I called today with an urgent issue (skid plate that came loose and dragging at the start of a 4h drive) that needed looking at. As other people have said, it s always hard finding a good mechanic that won t charge the earth, but this auto centre is absolutely fantastic. The team were able to see me immediately and gave top-tier, quick service. The customer service was great from start to finish. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again

I went into the shop today with an unknown noise coming from my engine. I knew there was an issue with my car, but only Monro could identify the cause. None of the 3 other mechanics from other shops who took a look at my car could figure out the issue. Hank was both caring and knowledgeable, he really helped me out without any charge. I will definitely be returning and referring my friends!

We were in delware for a short visit when one of my Dodge Dart spark plug was misfiring. I took it to them, they checked and agreed to help fix it the next morning so we can get on the road. Then we showed up and dropped the car, the guys on front desk were very helpful and reassured it will be changed in 2 hours. 45 minutes later He called and told us his manager has told him to not work on the car and we should take it to a dealership (it was saturday and none were able to take us in and we had to get on road soon). Any ways they would not tell us why the change in mind and what was the issue in changing a simple sparkplug. Any ways we had to go back, take the car and thank full found a pep boys who did a great job getting work done in 1 hr and we were able to drive it smoothly with any issues. Be careful of what they say and promise. Extremely unprofessional management but the mechanics in shop were kind. However extremely bad experience and would not recommend if you need urgent help with your car.

This is a great place to get your cars service done. Staff is very friendly, informative and easy to talk to. Place is very clean and walking distance for food while you wait for your car to be serviced.

I had a flat tire and went here to get air in the tire, and the employee filled all my tires with air. Upon inspection, he found a puncture in my tire and replaced it with my spare, all for no charge. I got a quote on a new tire and got it ordered that same day, and the tire only took a day to arrive. Got the new tire on my car the next day. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff I d definitely recommend coming here! Thank you guys again for helping me.

These guys just installed four tires for me. Their service was on point from the moment they answered the phone to schedule my appointment, through the moment I drove away with fresh new tires. I have trust issues with most mechanic shops, but I can confidently say this place deserves your business. There's a reason other reviewers say they drive across state lines for service here. I can't recommend them enough.

I took my car there to have diagnostic testing done to see what was wrong g with my car. Mike told me what codes popped up and gave me a quote of $2103.45. I took my car there on a Monday. I was calked on Tuesday with the quote. Mike said he would call me once my car was done. I called him on Wednesday evening asking about the car. I was told they just finished putting in the spark plugs and then we re going to put in the catalytic converter and it would be done, On Friday I still hadn t heard anything from them so I called Friday evening and was told that it was still running tough and they didn t know what was wrong with it. He told me he didn t want to release the car back to me that way. Saturday afternoon I received a call from Mike saying that they still didn t know what was wrong with my car and that I should take it to a dealer. I received my car in the same condition as when I took it in there. I paid $1918 for nothing. They didn t fix my car, instead they basically robbed me of almost $2000. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

I have a headlight out which I purchased a bulb for at Advance auto. I figured it's an easy thing and can easily change a bulb. Well it's stuck and after watching online tutorials and even getting help from a kind man in a wheelchair I was not successful. He suggested going to Monro and they could easily help. I called Monro and a rude man stated they could not change the light bulb using my unopened bulb and would not give me a quote over the phone. Said it was their policy. Like really, just be kind. Not like I was asking for free service.

Great place to go. I m never disappointed and the staff here are always knowledgeable about their service. Being able to have trust in your mechanic is something i hold dear to me and I ve found this with Monro!

I like the easy location, the friendly staff, the great work and the wait wasn t too long.I just didn t like that the tire sensors are a separate price and is very expensive!

This shop is the worst shop in Delaware. They stole or broke the piece that moves my seat back and forth because it is missing and it was there when I gave it to them. They said I didn't need brakes and once I left the shop with in days I am down to my router how is that if you checked them and said my brakes were fine but I need to pay 1300 for some chassis that I did not need. They switched my brakes because there is no way you looked at them and said on the paperwork they were fine and a few days later I m down to roters. That guy that sits at the front desk is horrible. This place is robbing people and taking advantage of the students in that area. I am going to file a complaint against this shop.

