I went there looking at getting a new vehicle. He put me in a completely loaded GTI that is quick and reliable. Very good customer service and well experienced techs. Would recommend this place to every one. Definitely getting all my repairs done here also.

This dealer are the real deal very honest and conduct there business with integrity. They keep to their word. I had the opportunity to work with Evan to get a car and he got me one with a a great price. Their also have good prices for their automobiles. I would highly recommend anyone to try them and you will never regret buying a car from them.

Star has helped service my BMW for the last two years! Loved them so much that I bought my GLK Mercedes(red ) from them!! I found them to be the most honest and economical around! If they don't have what you're looking for they will find it for you! I would recommend to anyone in need of service or car purchase.

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Star Automotors in Odessa, DE. This place is AWESOME. The service is best in class, they are trustworthy and most importantly they DO THE RIGHT THING! From car sales to car repairs, I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially to those who want to be treated fairly and pay a fair price for the services & a job well done. They know their stuff! I have purchased a Mercedes C300, BMW X3 from them & they currently service all my cars including a recent addition, Mercedes CLA250-4 Matic. That should tell you a lot when I would rather go to these guys instead of the factory dealership for our cars. Thanks Guys for all that you do for us!

In 2008 I wanted to buy a used car for myself. I was looking for it at too many dealerships to find the one which fits to me- 4 or 5 years old, in good condition, runs and drive, and especially without makes any problems for me for while. I was searching for a car online, and, of course, to the local dealerships. Finally I was so happy to find Star Automotors , a dealership, located in Odessa. The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and they help me to make the decision which one car is the best for me. I bought my Mercedes- Benz, 2005. That was 5 years ago. Last month I bought Mazda CX -5 2014. The car was in excellent condition. I am always using Star Automotors for service and for maintenance. The owners are very nice , skilled and high qualified and do excellent job. Their diagnosis is always correct and I fully trust them. I've never had problems with the service they're doing to my car. I am so happy to know Star Automotors and to be their customer. My daughter and a friend of mine also bought a car from Star and they are absolutely happy too. Thank you, Star Automotors, for your excellent proffessional service and care you put for my car!!!

Excellent people, very knowledgeable and professional customer service . Not your typical car repair shop , because they are family owned an operated. I bought a used Volkswagen Jetta3 years ago from them and they were A++ from the start to the finish on the process.This is the only place I would trust for repairs and maintaince for my Passat and my wifes Mercedes.

In the past 8 years I have been taking a few BMW M class cars for service , cars most mechanics have no idea how to fix and I have had nothing but the best experience with star automotors . In that time they have saved me a lot of money and headaches, and earned my full respect and trust and I gladly recommend them to my family and friends .:)

The best european auto shop for mechanial and software issues. For the past 6 years i bought Bmw M3 and Nissan 350z from them. Never got any problems with the cars. The Z i got i drove it for 3.5 years the only thing i had to change on the vehicle was the oil lol. That was the first car i bought from them and when i purchase it the owner says to me: "you are not going to touch anything on the car for at least few years" and he turned out to be right :)" even befote i sold it was in a great condition. Still driving the bmw with the same expirience for 2 and change years. These people there know there quality and got the right set of skills and expirience to get you the right vehicle or fix the problem you have on your car. Oooh and i forgot to mantion that i live in florida but always want to get my car from there because i know they have the best prices and all the cars they have are serviced and checked. I hope time comes soon to change my car and dont have to say where i am going to purchase it from... :))) thanks guys for owesome service and customer care you provide to people like us!!!

Star Automotors was a great experience, I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday evening and it was ready for pickup Friday afternoon. I would recommend them to anybody looking for quality service and affordable prices, great people and good vibes.

These guys know their stuff. I have been looking for a good repair shop for a while where I can service my BMW. Their shop is a little far from where I live but I don't mind the drive for the extra good service they always give me. Highly recommended!
