Wanted an estimate to purchase and install 3.5 sweeps for our frameless shower doors.. which by the way cost about $8.00 each.. they quoted me $350.00 !Guess they dont want or need the business!!

Superior inspected the house I purchased and recommended certain panes of glass be replaced last January. We ordered the glass, and their crew came in at least 3 times to replace the windows they identified as needing replacement. One of the windows they identified is cracked and is not a standard shape. I was told that this was not a problem, part of the window was disassembled, and I paid in full before the work was completed. Ashley scheduled the replacement for April 15 and we stayed home that day.. No one showed up. Ashley indicated she does not know why no one showed up, when Superior will finish the job, and she told us after multiple inquiries that I needed to contact Joel. It is now May 23, 2021, and Joel nor anyone else at Superior has returned my emails and phone calls since May 5.

Very good experience with this company. We had someone from there to measure for window screens. As he left, we consulted about a storm door. We received a quote for both projects very timely, proceeded with the door installation, and it looks and works great. The screens are being coordinated with our home warranty, but they are in process.

We had a terrible experience with the owner of this company. Very bad business etiquette. This man is untruthful and rude. He did not make good on his commitment to us. He will not answer calls and hangs up in frustration. We bought two doors and when they were installed improperly he told me to go to Home Depot, as that is where he bought them from?We wanted to support a local business. Bad move, his practices are unscrupulous. We wasted a lot of time, money and patience.

I called and spoke to the owner of this company Joel. I asked him for a quote on a mirror he gave it to me at $375 installed. Then he told me he cannot install it because he has a cruise that are booked out for the next six weeks so I would have to install it, no problem I will install. Call the gentleman back the next day to confirm the price and add additional mirror the price he sent me was $375 without installation. This company has very bad customer service and to me seem very unethical. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Justin (grandson of owner) picked up on a Saturday, repaired and delivered a large storm window in 1 working day to my home in Rehoboth Beach. Couldn't have been happier with his repair and customer service. Highly recommended...

It's refreshing to have a company in Ocean View like Superior. I have used their services three or four times now, each time the workmanship was top-notch and on time! Thank you.

I would not use this Company. I received a quote, paid a deposit and set up an installation date back in April for today. When they didnt show up at the predetermined time i tried calling. The phone rand and rang with no answer, busy signal or answering machine. I tried it again, and nothing. There was a second number, so i tried that one twice. The second time, an angry voice said " stop calling this number" and just hung up. He never identified who i was calling and i had no way of knowing if the number i called was the Company i contracted with. So i tried to call again, and before i could tell him why i was calling, he said "I told you not to call this number again" and hung up. At that point i drove to the address to see if they were still in business and they were. As soon as he knew i was the person calling, he was just as unpleasant. When i told him i was scheduled for today, he looked on his calendar and said i wasn't. I had an email confirmation, but he wasn't interested in that. He then looked for my file and found it ( and my deposit) and quickly told me there was no way i was getting it done today, even though i drove 3 hours to get here in time for the contracted time. Of course the person(s) who set that all up no longer worked there. I had argue over getting my deposit back on the spot as there is no way i would EVER use his Company. He was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person i've ever dealt with.

Superior Screen & Glass must be doing so well they cannot muster the courtesy of returning possible job inquiries. It was stated that the work, rescreening a porch, was not a rush. However, not acknowledging the inquiry is unacceptable and unprofessional.

2 jobs from this company in 2 years. Both times the office communicated very well regarding ordering products and setting appointments. Both techs were incredibly personable and knowledgeable.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. Asked to have a mirror put in a frame. Owner told me one week. Six weeks later I was picking up the frame with no mirror. I would not give this company any business.

I didn t trust I would get a high quality service when I saw the office is cluttered with old junk and has cobwebs on ceiling. Scared me away when I saw a vase labeled ashes of rude customers and many guns on the wall

Do not use this company. I paid a deposit for them to start some work on window sills. The work they started was terrible. Poor workmanship and sloppy. I called and they never returned calls. They never finished the job.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. TOOK THE SCREENS FROM MY HOME INCREASED THE QUOTED PRICE 3X AND REFUSE TO RETURN MY PROPERTY.