Despite arriving an hour and the half late, the service team at this location still allowed me to service my vehicle. Their are no surrounding car service stations that can compete with their prices for an oil change. Their team has great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Even though I live an half an hour away I will still service my vehicle here.I will also recommend them to anyone thanks

Your appointment booking system should be upgraded to allow customers scheduling appointments and choosing a tire to be notified before arriving if the tire is not in stock at the location. Fortunately the tire was available at another store that wasn t too far away. ( but was an additional 30 mins drive each way) The staff at both locations were very helpful in solving the issue. Still shouldn t happen.

We spent a good hour on our roadtrip from VA to NY hunting for someone to repair our car's dragging belly pan on a Sunday, until we found this gem of a place - they got us fixed and out of there in about 5 minutes and refused to charge us!! They were a literal Godsend to us and we can't recommend them enough!

I have been going to Monro for a while now and they have never let me down ever ! The prices for repairs and service are fair and reasonable. Mike is my guy! He is very pleasant and he know's his stuff. The location is conveniently located around several stores and places to eat so if you do not want to wait inside the shop you can explore Main Street and get some great eats, and lets assume your car needs 2 and a half hours worth of work there's a movie theatre located right across the street!! They will call you once your car is ready ! Monro will be my forever service shop hands down! I was in and out today I had a 3pm appointment and was done by 4:15pm I got an oil change and some front bulbs changed out. My car was also having a front hood latch issue the mechanics fixed that no one else I took my car to could figure out without talking major pricing for a repair. Today was very bliss so don't hesitate in fact if your car is running drive 5mph over the speed limit and zoom on down to Monro :)

I had an inspection at a prior shop where the required repairs of new front control arms and a lateral link cost $1500. Afterwards my wheels did not feel secure or steady and my steering wheel was misaligned. I brought it back and they told me nothing was wrong and that was how I brought it in. A few months later, my axle broke and my wheel came detached from my car just from going over a speed bump in the shopping center across the street from Monro. I am a young student at UD and I was frantic with no idea of what to do. I ran across the street to Monro and Tom immediately stopped what he was doing and came across the street with me to help. He helped me call a tow truck and said I could bring it right across. After a short inspection, he told me a improperly installed control arm was to blame for the damage (from the work done at the previous shop). Monro fixed my car in just a few days so I was still able to travel home for Thanksgiving! Additionally, the same repairs only cost me $900, $600 less than the previous shop. Upon pick up my wheels immediately felt better and my steering wheel was aligned again and I haven t had an issue since! Monro gave me documentation and the old parts back to bring to the previous shop which got me $500 back from them. I am so thankful for Tom and Monro for being there in such a panicked time for me and saving the day. They show the same great service even if it s just squeezing me in for a quick oil change! Now I won t go to any other shop!

Mike was amazing. Very honest. He could well have sold me a large repair, which would I took to them after I had been competitively shopping the price, but they diagnosed a simpler problem. They saved me a lot of money and got me back on the road quickly.

Incredibly friendly staff and impecable work! Highly recommend using Monro for any car repair needs, particularly tire service. They certainly know their tires and take the time to make sure you fully understand the "ins and outs" of your car's needs... They treated my car as if it was their own, and treated me as if I was family - Will be using them from now on!

Quick and efficient service for tires. I was in a bind and in regards to time but so happy to have been able to get my tires replaced at Monro's. From the moment I called to inquire about their hours and what I needed, Mike was so friendly and professional. The type of professional that will creates the type of environment that customers want to come back to. The tire service was well done and at a reasonable rate. I felt completely confident getting back on the road. If I were local I would surely be a return customer. Thank you!!

Took my BMW Z4 here for a tire change. It was close to my job an had good reviews. Shop has been here for ages. All seemed good. Gave me a quote and a great time frame. Dropped it off in the am, dropped keys in the slot, walked to work. Supposed to be done by 2pm. 5pm rolls around without a call from them so I check in. They need more time my job was done for the day at 2, I waited the star time for nothing. Said okay, called my wife to come pick me up. Thank god I had someone to call. Two more days go by with only me calling them for updates they never call me. Turns out they don t have the equipment to remove run flats so they did it by had, ripped up all the the tire pressure sensors while they were at it. They could have told me from the beginning that their shop doesn t work on those kinds of tires, but instead, they charged me three times more than the quote and told me I was lucky they didn t charge me more.
