My van is old and I move around frequently. Good mechanics like Chunk, the owner, and Eddie another mechanic are very hard to find. I am new to the Rehoboth area but would highly recommend them. They were pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. Thanks again for all the helpful service to my Van.

This place is awesome, honest & reasonably priced! I was driving to Rehoboth from DC when my splash guard started dragging under my car (dealer had done work on car just prior to trip and zip tied instead bolting back in!). Friend who lives in Rehoboth recommended this place. I asked them to take off or replace. They told me about zip ties, were able to properly bolt back in and charged me really low, reasonable price. Could have taken advantage of my circumstance but didn t. Wish they were located near where I live. Would be my go to repair shop! From receptionists to mechanic, professional and so nice to deal with!

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! Every time we have had an issue in RB, we have had nothing but a great experience. They are courteous, honest, and thorough in their work. We had a tire issue this morning (a busy Saturday) and they were wonderful!Over the years even in the busiest of times, they never have rushed us through or made us wait without at least first greeting us and having someone help as quickly as possible. This professionalism and courtesy has been extended from the owners to the reception desk to the technicians. Exactly the kind of business we should support in RB!

I traveled to OC for a girls weekend when my car overheated. We took it to Rehoboth Auto Repair. Not only did they figure out what was wrong with it and fix the problem, they polite and pleasant to work with. They found a way to help me on a very busy weekend and got us back on the road for the rest of the weekend. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.

I was really stuck with my car giving me warning lights - had to have it looked at before my 2 hour trip back home from Dewey. I went to Rehoboth Auto Repair first thing Wednesday morning; they explained how busy they were with 40 bookings that day and had no openings until the coming Monday, but would try to take a look - no promises. However I received a call two hours later that they found the problem (a bad ignition coil and spark plugs) and had it repaired within two hours that same day. To say the least I was thrilled to have my car serviced so quickly. VERY pleased with the quick service and would recommend them highly

For over 10 years, my family has been blessed by Rehoboth Auto Repair! Chuck and his team are amazing! Thoughtful, excellent work with very fair and transparent pricing. Super communication too.Last Friday, my husband and I hit an animal, damaging the front of our Tesla. The Rehoboth Auto Repair team did an excellent job in re-securing our dragging front bumper cover so that we could still use the car until the parts arrive mid-January. Here's a photo of the bumper BEFORE they fixed it - the end result was a neat, tidy and well secured fix.And they did a typical superb job on the annual service and tire rotation, too.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you, Chuck and team!

Went there last year good service. This past August service was worst never found my problem but want to charge more than th issue was. Broke the piece to lift my hood and claimed it was already broke based on my other issues with my vehicle. Then applied and said it was his opinion about my broken piece and wasn't the one that looked at.

Five star customer service. See Christine when you arrive. By appointment is best, they'll have your service done at the time you request. Shelby will call when your vehicle is ready for pick up.Highly recommend.

Friendly/great staff! Clear communication regarding repair & pricing while car is in the shop is wonderful. Car had to be brought back 2 days later for related issue & they immediately addressed it. Will definitely recommend!

If you have ANYTHING to do, or places to go.......do not take your car here.Dropped off 9am WITH AN APPOINTMENT...all I needed was an alignment.At 5pm...I called. Lady on phone said "they may get to it"May get to it?????I dropped it off with appt at 9am.Seems like the only business they want is people who just don't need their car for awhile.Plus, the ladies at front desk never said "thank you"...or "have a good day" after I paid. Just "It'll be $190".Oh and what's best.....got in my car....and it smelled like cigarettes. What a great place!

I 100% reccomend Rehoboth Auto! I brought my car in because I was told by another mechanic that I needed my rear brakes done. Turns out I didnt, and they saved me so much money! This place does great work and does its upmost to get your work done quickly. We came in at 8:15 am on a Saturday to get a Honda alternator replaced. The alternator died Friday night and we had to leave town Saturday. While we didn t have an appointment, and they couldn t promise to get the work done that day, they finished our car by 2:30 that day. We ve had work done there before and they ve alway been very professional and friendly. I made an appointment from out of state. They had an option to drop off the SUV earlier by using their drop box. The key drop off was very accommodating since the traffic on Route 1 can be horrible. The oil change was quick and priced fair.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Highly recommend! Visiting Rehoboth from out of state when check engine and other warnings light up my dashboard. Worried, I drove in unannounced. Desk people were friendly and understanding. Though the shop is very busy the service manager was accommodating and after a short wait a technician was able to check out my car and get us back on the road. They are a first class facility. Anyone in the area should make them the only choice!

Needed air conditioning repair and it was not done correctly. I had to go back three times to this shop. I was charged for labor for the last visit. Service manager had zero concern over the three visits, not willing to work with me or remove labor cost. I won t get into the detail of the five repair shop and dealer visits but easily my worst repair shop experience in my 35+ years of car ownership. Will never return or recommend this shop. Do not go!

