Worked with William, he was fair and honest. We got a good deal on a great vehicle. Highly recommend!Edit to the original post. After having our Jeep for a few weeks, we had an issue with the engine. William, Mike and John worked hard on correcting the issue and sent us to have the work taken care of. They honored their warrenty and did not give us any trouble about getting it fixed. We appreciate Luxury Motors, they are a reputable business.

Update to my previous review. Wish I knew then what I know now. They might try and dismiss this review, but all is backed up from two separate MB mechanics who ACTUALLY inspected the car.STAY AWAY and do not even consider buying a vehicle from this lot. I recently purchased a car from them that unknown to me required MAJOR work totaling over $6K. Oil leaks, power steering pump, brakes, etc... All should have been identified and repaired prior to selling the car to me ESPECIALLY since when I asked, they told me the car had been gone over thoroughly and has no issues, no leaks, brakes are good, etc...Beware of their 30-day, 1000 mile limited warranty. It's VERY limited and requires any work that is performed to be accomplished from one of their local buddy's garage and they only pay for 1/2 of the total costs.The runaround you'll get with accusations that maybe all of whatever is wrong with the car they sold you just started happening is exactly what gives used car lots a bad name... and they've certainly earned theirs and then some.Their cars are definitely shiny but do yourself a favor and don't pull into their lot like I did, you'll regret it forever.Previous review the day I bought the car:William was great and stayed after closing to ensure I was able to test drive a few cars and finally decide on a 2007 SL550 Roadster. He completed all paperwork and processing seamlessly - seriously the best car buying experience I've ever had.Thanks again William!Tony

William and team at Luxury Motors was outstanding from start to finish and were outstanding to deal with. They went to extra efforts to detail and prep the vehicle and made the entire process pleasant and efficient. Love the Mercedes SLK-320 and would highly recommend Luxury Motors to anyone interested in a high quality pre-owned luxury vehicle.

William was pretty interesting and helpful. I actually had a good time buying my, new to me Jeep. Robert was also efficient and helpful. William and Robert even offered to deliver my new purchase so I wouldn't need to come back. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Luxury Motors. "So let it be written. So let it be done." Keep the Energy positive!

My experience with Luxury Motor has been excellent. My salesman James was very helpful and prompt. He made me feel comfortable with every step. I wasn t from Delaware but yet he made everything possible and easy for me to purchase out of state. James was the best!

These guys took very good care of me during my recent purchase of a quality used Subaru. William was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process. They even gave some special attention to the vehicle just before handing the keys over. Great team here!

I had a great experience with William in the purchase of my new Mercedes-Benz SLK 300. He made the transaction super easy. He obtained financing for me with a quick turnaround time too! Luxury Motors has a great selection of vehicles available. With my sales persons guidance and opinion I believe I got one of the best cars on the lot. Now I have to take some time to review the manual as this cars entertain system and options is overwhelming. I am now waiting to see if they stand by their word and resolve the issue I have with the sound system.

The General Sales Manager, James Bechard, couldn't have been more helpful, professional, and courteous. I was looking to buy a specific Porsche for my wife's 50th birthday and James worked to help make it happen. I would highly recommend Luxury Motors of Reboboth Beach to everyone for your next luxury car, truck, or Jeep purchase. You owe it to yourself, at the very least, to stop by and see what James has to offer.

Everything about this transaction was a pleasure. And we ended up with a terrific car. From the moment we made the first call and spoke to William - to the moment we drove away and - even after! (we were headed back to NY and he wanted a text that we arrived home safely - and checked in when I forgot to text him!!!) William created a terrific experience. He and his coworkers were professional, honest and upfront about everything regarding the car, thoughtful, kind and caring. It is obvious through speaking to them that they take great pride in the cars they carry, in the quality of their work and in their professionalintegrity. Throughout the experience they did more then they had to on several occasions. To top it off they were a lot of fun to work with and sincerely cared that we were well informed and comfortable with our transaction. We live in NY but we will go down there next time we need a car! What we appreciated most was their transparency, thoroughness and kindness. Thanks again!

