A Chinese auto repair shop that has been operating in Delaware for more than ten years. The technicians have very good repair skills and reasonable prices. My car has been maintained and maintained by them after driving 50,000 miles, and it has been driven for 150,000 miles without any failure.

Royal Tech saved the day! My wife and son broke down driving from NH to NC. They were able to look at the car as soon as AAA towed it there, diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts, solved the problem at a very reasonable price, and got them safely back on the road. Great service and value. Thank you very much!!

Avoid this place! My wife went to this place 3 months ago and she had a terrible experience. The owner checked our 2018 Honda and wanted her to pay over $ 600 for a simple fix. We went to another store nearby next day and they only charged us $ 75. We even went to the Honda 4S Store and the estimated price was only about $ 100. That's a huge price difference between this dishonest store and other regular auto repair stores.Be aware, especially woman drivers who went there alone.Update:The owner replied to my review that we "confused with a shop with similar name". No we didn't. The owner is a short man with glasses and the address is 711 Dawson Dr. We don't want to make trouble for anyone, but just want to share our real experience and remind other people who may be cheated by the fake comments before come.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

Royal tech is an excellent auto repair shop. Once there was an annoying sound from the bottom of my car. Yin, who is the friendly owner and a handy technician , took care of my car within only a few minutes. This is the place I recommend to go when ur vehicles in rainy days .

Excellent communication above and beyond any shop I've ever been to. I broke down on i95 and was able to get an estimate over the phone (most shops NEVER do that) and they were clear about everything I could expect. They were fast and friendly. I wish I could make this place my local shop!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I arrived to Royal Tech Auto Repair by recommendation and I am happy to have found this repair shop. In 2010 I had a engine problem with my Jeep Grand Cherokee which had 180k miles at that time, the dealer told me that it was time for me to change my car and that any fix they could do was only temporarily. I decided to get a second opinion and Yin the owner of Royal Tech Auto Repair diagnosed and fixed the problem with the engine, the issue never re-appeared again, since then I have been coming to his shop for regular maintenance and to repair any new problems that appeared as result of age. My engine is currently 260k miles and still running good. All I can say is that the quality of work is excellent, the price is very reasonable and the assurance that the problem is fixed for good.

I use Royal Tech Auto repair for more than 3 years to service my two cars. I always appreciate the flexibility to accommodate any customer needs. Royal Tech is a really great shop. They're in an industrial park that could use a fresh coat of paint, but they can't control that, and once you get inside it's very clean and professional. They are VERY fair and straightforward and are happy to work with you to do fixes within your budget. When the dealership gave me a quote of 1200, Royal Tech checked out my car, told me what was and wasn't needed, and brought the whole total down to about $750. I've been looking for a small but honest mechanic for years and I'm pumped that I've finally found Royal Tech.

After having done my own work for many years, I am extremely picky about my technicians. Yin is excellent. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and will tackle any problem with my two cars that I get serviced by him regularly. He is honest about his prices and what work needs to be done, and will never take advantage of his customers.He has, on several last minute occasions, taken my car to make minor adjustments free of charge. It is difficult to find a good technician that cares about his customers like Yin does. I have recommended Royal Tech to all of my friends and coworkers in the area.

Royal Tech Auto Repair has been my repair center for the past two years. The workmanship is excellent. The prices are reasonable, and work is completed in a timely fashion. The customer is always treated with the utmost courtesy. The shop and rest room are well maintained and clean. For me, when moving to a new location and finding a good auto technician is seconded only by finding a barber. The barber always knows the best repair shops in the area.

High Recommended!! Their service is very reliable and price is super reasonable! I quoted from many different places before fixed my car and they give me literally the half price of other places! No unreasonable and tricky suggestions at all. This is very happy and efficient experience!!

Called them for a faulty alternator and they were able to schedule me the next day. Other shops availability is a week out. The replacement was done for a decent price. Highly recommended!

Yen did an amazing job on my car at less than half the cost I was quoted elsewhere!My transmission wasn't shifting up quickly enough, causing the RPMs to go way up, and giving me engine code P0748.I brought it into Royal Tech, and Yen did some research on the issue and was able to replace my transmission solenoids and the ribbon belt instead of replacing the entire transmission. The VW dealership had told me I'd need a new transmission ($2000 repair on a $1300 car? Uh, no thank you.)Yen's wife was able to pick me up from my house when my car was ready. I ended up paying *exactly* what I was quoted - $843.A+ repair work, friendly service, and honest people all at a fair and reasonable price. I will come back to Royal Tech every time I need a repair.

I brought my son to a soccer camp here in DE, coming from NC i've been needing to to an oil change and replace a part. Looked onliine at several other places with some decent reviews, but prices were just off the chain. So I found Royal Tech and thought to come by and ask for a quote, this would of been my 6th place that I visited. I believe I spoke with Yin the owner (from past reviews) and the guy was very friendly and right away he knew what i was talking about. So all in all I was very happy and please with the work, price was excellent even though they took longer than expected he didn't charge me more. So for anyone looking for a legit guy or if your a tourist or just passing by and need some work done stop by Royal Tech, you won't be disappointed. Not sure i'll be back next year for another soccer camp, but if i do i will definetly plan out my vehicle maintenance and come back here. Thanks Royal Tech.!!!

Had my car fixed for rear breaks and rotors, price was about 25% less than the quote from the dealer. I dropped off around 12:30pm and get my car back 3:30 same day. Excellent service

This was one of the best auto serive places I have ever been to. They have a key drop box for early morning drops with an envelope to select services, or a comment box to write what is wrong. Yen, the owner and head mechanic, called me a couple hours after they opened with what they found, prices, and repair times. He was very through in his description, the prices was below what I expected, and he said it would be done by noon. He called me back a few minutes later about a tire problem on my car and said he would take the tire over to Goodyear at no extra charge (excecpt what Good year charged). When I didn't have a ride to come get the car, Yen even picked me up, and went through the repair, and what to expect. ( I had a drive belt relaced. He said it may squeel, and to bring it back in to be ensioned as the belt broken in.)This place is amazing. Yen is fantastic. He is through, timely, and very nice. I think I am a lifer for all future repairs.

If there is a 10 rating over 5 I would give that rating to them. Yin, is a very nice man, very honest. And will give you the best service, at a very good price. I have nothing, but a lot of good things to say about this person. He is a mechanic, that cares for his customer. I would say that he is the best there is, in our area.Way to go Yin. wohooh.

Yin, the owner, really knows his cars. They have certified mechanics. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and always gives the best price. Work is guaranteed. Honest, will not ask you for an arm and a leg like other bigger dealerships or shops.

Owner is honest fair they do very good work not fancy little hard to find but for that the customer doesnt pay for all the glitz and glamour instead they give superior quality on their work..highly recommend.Will only bring my vehicle here ..they are trust worthy

I am coming to the shop to Change 4 new tires and he only give me 3 of brand new, the other is used. He refused what he did when I came back, it is a Scam. consumer beware
