                      DONT USE THEIR CARWASH. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Their automatic car wash was the worst I ve used. It threw my rear view mirrors all the way forward, ripped off my antenna and shook the car during the whole process. Again the service staff seem nice and attentive. But don t use their carwash if you have  trim or molding, antennas, front license plates, magnetic decals or wind deflectors.                       I took my Toyota here for an oil change.  They put the filter on too tight.  I have moved and the current mechanic was unable to remove the air filter.  I called Toyota Service, left message.  No one will return my phone calls.I have taken my car here for years.Very disappointing.

                      I have a car brand new car 2021 it was 67,000 miles and I have warranty for 60,000 mile anyway usually I take my car to the dealership and they check my car all  the time I see some oil around the transmission I take it to the dealership and I told them check my transmission after they call me they say everything is fine is no issue with the transmission maybe when they change the oil they spill some oil around the transmission and we clean everything is fine and they pay $150 I think i m not read the report usually I talk to the guy and I take his words serious when he talk with me after that I take me car two  Day s later I hear some sound from my car I take it to my friend I told him I still hear some sound from the transmission he said you take it to the dealership I say yes and they say everything is fine I show him the report and they write in the reward differences think when they talked with me they send the report I have some I shoot with the transmission and my warranty is gone and he say I told him don t fix it like they are just lying please everyone don t trust the dealership they try to make money from you if you have warranty They gonna told you your car is great after your warranty is gone I m gonna found a lot of issues with your car

                      I have been going there since last 4 years to service my RAV4. Car is well conditioned. The team does good work and service is ontime.                       Scheduled a service for my Tacoma at 1:00pm. Dropped my car off at 12:30-12:45. I see my truck sitting in the parking lot at 2 so I go in and ask if my Truck is done. They proceed to tell me that there getting ready to pull it in at 2:00 when my service was scheduled for 1:00. If your looking for service you might want to reconsider. Drive the extra distance and go somewhere else if your planning on waiting on it. Horrible experience will never go back.

                      My 2015 4Runner had the problem about check engine light and Trac off light both turned ON problem. After go to Toyota Parts 3 times, I am almost give up and consider never buy a Toyota again.However, Charles Albright, the assistant service manager, had helped me go through all the possible problems and explain their finding in detail every time. And finally get my car fixed.Because of Charles, I believe that I will consider Toyota for my new car shopping next year.
