aimee Evans and Mike Miller and the process was handled just as promised. Mostly over the phone and I then I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Admittedly, I usually dread the car buying process, however, Mike Miller made our experience extrememly pleasant. He was kind, courteous, genuine, and worked hard with the finance department to get my daughter the car she wanted with a payment she could afford. He even drove the new car to my daughter at work so she could sign papers and take ownership during her break. That was above and beyond in my opinion. Everyone that I encountered today from Mike to finance was genuinely friendly, honest, and helped to make this the best car buying experience possible!

We truly enjoyed our experience purchasing our first Ford with the help of the managers and the sales team. Go to Mike Miller! He went above and beyond to work the purchase at every angle until we had a vehicle and a price that both worked. One of the times he called me, he was running through the parking lot looking for a backup option. They also saved us a 40 minute trip by delivering the final purchase right to our door steps. 5/5 recommend this dealership and Mike Miller!

Let my daughter attempt to buy her own car. I stepped in at the end to go over everything. Typical car salesman trick, Mr Miller added a few hundred dollars to cost of car. Make sure all the numbers add up people! Don't know how many times I have heard oops sorry. We have an appointment tonight to look at same car less miles elsewhere for cheaper. Things do happen for a reason! Thanks for helping me teach a life lesson.

Ford engine 1.0 Ecoboost Engine blew up 70,000 miles. Had the Ford Protect Ultimate Plan. They pay 5 to 7 days rental, but have had the car for 3 weeks. Feds are investigating the engine. Trash service by Ford all the way around.

I finally picked up my Maverick yesterday. I had been waiting over 500 days. The sales manager, Tim, had been dealing with my frequent calls for many months. He has been very patient with me over that time. When it came time to pick up my truck, it was a very pleasant experience, no "market adjustment" and Mr. Poulson walked me through the features. I would definitely recommend.
