Rush job. TPS not programmed correctly and they were not willing to fix the issue. Anna told to take it to a dealership to have them reprogrammed if it didn't correct after a few days.Also, very weird experience during installation. Technician showed up 10 minutes before the end of the appointment window. Asked him to leave my key with my neighbor after the service. I had already taken off the morning for the service . I was a victim if theft, and because of this, I couldn't afford to take another day off for this issue.The technician refused, requiring me to to send an email to the manager indicating that it was okay to leave my keys with my neighbor, who was standing right beside me waiting to provide the technician with his name and phone number. He also alerted Anna to call me to have a discussion about liability and hence the need for the email. Needless to say, I was very late for work and my client was not happy!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, was told I had a two hour wait and he got to me in 30 minutes. Easy flat repair and got me back on the road in 20 minutes! Saved my birthday plans !!! Would recommend to anyone I know !!!!

When I contacted them over two years ago, I was not familiar with their work. They replaced/installed the two tires I'd purchased from them and the service was impeccable. As a bonus, the service was provided at home. This past week, I felt comfortable in contacting them again when I experienced a flat tire after driving into a pothole which bent my rim. They installed my spare and took the rim to their shop. Two business days later, the wheel was reinstalled. They did an excellent job in providing wheel reconditioning and replacing my tire at a reasonable price. They even removed the scratches on my rim from curb scrapes. I will continue to use their services. Thank you Tire 24x7!!!

I can not thank Tire 24X7 enough! On my road trip back from Virginia to NJ I got a flat tire and luckily made it to a rest stop. After calling Tesla Support and being told my only option was to get towed to the Tesla dealer who was closed, which meant I would be spending another night away from home, I stumbled upon Tire 24x7. I think they picked up on the first ring and that level of service was extended all the way through the process. They not only found a tire that would fit my car, they gave me a time range and came within two hours! Chris, my tech was incredible. He had all the tools, even a special Tesla kit, to make sure there was not damage done to my car. Due to my tire size he didnt have the right tool in his truck, no worries, Chris went back to his warehouse, found a nearly NEW tire that was even better than the one he had brought on the truck, came back, mounted it and got me back on the road and home for dinner. I highly recommend you call them if you have any tire needs. They are kind, helpful, and ensure you that you will get home safely. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I was in a tight spot when I found a bad pinch on one of the tires on our telluride at 5pm Saturday, the morning before we were leaving for vacation. I called around and no one could help me until Monday. I found Tire 24/7 and made an appointment for the next morning. They confirmed the appointment and were out the next morning. Their tech was polite and had my tire changed in 30 minutes. Can't recommend these guys enough, they saved me. Thanks again!

Technician Came to my house between the time window that was told to me. Gave me an eta and did a fantastic job. Changed my tire and was very friendly. Had the same exact tire that was on my car prior to them changing it and was brand new. I would highly recommend. I also love that they are a 24/7 and open all year round.

The installer took over 3 hours to mount and balance 4 new tires. Upon driving the vehicle after the new tires were installed it was very clear that they are absolutely not properly balanced. Upon inspection I ve never seen that many wheel weights used to balance. I had to take to a local Mavis who was able to correct the issues and properly mount and balance the new tires. I don t recommend this company.Since the company stated it was due to an alignment issue here are the images of the invoices to correct. The handwritten numbers are the weights that were installed by Tire24X7 and if you know anything about wheels these are an excessive amount of weights. After proper balance the car operates as normal with no vibration.

My son hit a pothole going back to college and was stranded hours away from home and hours away from college. 24X7 tire service had him back on the road within 1.5 hours. Amazing service and super friendly dispatchers. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

I've used this service 4 times prior. It's quick, easy and reliable and great for those with busy schedules or those unable to move your vehicle to a tire repair shop. The technicians work quickly and usually have the job done withing 15-25 minutes.

First, I want to mention the customer service interactions I had with the phone operators, mobile tech, and manager were very pleasant. They were informative, friendly, and used a warm professional tone of voice even as we worked through the issues I had. 5/5 stars for that.For the job at hand, I was excited and wanted everything to workout with the rim fix (even planned to send a 2nd rim), however, the claimed resurfacing was questionable and poor. They did it twice - no avail. My 21" Tesla Model Y Performance wheel came back in worse shape (damage where there wasn't prior) after they tried to correct the bubbling and scratches the wheel had when it came back to me the 1st time after the intial fix. Now there is uneven/flaking paint in areas that did not have curb rash. I had a professional conversation with the regional manager and agreed to part ways. Like I said, I wanted this to really workout. I really enjoyed the customer service, but the actual work is not acceptable.

Definitely using the service again!! The customer service was great. She answered all my questions and reassured me. When the driver came to perform the service, he was a SOO caring and welcoming. He didn't want me to stand in the cold and told me to go in and he'll call once done. Service was quick and done excellent. He also checked my other tires hence why I'll be using the service again!