We highly recommend Rehoboth Auto Repair to everyone! They are all so friendly and only repair what needs to be fixed. We were told by another mechanic that we needed shocks and an expensive repair to my brakes. We got a call from Chuck stating there was nothing wrong and he stated the costly parts and labor were not needed.

While camping at the beach recently, my brakes went out on my Ford F-150. I called a friend who lived nearby and asked for a recommendation for a good auto repair shop. He referred me to Rehoboth Auto Service, saying he had used them several times and thought they were great. Not only did they repair my truck in a timely fashion, they also let me keep my rv on their site (without charge) while I stayed with my friend until the repair was complete. The receptionists were efficient and polite; the tech kept me informed throughout the process; and they completed the job on the day estimated. I owned a business so I know how quick folks are to complain about things - some of which are out of your control but I also know how gratifying it is to have a customer think your service is stellar; kudos to you RAS! I came upon Rehoboth Auto Repair as I was looking for a place to take my car for service/repairs. I am very glad I came to this establishment. The staff is very courteous and professional. The owner often interacts and greets you personally. Service is prompt, thorough and they are honest. I had an oil change service scheduled but during that service, the technician and owner noticed that my tires were seriously worn and immediately brought it to my attention and explained the potential dangers of what could happen...with my consent they promptly took care of that situation which in hindsight avoided a potentially serious issue. I was very thankful. I get good service every time. I highly recommend Rehoboth Auto Repair. ...very satisfied.

We had our cars fixed here a few times over the years. We brought our car in because the left rear wheel was vibrating. They charged $2,000 and still didn t fix it. They even told us we needed new tires and ours were only six months old.The last time we were there they replaced the brake booster and the brakes they installed seized up immediately. The car was smoking from the tires and was literally on fire on one wheel. I had to blow the fire out. They were apologetic and fixed the problem, but We just took apart the brakes to do repairs (a couple of years later) and two out of four clevis pins that hold the brake assembly together were missing!There is NO WAY I would bring my car here again.

New to Rehoboth area. My VW was out of commission for over 2 months. Brought it to two places before bringing it to Rehoboth auto repair. Thought my car was a goner. Car fixed in one day! Wow mike was quick and to the point about the car. Front desk was exceptional. Will recommend to everyone and go back for all my car needs. Thank you !!!

My family and I have been sending our cars here for a few years now. Always top notch work and friendly service. Last week they fixed an alignment issue on my car that had been a problem for 2 years. Highly recommend. Front desk staff are really professional and friendly.

Where can you find help at seven in the morning when you have found a wiper blade missing and realize it is impossible to drive without windshield wipers? REHOBOTH AUTO REPAIR. They had a wiper for my Audi Q8 in stock, replaced immediately, and were both cheerful and kind. How lucky we are to have this professional group in Rehoboth!

Worst customer service . Simply called to ask if they could do last minute oil repair changes because I came out of state and was looking around for places in Rehobeth. A man answered in a nasty, grouchy, and condescending manner. I hope this company and whom ever works there can learn to be kinder and be happier with life.

Just went here yesterday... due to ice my windshield wiper broke in half. I've never had that happened, have no knowledge of cars and was panicked. I called Rehoboth Auto Repair they gave me a time to come in. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a perfect new wiper for around $30. Very reasonable. Very fast. Great experience. Helpful staff.

On a recent visit to Dewey Beach, DE we encountered a nail in a tire on the weekend. With a 500 mile trip to home ahead of us we were concerned with how or where we could get it taken care of in time. I found Rehoboth Auto Repair, which luckily was very close by, and to my surprise they were open on Sunday. I went there at 8:30 AM without an appointment, was given two options and was fixed and out by 9:00.The repair was done at a very fair price and Christine at the desk was extremely friendly and professional. Plus a free cup of coffee -:)A positive experience in every way! I would obviously highly recommend them!!

These folks saved my vacation! I came back from a nice day on the beach to flat tire. A local lent a hand with a temporary fix and told me to bring it to Rehoboth Auto Repair. They were super busy but managed to squeeze me in right away. Totally fair price, really honest and good people. They deserve all their good reviews. I'm very grateful for their help.

I was in Rehobeth for a girls weekend away and had some transmission issues. Being from Virginia Beach and not knowing anything about the auto places, I went to a Google search and found Rehobeth Auto Repair. I can definitely say, it was a GREAT choice. I spoke with Erica on the phone, then met her when I arrived. She was courteous, helpful, pleasant and very friendly. What a pleasure it was. Kirk came out to get my car and was just as nice and friendly.Then there was Chuck. He came in, explained what was wrong with my truck, saw I was very upset and found a way to put my mind at ease, until I could get back to Virginia Beach. I believe he was my guardian angel and I want to thank him and his staff for making this out of towner feel at ease with driving home. I undestand why they have a high star rating on Google and have been serving people in their community for over 30years. My only negative on this review is they are not located in Virginia Beach. Thank you to Chuck and his staff for everything.
