After about two years of having trouble with my 2007 envoy going to other dealerships Porter was the only one that could fix it. It now drives like a new truck. They are a little more but you know the saying You get what you pay for.

Everyone there was really nice and professional. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. Having work done on my car can be confusing for me but they did a great job explaining everything to me. Overall it was a excellent experience!

Horrible first experience. I walked in on a Saturday and said I had a CEL. The lady said it's Saturday and we only to oil change. I had to be the one to suggest to make an appointment. Then the service advisor got involved and I asked him to check on my ESP from Ford. He felt the need to ask me where I bought my car because the plan may on be with that dealer. I had to tell him to check OASIS and look up my VIN and it will show you my 6 yr 125000mile warranty. Didn't seem like anybody understood customer service or the basics of their job. I will not bring my car here I instead schedule and appointment 10 minutes from my location.

My car got repaired at the bodyshop they did a great job on repairing it. I called Andy before picking my car up to ask him would my car be clean when I picked it up he said yes. I went to pick it up it was covered with pollard and bird droppings. I also left a message to Andy that I found that my passengers side rear view mirror was cracked and it wasn't like that. He never returned my call. Like I said the repair job was great.

Fantastic experience here! 2 yrs ago I called a few places and inquired about pricing/incentives. Michael William's answer all my questions and gave the best deal. I walked in signed papers and walked out. Last year my wife's lease was up went back here to Mike and he helped us get a car from their sister co Porter Chevy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I usually have a good experience here but not this time. I was told I needed the "very important" 30,000 mile service which cost a little over $1,000. After I declined she made her way down and I finally agreed to $109.00. The wait time was reasonable and I was on my way. When I got home I put my invoice with my others on file and noticed the put a blended oil in my car. I always use the synthetic oil w-20. So I called and they checked and confirmed that is what I always get. I made an appt to take it back and get it corrected. I gave them 3 stars for correcting the problem but this should not have happened and was inconvenient. I hope the person who took care of me the first time is coached to do a more thorough job.

A good dealership that I visit because I bought a car from them. And they give me free oil changes for life. Of course our bit on the pricey side with all of the staff and amenities they offer the customers. So it isn't too often that I use them for any actual repairs. The quality of the service is excellent and the speed isn't bad either.

This applies to porter preowned. Bought an overpriced car from here and didn t even last 2 weeks before the dealership shine wore off and started having serious issues, I haven t even gotten my plates from them yet. I called and they told me I m out of luck because I didn t get a warranty but was never offered one to begin with, and then the manager told me I couldn t have gotten one regardless. Don t buy a car from here, just bunch of snakes ready and willing to rip you off and steal your money. If I could give less than a star I would. I m sugar coating this, but if you want to have an awful experience go get ripped off from porter.

Great service, knowledgeable staff and technicians. Contacts you by phone while waiting in the lounge. The technician sent me a video of my car and explained the work that was done on it. I watched the video showing him working on my car in real time. Service managers are great there !! I have always enjoyed bringing my automobile there.

Took my SUV in because engine light came on. They checked it out and could not find a problem. Here's something you don't hear of a car service, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME. Truly blew my mind. I will be coming back for service when needed. And when the time is right for a new car. Thank you Mike and Mr. Porter. Great job.

Fantastic service. These folks seriously go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. Purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have always had them serviced at Porter. Their body shop also does better work than typical dealerships.

Absolutely the BEST! If you live in the area or even far away bring your car to these guys because everything here is top notch! Quality work, excellent customer service, timely repair. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, ended up doing perfect job and remained courtious, professional and very nice for the whole duration of the service. I go in for service here on a regular basis. They are always very friendly and quick. They do a great job washing my car. I feel the prices are reasonable for a tire rotation and oil change.

I had such an awesome experience with the car salesman his name was Garrett Otto and he helped me get exactly what it is I wanted what it is I needed which at my car that I had was just a wreck and I needed to come down and price of what I was putting out a month and it was a wonderful experience I highly recommend if you go to Porter Ford please ask for Garrett Otto. He was awesome!!

After about a week of searching the popular auto-purchase websites I found some pretty good deals on Ford Fusion Energis. I decided I would test drive one before making an online purchase. I found a couple at Porter Ford.Chris Mann and Andrew Nace took care of me like family. They patiently went through the details of why I was buying a car and not just trying to sell me one. They found me more car for less money than I ever could have found online. After selecting a great car and getting a very fair price for my trade-in Rob Dollar went way beyond what a regular Finance Manager would do and fixed me up with a great warranty and oil changes. He also found me an interest rate that no online app could ever match.This was the third car I purchased from Porter Ford. I was treated very well the first two time, but this time it went beyond the pale.Thank you and thanks to your people for taking such good care of me.

Salesman was friendly. I was happy with our car purchase until things started going wrong. Breaks needed replacing while under warranty were supposedly fixed, but still made noise. 2 ignition coils went and technician should have replaced them all, but they didn't. Now I have to pay more money on labor to fix the others now. We had gotten vehicles at David Dodge before, but tried Porter on a family recommendation because they were closer to home. Never again.

I am one of the head detail technicians here and it's been a very good experience working for the Porter Auto Group . The sales team here is very professional and respectable!! From used car to new car salesman as well as the service department. The environment is very welcoming to customers and the employees!!

This place is a disaster. I brought my vehicle here after a serious accident in January the shop has done an ok job on the exterior body repairs. But my vehicle has had nothing but issues since I picked it up in months ago. There was significant damage to my vehicle and I do not have faith that Porter had completed a satisfactory job. My vehicle has been in and out of the shop for months as there continues to be issues with the repairs. On top of the issues with the repairs, the communication within this shop is beyond terrible. Everytime that I wanted to get an update on the status of my vehicle I had to call the shop as they never reached out after asking for them to contact me multiple times. When I would call, they rarely would have an update and it seems that the internal communications has little to no organization or coordination with each other. Do not take your car here. Terrible service!

Body shop repair. I've had comments on how good the driver's side of the car looks after body work on it. They had a rental vehicle ready for me. Three stars because the finish date was missed two times. Also there was sanding dust all over inside the car including the air vents.

My issue is not fixed and a new problem but the ssid they could not locate the electrical short that's plaguing my car? They used 13 miles while trying to locate this issue.OK Folks, I was contacted by the service manager who was on vacation when I was there(My Rouge) and Mr. Porter as well. I'm always impressed when a owner takes time from a busy schedule to contact a customer to try to make things right, I used to do that too !In The End This Is Where You Should Do Business !Get There & Get A Vehicle , You Can't Beat Family Service . . .Murph

Can t say enough great things about working with this dealership! Miles was quick to respond and to take care of all my needs as a consumer. Eric was also very helpful in the finanace dapartment. Both very knowledgeable within their area of expertise. Would highly recommend if you re in the market for a used car.
