Moppert Auto Collision at Porsche is a certified auto body shop and does phenomenal work. They have awesome customer service, they are always available to answer your calls any questions you may have concerning your vehicle. They always do the job in a timely manner. They don t overcharge and perform work that is unnecessary costing you out of pocket cost. Your vehicle comes out pristine, brand new, like it s never been in an accident. I have been using them for 7 years and I don t even live in the state of Delaware, but they are the only auto body shop I would ever let touch any of my vehicles. Moppert Auto Collision at Porsche is #1. I had front right damage to my vehicle and rim but you would never know. Just picked my Porsche up and I m sitting pretty again, all smiles.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I recommend Ogletown location , that s where my Porche was repaired. Due to DAVID my experience was top notch !!! He kept me informed from start to finish. His went above and beyond. My car is looks great , cleaned from the inside out . Appreciate the team that worked on my car. We need more like them. Thank you Moppert for hiring David he s a great asset to the company . Do you need a First Class Auto-Collision shop, to repair your high end vehicle?If so, I highly recommend Moppert Auto-Collision, located on Ogletown Rd, Newark, DE.My Land Rover Dealership uses Mopport exclusively, and I am completely happy with their services.My agent, David McDermott, took care of forwarding the estimate and photos, to the insurance company, and made arraignments with Enterprise Rental Car, to send a rental to the shop for my pickup, and drop-off, at completion.The repairs were completed 5 days early, and my car was "detailed" to perfection, inside and out!Thank you Dave, for making the entire process easy, and painless.My two year old car looks brand new again!I highly recommend Moppert. True class act from start to finish. My Range Rover Autobiography was just delivered and WOW! While on vacation from Florida, we hit ice and ended up beating up the front and both sides of our RR. It looked horrible and I was afraid it would never be the same. That very well could have been true but we were fortunate enough to find Moppert Auto Collision and met with Greg. We had the car brought there and he helped us quickly get a rental car and assured us that he would have the truck looking better than new. I was skeptical being that we had a previous incident in which the body shop said that the particular Range Rover SVR bumper we had was impossible to get and left it without any bumper at all for MONTHS! Well, Greg is a man of his word and not only did he get his hands on the bumper but the truck came back looking like new! Not a screw missing from a fender, no lose parts, everything was professionally and perfectly done! They even had it shipped directly back to me in South Florida. Greg handled all of the insurance back and forth which was nice, I have had to be involved before and it is not fun. I can not express how happy I am with the service they provided. I hope they expand into South Florida so they can maintain our fleet and personal vehicles.

Top notch!! Couldn't be happier with the repair done to my vehicle! I was hesitant on bringing my new Mercedes just anywhere, but I am very happy I was referred to them by my dealership. They were very professional, knowledgeable and made sure my car was repaired the correct way. They made a very difficult situation feel so easy! They even sent me pictures of my vehicle to keep me updated when I called!

The people who work here are awesome! Both my cars went in the same week for collision work. The first car ended up a total loss - but I appreciated this very much because at first the insurance company adjuster tried to fix but shouldn't of been fixed. Moppert gave second opinion on evaluation... - The second car came out looking brand new. The paint blend was perfect. The whole car, including under the hood was cleaned and sparkling. Awesome work and service. Got my car back faster than I had expected too as well! Thank you thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband and I had a very frustrating experience with this company. My husband got an estimate for our Tesla on 12/12/21 that was hit by a person insured by Nationwide. The person who hit us took full responsibility for the accident. We were advised by Tesla to take the car to Moppert Auto Collision as a certified repair shop. What a mistake!!The car was estimated to take 25 repair hours. We kept the car in our garage until 1/10/22 when they finally said we could bring the car in. Moppert Auto Collision then left the car uncovered, outside in their lot in the snow and ice for almost a month. When they finally got around to taking it in and looking at it, they added 3 supplements to the bill and increased paint cost by 25%. When Nationwide refused to pay them the extra up charges, instead of negotiating with the insurance company, they would not release the car unless we paid them $395.70.They also could not locate our EZpass?? What is their skill level???Greg Moppert was unaccessible, non communicative and rude. He did not return calls. We were told by the staff at least 3 times over a 3 week period, the car would be ready by Friday, it was in the paint shop, reassembly etc.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the body work looks OK.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will review 3 categories:1) Workmanship: outstanding. Car was returned in perfect condition, cleaned inside & out.2) Timeliness: Poor. It took almost 4 weeks to get all the approvals through insurance, parts ordered, and repairs done. (After waiting a month for the first available appontment to bring in!) They waited to hear from insurance after every supplemental claim instead of calling to find out that the claim was submitted wrong or without invoices, etc. I ended up having to call my insurance company every few days to make sure things kept moving along or it would have taken even longer.3) Cost: High. Went through insurance, but at the end when insurance hadn't yet approved the last $750 they literally said "We're kinda holding your car hostage until your insurance company pays". They were billing (in addition to the 3K of repairs) 3 hours of technician time to disconnect & reconnect high voltage electrical system and to charge the car.In summary, Moppert's is a friendly, family-owned business that does premium work at a premium price, but needs to improve on their insurance company communication.Service: Body & Trim

I normally do not write reviews, but Moppert Auto Collision deserves one! Someone rear ended me in my Alfa Romeo Stelvio back in December. I only had the car for 6 months and was devastated when my car was rear ended. I'm meticulous when it comes to my car. I brought my Stelvio to Moppert Auto Collision and could not be happier!! Somehow, they made the car look better than when I first bought it! Dave was great to work with and so was the man at the front desk when I picked it up. I also got my windows tinted while they had the car and am very happy with the way it turned out. Cannot recommend their expertise and professionalism enough. They really know what they are doing!!Service: Body & Trim

Great shop to go to they get all factory parts for the job. When your insurance company writes for all aftermarket or junk yard parts. Also when you get your car back looks better then new your insurance company's are the crooks and moppert auto collision gets you what you deserve.

They tried their best to fix my car but progressive refused to pay them. Unfortunately had to move it elsewhere but they kept me upto date and tried to work with my insurance as best they could

Total con artist's. After not deciding to use them because their estimate was too high they charged me $2,000 to release my car. Taking them to court.

They didn t provide a single update over the two months they had it. NOT ONE. They couldn t accept basic payment methods. And they did poor work (see overspray and improperly installed spoiler). I would avoid if possible.
