Excellent service and experience in buying my first Porsche! I was an out of state buyer and the whole process was seamless including the delivery to western part of the country. River Rodriguez was there for every step of the way- phenomenal! Jen Beamish was great as well handling all of the paperwork very quickly.If you need a Porsche, a very high recommendation would be Porsche Delaware!

Excellent dealership. Beautiful inside and the salesperson Joseph was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service. Jen is the Financial Manager and did an job handling and explaining the financial portion. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove 90 miles to purchase from them. Great experience

Just to provide some flavor, I drove from NJ (over 2 hours) and saved over 1K compared to my local dealership for my 20K service. Not to mention Tax Free!!! And the prices are unreal. No compromises. I highly recommend Porsche Delaware!

Porsche Delaware has the best service team. I had my service there and needed my car checked out after it was making a noise. They were honest, thorough, and kept a great line of communication during the entire experience. I also had two wheels repaired there and they look brand new and done at a reasonable cost. I love the valet option and they were even able to drop my car back off at my job. Excellent all around and highly recommended!

Excellent experience with the whole team there. Our sales rep Richie Garchitorena was very knowledgeable. Detailed reviews with my wife and I on differences between models and 911 vs Cayman.The sales process was smooth and was completed quickly without any issues.I highly recommend Porsche of Delaware for your next vehicle.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Richie Garchitorena. This was my first Porsche purchase and also my first out of state purchase. I specifically wanted a CPO Taycan 4s and spoke to several dealers nationwide before getting into contact with Richie.Richie provided outstanding customer service and made the process completely stress free. He even managed to get the car shipped to me at no extra cost. Richie s communication was excellent and he even reached out or answered my questions after business hours. Any concerns or issues that I had were addressed not only properly, but timely as well. Everything Richie provided was top of the line and although cross country, the process felt easier than some dealers I visited in my own state.Thanks again Richie I will be back for my 911 shortly!

I purchased my Porsche through Porsche Delaware. I live out of state. The sales rep was Dave and he was able to answer all of my questions over the phone about the vehicle s history. Jen helped me with the financing process. Everyone did their job and I would recommend working with them!

Quick, calm, quiet and excellent service from a phenomenal staff!As I waited while my vehicle was serviced, I had a meeting i waa going to take in the waiting area. Porsche Delaware did not blink and asked if I would like to use their Conference Room. I did not want to cause any inconvenience but they cleared it out and allowed me to use it. The meeting turned out to be of more importance than I thought. Thank you Carli.P.S the service on my car was amazing!

I want to thank Richie and the helpful staff at Porsche Delaware for a great buying experience. They made sure my CPO 2018 718 Porsche Cayman GTS was in New condition when I picked up the car. I have been getting amazing comments about this car and love the driving experience. Can t wait to track it.

I recently took my car, to Porsche of Delaware for service. I was very satisfied and impressed with the service department. Dalton was very professional, and answered all of my questions.I also received a video, of my car while it was up on the lift, in forming me of different areas that needed to be addressed. Dalton called me when my car was ready, and it was washed and cleaned. I will definitely make Delaware Porsche, my number one place to get my car service . To also add , to my excellent customer service, I did received a follow up , to see if I had any questions or concerns about my car being serviced . I really appreciated, the great customer service, that is very rare in today s society .

It was an amazing experience with Leah and Pierre!! They made us very welcome and catered to each and every requirement of ours and gave us exactly what we needed. They were always around to help us out. I am very impressed with our entire experience!! As amazing and incredible Macan is, the service at our Delaware dealers is equally amazing!!

My service appointment at Porsche Delaware went exactly as planned. They took the car on time, told me how long the appointment would probably take, informed me of the status of my appointment and completed all of the necessary maintenance issues that were needed. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, with great availability of coffee and snacks.

I took my Macan to get the front and rear brakes done and the staff was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. They informed me when my car was done and sent me the invoice (no surprise extra fees) and I paid on link they sent. Very seamless process.

Sales ambassador River Rodrigues was knowledgeable professional and efficient and always friendly during the buying/selling process .I purchased the GT3 because of Rivers expected knowledge and his ability to arrange a fair deal on my trade in.Jen Beamish in finance was professional helpful and friendly .Overall I had a pleasurable experience at Porsche of Delaware because of River and Jen .

On a whim went for a test drive and now have my dream car. We worked with Pierre Oulai and couldn t be happier. This was the best car buying experience ever! I also live out of state and this was no problem at all. I highly recommend this dealership.

1st time using the service dept. small job, but the serv mgr treated me like i was a long-time customer, and took my car in to perform the work. I will use them for major service in the future. very nice experience!!

Absolutely outstanding- Porsche Delaware went above and beyond.Even though this was by far the most expensive vehicle purchase I ve ever performed it was the QUICKEST thanks to JenniferB.MattK provided exceptional service preparing and filling the pickup of my car to go on a transporter across the country - he provided multiple videos and photos. This was incredibly appreciated given I purchased the car while remote.Finally thank you to Alex for all the extra goodies in the frunk.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I purchased a 2012 911 Carrera Cabriolet CPO long distance from Upstate NY. Richie G couldn t have been more helpful and available as we negotiated via txt and phone.Upon arrival for delivery dealership was very efficient and accommodated all my request. Porsche Delaware is One of the greatest and easiest dealerships to deal with. Great experience would highly recommend them to anyone. Richie G has earned my respect and appreciation and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again. Jen B in finance was also extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional to deal with. Truly a great experience and a dynamic team.

Excellent service and customer care. I ve used multiple Porsche dealers in the PA/NJ/DE area, and this one stands out above all. I came in for the big 40,000 mile service expecting the car not to be ready until 4:00-5:00 pm that night. My car was done at 1:00 pm as they had an experienced service tech ready and waiting for my 9:30 am service appointment - amazing! My experience at previous dealers had me waiting sometimes hours after the promised time. I ll be coming back here for sure!!
