The worst experience ever John loveless claim consultant, and body shop manager Keith very unprofessional, they tell lies just to get you off the phone. Had my car over a month never offered a loaner car. Contacted Jason Clare than called back to my insurance company within 10 minutes they tellMe all of a sudden my car is ready.Service: Body & Trim

They said it was a 14 day repair. Its been 2 months and my car is still at their shop. It was supposed to be out after a month which included the parts to arrive and the 14 day repair. I got like 4 updates and each update is to let me know the car will be done next week. And this has been going on for the past 4 weeks. Yesterday, friday, i got another update that it was gonna be done by the end of the day but its still not out. I have to wait until Monday and I know what they are gonna say to me. They are gonna say they will finish it by the end of the week and it wont be finished. Will update again. Dont ever go there, especially if you are going there through your insurance. They are most likely racking up the bill and screwing you over in the mean time. ITS A SCAM.Service: Body & Trim

Hit a deer n took my car there what a mistake! They took out my electric seat and gave me a manual one talk about sneaky! Like I wouldn t notice wtf Tell them and Keith n the Gm call me a liar Even showed them my owners manual Had a mechanic look at it he said they cut my harness n his it to look like it was never electric WOWWWW! Like I wouldn t notice my electric seat is gone smh Service: Body & Trim

My Truck was almost 10 weeks in for repair. This was the worst experience I have ever had. In my opinion the shop seems to have problems with time and personal management.

auto body shop if awful like if i knew i would wait this long for someone to fix my car i woulda found the time to do it myself for cheaper .. highly do not recommend

They make bringing your car in for repairs really easy. Best of the Best Practices I have ever seen! They got you covered!

This the worst body shop ever service poor manager Keith unprofessional yelling at me on the phone he just concerned about getting paid and not about good customer service and also making sure the customer is happy this is business but he running it like his own my car wasn't worked on properly poor paint job bumper shaking they don't give you updates on repairs I wouldn't let them work on my car ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their car their for repairs I'm very very disappointed in the serviceServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
