Would NOT take my vehicle here ever again.My truck ran fine just needed a single spark plug installed only!!! The motor never ran again. I had to put a motor in the truck. They are very dishonest. And I have proof.

Reasonable! Better than the dealers, and there fast drop my car off 2 days later it was ready for a water pump and transmission line inlet outlet. 600 dealers want 3400

Do not recommend this place. Had my truck for almost a week. Did not keep me updated on the status of the work. Took almost 3 days to get the fuel sensor and fuel pump. Then another 2 days for them to start working on it.

Talked on the phone with someone. Was polite and described make and model, issue and they wanted to schedule me. When I asked about how much they thought it would be I was put on hold indefinitely. Remembered just now years ago I went to them with a break assembly in a old Toyota and they damaged the whole thing trying to use the hydraulic press to get the bearing out. Had to go to a junk yard to get a new one. I would not recommend.

I've now added getting more services done here on my car after building my trust up over time. Oil change, tire, and brake change to transmission filter replacement. The owner and employees are honest, forthright, and hard working!

They let someone steal out of my car but no refund, what was a 22 hour job turned into 7 weeks even though they had the parts, they ordered the wrong motor and then refused to fix the problem

My Dad of 89yrs had an appt. set with Coveys in Seaford, DE to replace a window motor on a 1997 Lincoln Town Car for Fri Sept 1st. The car stopped working abruptly when he was driving it on Wed Aug 30th and the car was towed to Coveys, since there was an appt. on that Fri to replace the window motor. I called Fri asked the woman behind the counter if they looked at it to determine cause of engine shut down? No, not yet later on today. Holiday weekend went by. I called Tues. They were going to look at it Tues. Never happened. Thursday morning get a call from the woman behind the desk, "The cause was the radiator". The car was with them for 8 days so far. Day #9 Friday get a call from the woman saying the radiator was installed, but they haven't yet put the window motor in yet, which is 350.00. Now the radiator is in for a TOTAL of 750.00 includes window motor. She proceeds to tell me 9 days later the intake manifold gaskets r leaking and it would be a total of 1400.00 to fix those and they would need the car for another 2 days. Well, it's Friday they don't work the weekend and that means the car wouldn't be returned until Wednesday of the next week. I mentioned to the woman since the window motor has not yet been installed and now the gaskets are leaking. I asked does the car run after they fixed the radiator?, she replied, "Yes". I said fine, I will pay the 448.00 and the window motor and gaskets will NOT be done at Covey's. This is NOT right. The Owner/Manager at Covey's in Seaford, DE had better look over Covey's REVIEWS, because you're going to lose business. I've been a Nurse for 33 yrs and I certainly would NOT be caring for anyone's loved ones in the medical field the way Covey's care for their clients and their cars. It's not right. STATING TRUE FACTS. Make your own opinion.

worst experience ever. dropped our vehicle off two weeks ago, never contacted us about what was being done to fix it. finally we called and they told us they had questions about it the vehicle for us but NEVER called to get answers. then when we called and said we needed the car back by a certain day they said oh we can t find anything wrong, the guy drove it upwards of 65, and their aren t any codes so come pick it up . we pick it up and it won t go over 45mph or shift into 3rd gear. not sure how they ve stayed in business since 65 with service like this.

Was my first time using covey's. I had a wheel bearing replacement, so far so good. The price I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and we'll definitely yous there service's in the future.

Took my husband's car here to have fuel line repaired and oil change. Got a quote for $200. They kept car for 2 days then called us right before closing to pick car up. Got there got a bill for $471.00 because Covey's decides to replace a brake line so they say without calling to discuss if we would like that repair made. How do you just decide to make repairs without consulting the owner? Tacking on extra money that we already can't afford. I left a review on BBB website also. Will never use Covey's car care again. Bad Business!

I use Covey's for my car maintenance all the time and I've never had issue with them. Timely and they've gotten my jobs done right the first time. Took my car there after it's been sitting in my drive way for months because I was dreading getting it fixed. New axel. Drive shaft. Battery. Tire. All under 1000$. Didn't hear anything from them when I was told they would look at it Friday and I had to call directly the following Tuesday and was rushed off the phone with no answer. Finally connected with someone and got all the info I needed. They were super fast once they did look at everything and she made sure I was happy with everything and even offered extra services and time to look around for a side mirror for me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Only down side was the one bad call. Everything else was on point.

I hate spending $$ but if I have to im spending it with Coveys. They never let me down when fixing an issue and i highly recommend them for any car issue.

They took my car in at appointment time. Great courteous knowledgeable and HONEST team. My dealership told me I needed $900 worth work. Covey showed me exactly what was needed and what wasn t andirons ended up with Dealer-quality work for $300. They will be my main source for car care from now onService: BrakesService: Brakes

Prices are higher than a lot of area competitors but they have a reputation for honesty. Was extremely disappointed by last encounter. Needed replacement for rear window brake light housing. Dropped the car off. Just before they were closing, was informed they couldn't find the part and offered no further help. Ended up walking to pick up car.

Car there all day and came home exactly as I dropped it off. They were highly recommended. Told me to schedule to bring it back. Very odd with no apologies. Btw:I scheduled it in a week in advance. Make your own conclusions.

Great place.. took my car for a transmission issue. They called me and told me to take my car to my dealership since their was a recall base on their computer code. They could of stay quit and charge me. Guess what, i went to my dealership, problem solve n I don't pay a dime.

They quoted me a price of $1700 for used motor installed. Take the car there then the price jumps almost another 2 grand!! Never again. Car starts n runs. Its making a lifter tapping noise and they say the motor is blown. What a joke. Coveys is a rip off.

Horrible customer service! Had my vehicle for 3 full businesd days for a diagnostic and only put 30 minutes work into it. Never once called me to let me know what was going on. I ended up taking my vehicle to a mechanic that actually put in some effort.

I will never take my car there again my car was running hot they said it blew a head gasket lies ......1,500 -2,000 dollars in repairs . So I decided to take it some where else for a second opinion..come to find out it was only a bad thermostat...beware if you are a women they will try to get over on you!

They needed to have another Traverse to compare systems. If you need that then don't tell people you can do the job. You wasted my time.
