Brought my vehicle in to Puz's for front end damage. It took less time then I expected to repair it. My car came out perfect with an added bonus of an 'interior detail'. Great workmanship and friendly service. Even the shop dog "Winston" gave me a friendly greeting! ;)

Puz's did an excellent job with my repairs. Fran and others were extremely responsive and walked me through the insurance process. My car was completed on time, the repairs were high quality, and the car was even fully cleaned. For anyone in need of having body work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Puz's Auto Body just off of RT 72 in Newark, DE. I was recently in an auto accident and needed a lot of body work. They did excellent work and had the job completed faster than expected. The car was clean and shiny, even did the tires. My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. Special thanks to the owners Fran and Tami.

Puz's Body Shop is a great business run by great people. Who would think that getting rear-ended would turn into an experience that restores one's faith in humanity - but dropping my car off for the estimate and the subsequent repair did just that. They are professional, knowledgeable and upfront about costs and timelines; truly a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough about their expertise and customer service. HIGHLY recommend. I can't say enough positive things about Puz's Body Shop. I was rear-ended earlier this year when I was very pregnant. The owners of the body shop worked with my insurance company and the rental company, and they ensured that everything went with ease. They were incredibly personable, helpful, and professional. The work done on my vehicle was perfect, their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and I really enjoyed speaking with them over the phone and in person. They are great people and took wonderful care of me. THANK YOU!

I had a minor accident with my car and Puz's was one of the body shop options with my insurance company. I had never used them before, but I'm glad I chose them. They are very professional, and the customer service is excellent. The pricing was fair and they performed the work timely. I have brought my car to Puz's twice and both times I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. Fran, Tammy and their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to move around the date I was bringing my car in multiple times due to unforeseen circumstances and each time they were completely understanding and accommodating. Puz's made the experience as effortless as possible on my end, handling everything with the insurance and the rental car company. The work is always completed quickly, efficiently and my car always looks good as new. I will return for my future auto body needs.

Everyone there was very nice and i don't mean to attack them in anyway. Quality of work was honestly, so so. They reused as many old components of my door as they could (Weather stripping and damaged weather stripping retainers, cracked rain guards). They took almost two weeks to do it as well. My car had issues starting after the accident and they diagnosed it as having "emergency battery cables" (for a small fee of 150.00). They told me that it would continue to be a problem starting unless they were changed, I opted to not replace them. The car hasn't failed to start a single time since then. I took it over to the ford dealership on main street later that day and they said I had original oem cables with aftermarket terminals. about two months down the line, my weather stripping is falling off the door. Like they were fine and they obviously understand how to do the work but quality was just mediocre at its best and not what you would hope for from a business who's billing out thousands to insurance for their time and yet still found a way to charge me out of pocket to diagnose a made up problem. I wouldn't take another vehicle there unless I just didn't have an alternative. I mean I understand, things are tough all over and I imagine this is all just standard operating procedure for the guys that do the work, it falls on management at the end of the day. Many of my co workers have taken vehicles there and most of them end up returning because of half measures taken during the repairs.

What you want in a body shop. Excellent work and efficient, professional and friendly people. They keep you in the loop and clearly explain your options. They take care of everything. Far and away the best body work service I've had.

Was on the receiving end of a hit and run and needed a new front bumper. When i got my vehicle back a day later the new bumper was on and they even went through and shined my tires and detailed the inside of my car for me. A super easy and pleasant experience overall and i would recommend them to anyone.

My Jeep was there last week to have a dent fixed and my Jeep is like new. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car. Wonderful job. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again for doing such a great job.

People don't per se intend on getting into vehicle collisions and bringing their cars to a body shop for repair. This process takes a toll on people even if no one was hurt. I brought my car to Puz's for repair as this body shop was on the approved list provided by my insurance company. Fran was very courteous and professional. Although the appointment for my car was scheduled for 10 days later, it was well worth the wait. My car was repaired well within the estimated time and the cherry on top...they detailed my car inside and out for free. I was thrilled enough with this one detailing as the car was filthy (toddler mom!), so I was planning on taking it for detailing later this week. To top this treat off, Fran put my car on their lifetime detailing club where I can take it in for detailing every three months for the life of the car! I am stoked! They gained a lifelong customer. Hopefully I don't get into another collision! #fingerscrossed

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and also the extent they cleaned the auto. They went to the extra effort of replacing small things that were not under contract. I would highly reccommend "Puz's Body Shop" to all my friemds or anyone who needs top professional results at affordable prices.

Puz's body shop is a second generation business serving the Newark, De area. I know this because I was referred to them by several leading Newark Auto Retailers. I have used them for years for my own unfortunate matters as well as those of my adult children. Fran is a great business owner and very concerned about his clients. We just had to go back to them again this winter for an unfortunate event that required attention. They were really great to deal with.

I would like to say Puz's Auto body is my go to place when my vehicle needs any repairs! I have taken all my cars to him and they always did a great job! It would come out looking brand new! My boyfriend also takes his vechile to them and was very happy as well with his service! I would highly recommend them! Thanks again for the wonderful job everytime!

My truck looked like nothing ever happened. Driver front quarter panel, front bumper, headlight and both fog lamps, grill. All repaired or replaced beautifully.

Work quality isn't the best I had to take it back for a bumper that wasn't properly fitted and they forgot to put in my trunk bulbs in otherwise then that people inside the office and my estimator were wonderful