Tire 24/7 saved the day! I was stuck with a flat tire with only 3 hours to spare before I had to go to a wedding. Anna was so helpful finding a repair crew, on a Sunday, that could come fast. When Christian arrived he was very friendly, got right to work and was very professional. My tire was repaired in no time with 7 minutes to spare before I had to drive to the wedding! Tire 24/7 is amazing! Thank you!

Anna was absolutely incredible. My situation with scheduling tire service was a little complicated. She helped me with rescheduling my service after my car was towed, made sure I didn t lose money, and stayed in constant communication with me over the course of two days. She was available by phone and text, and responded to my questions so quickly. My tire service was completed around 11:30pm and Anna followed up with me via phone call by midnight to ensure I was safe and that my car was drivable. My tire technician was so so kind also. He wanted me to feel comfortable with it being so late at night, so I stayed in my car and he took car of everything. Thank you guys so much!

I had a screw stuck in a tire and couldn't get it towed to an open shop (was the weekend). Arranging an appointment was easy and the pricing structure was clear and reasonable. Technician explained all my options thoroughly and had me on my way very quickly, I definitely recommend these people and would call them again if I had a similar problem. The few negative reviews seem unfair, I'm happy I ignored those.

Very professional and polite. Had opportunity to work with Alex. Had an issue with initial install, but the team quickly came back out and resolved it with an explanation as to what potentially went wrong. Looking forward to working with them again.

Tire 24x7 is the best. I live in PA but was visiting DE and got a flat tire at the mall. I called around to 7 places and no one was able to help. 24x7 responded promptly on the phone and shared the eta and the price of the service. They sent me text updates when they were on their way and once the guy arrived he had my tire patched up in less than 30 mins. I am so grateful to Tire 24x7 ! I would recommend to anyway. Also the price was very good compared to all others. After my service, I was followed up with via phone to make sure I had a good experience. If that is not great customer service, I don t know what is!

Highly recommend. Woke up to a flat tire on Sunday morning. Technician was out by noon and quickly identified the problem, so we could get on our way. Affordable prices, too especially considering that they come directly to you! Thanks! Very satisfied.

I would like to say thank you to 24x7 Mobile Tire Service. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Anna and Chris. Anna is the lady that helped me with everything over the phone, setting up the appointment, payment, etc. Chris is the technician that came out to install my 4 brand new tires and it went great!! Very respectful and great at his job. Both Anna and Chris both were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, caring. Caring of the customer, myself. They made sure that I was satisfied and they also made sure that I felt safe which says a lot because you don t get that often from other places. I highly recommend 24x7 Mobile Tire Service to everyone that needs a job done with tires on their vehicle. I know I will be calling them again should the need arise. Thank you again!!

The guy could barely speak english, they charge 3 times more what a regular tire shop would charge you if they have to come to you. My ETA was 5:45; When 6:00 came the ETA jumped to 8:00. If i were stranded in the middle of no where i would of had problems for sure..On a positive note, the guy was friendly he knew what he was doing, got the job done correctly and in a timely fashion. At first he declined the job because i was in Firestone parking lot and they would not help me at all and asked me to move cause they didnt have my tire size. Got me back up and running on a sunday when everything was closed! Amen to that or i wouldnt have made it to work Smh..

I came home yesterday and realized I had a screw in my tire, so I booked an appointment with tire 24x7 for this morning. I had some questions and their online chat agent was able to answer everything for me immediately! They came out to my house on time and quickly fixed my tire. The technician was super nice and was able to fix my tire before I had to leave for work this morning! I ll definitely be using them again if I get another flat tire!!

TIRE24X7 was great on service. I got my tire delivered, installed right on time. I was worried after booking as I didn't get email about my appointment but after calling them they infact got my installed earlier and that was at 8.15pm. Krishna was awesome, very polite, thorough professional and great technician. He fixed my tire in 20 mins and I was all set. Plus Tire24X7 is best price in town I saved $50 on a single tire n install compared to other service. Plus these guys are really 24X7.. I highly recommend them.

Great experience start to finish. Standard, great quality used tire, informed delivery and installation in 2-3 hours time (would have been immediate if I was first in queue). I don't know much about cars, or much about tires, only know how to change to a spare tire. That was useless because I had no spare tire to use. So, I called the only place that was open in the area to do this kind of call. Now, I assume the steep price of the used tire (130) included the fees required in obtaining it from the other warehouse and delivery fee. Then the install fee and asap call fee brought it to about 200. It saved me. Thanks guys. Helped me out of a jam.

Fantastic! From the initial call, to the service itself, the experience was excellent. Fair pricing for an excellent tire, installed on the spot in the parking lot of my Apartment. Ana was kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me get back on the road the same day. Emergency or not, I would highly recommend checking them out for any tire needs.

Very easy experience from A to Z. Needed a new tire, arranged everything on the phone, and received text notifications and they were very prompt. Got my tire fixed earlier than original appt due to a cancellation. Am keeping their card in my car in case I need assistance in the near future!
