Quality repair work and good communication. Work was completed in a timely manner.Two issues:They lost my license plate and have no idea what happened to it. I had to go get temp tags from the DMV and order a new plate and sticker. They offered to pay for the replacement plate, but it literally costs $5, so I'm more frustrated with the extra time and inconvenience.The other issue is that they replaced my brake/tail light assembly, and failed to notice that the brake light in the unit they installed was burned out. This is a big lapse in basic quality control. It caused me to fail inspection on the first try and spend an extra 2 hours driving around to get the replacement bulb and go through the inspection lane again.

Friendly service, kept me up to date via text on the progress of my truck. Enterprise rentals on site, making it easy to drop off and roll out in a rental. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.It's always a bad experience having an accident, but they made my life a lot easier.

Literally one of my best experiences with an auto shop. Everyone I've interacted with at Porter (including dealing with the folks at the Hyundai) has been positive. They took really good care of me, gave me frequent updates, and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Highly recommend.
