Ordered & paid for parts online.Go to the store & they don t have all the parts.I realize there maybe a shortage of parts, but this is an inventory problem.Waste of time & definitely won t be back!

Always my first choice when need a part. Always helpful when I have questions. Only go to other parts stores if they have oil or antifreeze on sale.

Excellent staff and very professional. Always supportive and ready to help get the exact parts we need and fast. Very happy customer who appreciate family type service. Special thanks to Wayne and Marquis for their help, we got all the parts for my 2001 Sequoia and 1964 T-Bird. The store is well stocked and also helped us to order online.

Very good customer service from a knowledgeable staff. The customer accessible product area is not as large as in other automotive parts stores. But, all of the basic items that a DIYer would need are up front. There is a ton of more technical parts behind the counter for the person who knows what they are doing. I'm resuming doing as many routine tasks as possible myself, plus as much of the "lighter duty" tasks that I can handle (e.g., suspension and brakes).I shop online for the parts I need - first at a manufacturer's web page, then on the NAPA web page - and pick them up in the store if they are in stock. The most important thing is that I have a lot of confidence in the parts that NAPA sells. Plus, discounts and flash sales are available online. (I have saved more money on my online orders through NAPA's flash sales than through my AAA discount, which is probably better to use impromptu in the store.)

Small store catering to the surrounding dealer's. Not retail focused. I ordered seals online and picked them up easy as pie.

Extremely poor service, associates don't care to help or find the parts their system says are in stock. Actual response from associate "well they could be in the store... they might not" and they stop helping you.

I been along time customer of autozone this passed summer I needed a part this store had so went in picked it up they were completely rude then turns out for what ever reason I can only use OEM so went to Kia got part I come back to return it and same women Karen still rude as all . I will never ever shop this store again!

After going to 3 other stores and asking what I guess was a complicated question (to the employees at those stores) my final stop was at NAPA and the question was no longer complicated. NAPA had the solution and part that I needed. Now I know what store to go to first next time.

Very helpful and friendly. I came in with a list of stock numbers and the man at the counter looked them all up one by one, and then helped me carry them all to my car.
