Super service! Bob was incredibly helpful and friendly from the initial phone call to see if they had the battery for my car to letting us chill literally inside while he did the installation on a hot holiday weekend!

Not a bad parts store, the staff seem knowledgeable and willing to help as with most parts stores these days their inventory is often a half-day away at a central location I cannot fault them for this it simply makes your automotive repair project a little more strung-out than perhaps we might hope for.

I got a DC plug with clips to attach to your battery. $35.00,I think that is too much. I doubt I will go back.

Always helpful and usually cheaper for parts. Good discount if parts are ordered online ... Usually at least 15 percent off. You can even order oil and fluids for your car online-- anything they sell--to get the discount . They'll have it all waiting when you arrive too. Saves time and money. .

Employees were very patient with my needs. Helped me save money at checkout. The company I work for has an employee discount program. They learned new things on how to use the program with my company. Friendly smiles and helpful.

Had the parts needed in stock and cheaper than auto zone an auto zone I had to wait for the part if got it there an was seven dollars higher I gave a four because sold me lug nuts that were higher then the ones I went back and got like a eight dollar difference so watch what they give you the correct lug nuts were alot cheaper than what they have me so just had to us gas to correct issue lucky didn't go home before checkin the lug nuts out so good in some ways then others but was surprised they were better than auto zone for once good job.

Do NOT advertise that you can install car batteries, when you don't have anyone on staff who is trained to do so

I had problems with an online order to be picked up in the store. I wasn't able to come back to pick it up within the 7 days required as per the order instructions. Brandon and Jerry went out of their way to make sure I got my order picked up correctly and took care of it to my satisfaction. Great job guys!

Decent store. They can always get the part you need if it is not in stock. Here's a thought, maybe they should target employees that are knowledgeable and experienced in the field of auto parts and repair. They would have to pay them more money but it would make the shopping experience that much better for the customer.

TWENTY FIVE PERCENT off coupon online then pick up? Uh duh no brainer. The staff is usually pretty lame. The tools they rent/lend is a great convenience. Buy online then pick up. 25% off! LOVE THIS PLACE!

My son and I came in to get parts for his jeep we weren't greeted and the customer service was abysmal. Every part I asked for they didn't have he couldn't help with any questions we had, was rude and when I called to get his name which was Caleb I asked who his manager was he said he was the manager I then asked who his manager was he said his name is Tom Carey call him tomorrowNeedless to say this location has lost my business and my famiies and anyone else I can tell about the beyond reprehensible customer service.

When i arrived with my dead battery in hand I had to wait 10 minutes just to ask a question. Only 1 employee in store. I was told battery had to charge. 2 hours later I returned and the clerk got my battery. He attempted to test battery, but couldn't understand why the tester said needs charging but battery was full. He said it was ok though. I drove home re installed battery and guess what it wouldn't start the car. I had to jump it. 2 hours wasted for 0 customer service. Thanks

They were great!They assisted me right away, told me what was wrong with my car so I could inform my mechanic. I wish you all worked on cars, I'd be one of your first customers--always been happy with Advance Auto Parts!!

This store was so generous and amazing when my car broke down on September 6th. Me and my friends were stranded in a town we didn't know in the middle of a bad thunder/lighting storm. We were stressed, tired and anxious. The store staff let us come into their store to wait for our tow truck and the store manager stayed after closing time until our tow arrived. The store manager was more than helpful and found a place in Salisbury that could have our car fixed on Monday so we could return home. He called for us, translated on the phone and waiting past store hours to help us. It made what could have been an epic disaster, a much easier experience. Thank you so all of you, especially store manager, who helped us that night!

I had purchased a new battery from them it not that old and cause I don't have a receipt and they did not list it under my phone number so it not showing up in the system they can see its one of theirs and they can see that it's not that old and they won't replace it so I will not be shopping from them no more and everyone I know I will tell them not to shop there any more I recommend not to shop from them I went to man love federated auto parts and got a battery for cheaper price and with 3 year Warranty highly recommend going to man love

I always go here first for all of my automobile needs. LOVE ordering on line and picking up in the store. I get good prices, VA discount and everyone in the store is always helpful

Helpful staff, well most of the staff, Kyle seemed to have an attitude. Other than that everyone else was helpful and friendly with reasonable prices.

Friendly people but I think they may have installed my windshield wiper wrong as a part fell off. Guy said not to worry about it but I'm not a car know-it-all.

Went in to get coolant , wasn't greeted wasn't talked to until I bought something. No customer interaction at all. Won't be coming back.

The store is to table the help is nasty and very in helpful except for the older great haired man he goes out of his way to help is knows what he's doing