I am here at Luxury Motors from Virginia Beach to buy my 2003 thunderbird after being led astray by previous dealerships. James is literally the best and understands how to guide his patrons with a touch of humor. Due to my work schedule I was not able to drive here during the week so he came in on a Sunday to get this deal done, offering nothing but the best customer service.This is the second vehicle I have ever bought and I am glad I did it here!!!Thank you James!!!

Worked with James as the Sales representative. He helped get new tires on the Jeep per our request so that it didn't have the mud tires (at no additional cost). He was flexible as we evaluated the car and made sure that we felt comfortable with the deal. Would recommend and would buy from them again.

I was in the market for a convertible roadster and the inventory of German sportscars at Luxury Motors allowed me to narrow the field pretty quickly. The internet provides plenty of information, but it was the wisdom and experience of the staff provided the reassurance I needed to make the best choice for my wishes and budget, a BMW Z4, that I bought for a fair price. James and his team made sure I had an enjoyable experience, and they also went the extra mile after my purchase to help with vehicle maintenance and service. Five stars for an experience which I expected to be stressful but became a fun project.

The team at LMC was very kind and hassle free. They worked with my on the purchase price of my 2005 Toyota RAV4. The car had a few more chips in the paint from door dings than I was expecting but overall the car was very clean for being 17 years old (at the time of purchase). They were kind, courteous and professional. The facility was clean and orderly. I would definitely come back. The price was higher than I wanted but because of their professionalism I felt comfortable paying it. The cherry on top was that they paid for half of an upcoming service that I knew the car was going to require! A+

Awesome place to buy a car , I bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra with 22 thousand miles and it was excellent deal from William and it was very rare to find 2009 with that low miles , I recommend anyone to buy a car!!!

My experience at Luxury Motors of Rehoboth was excellent.I've had my vehicle for almost half a year and it is still going strong with only a few repairs done to it in the beginning to pass MD state inspection.While I'm often wary around salesmen, James Bechard made the experience streamlined, personable, and pleasant. If I have to buy a vehicle at any time in the future, I will 100% go back to him to steer me in the right direction!

My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our car. The sales person especially James were easy to work withAnd took care of us.The BMW Z4 was in great condition and a good buy. The cars on the lot are luxury cars and of fine quality.

James is absolutely stellar. From the moment he greeted my young friend Steve and treated Steve with advice as if he were his own son, to getting the bones of the deal put together.James communication skills are top notch. In a day and age where it's impossible to get a human being on the phone, let alone put everything together in a trusting way so that Steve can pick up his Jeep and know that his two hour (each way!) drive will not be wasted, that is customer service that barely exists.I can't thank James and Luxury Motors enough for the level of care we received. And the Jeep was EXACTLY what we were looking for!ps: update: we had to change the arrival date today at the last minute, and James had no problem with that. He was going to accommodate us on a SUNDAY!

I didn't plan on buying my Lexus SC430! I went to Luxury Motors to see a replica of my 2008 Solara that was in better condition and had lower miles than mine. I always wanted a Lexus convertible but could never afford it! I mentioned this to James Bechard, the sales manager, and he assured me that he could make me happy. Out came my gorgeous low mileage beautiful condition Lexus SC430. With easy pressure free negotiations I learned I could actually afford my dream car.It had a few flaws and James assured me they would all be fixed. The repairs took longer than expected because the parts were so hard to find but he kept me posted and in the loop. When I went to get my car, the gentleman who previously wrote his review about the Porsche he got for his wife was there as well. We all had a delightful time dealing with James, doing the paperwork efficiently, and neither of us felt neglected nor rushed. It's not often customers can say "I had so much fun at the used car dealer!" I would highly recommend Luxury Motors; their service and treatment of customers is A+++.

Truly Exceptional! I highly recommend Luxury Motors of RB. John, John, Kerry and Jimmy really go out of their way to make the process a pleasure. Even picked the car up and dropped it off for me to have a scratch fixed. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best car buying experience. Great service, no pressure, easy to do business with. The team there is genuinely interested in doing it right. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.Super selection as well. Whether you want a roadster, SUV, Sedan or Jeep they have it covered.
