We usually bring our cars here for smaller things but today my smaller thing found a bigger problem and they were able to fix it without my losing an arm or a leg! Nick and Abbey made this process as painless as possible!We will keep coming here and sending everyone we know. They fixed my husband's brakes and they've been great since. If you have a car problem give them a call. This is not a paid review, I am legitimately this happy with them. Thank you for always being reliable mechanics.

Had an excellent experience at Midas. The staff was knowledgeable and able to explain what they found during the inspection in terms I could understand. Pricing was very reasonable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this location.

Had an amazing experience here. I went in for an oil change. The wait wasn't long and they respected my time. Sebastian at the front desk was really friendly and made you feel comfortable. Andrew did my oil change and he was also great to work with. After my oil change he came to inform me that it was finished and that he looked over the rest of my car. He did recommend to get my brakes changed but he didn't make me feel forced to do it. I gave up on mechanic companies because they always over charge, you wait way longer than told and they try to force you into getting a bunch more work, but Midas was the complete opposite. Finally, a company who doesn't treat your only money to them and instead treat you like family. I will recommend this company to everyone in need of their services. Thanks for the great experience and communication.

Best customer service I ve experienced at midas and I ve been to a bunch of locations across the northeast. Sebastian at the counter and was extremely customer friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Definitely will be back.

What a rip off. I was told my car only takes full synthetic oil. That cost over $80 for an oil change. They was an untruth. It s a blend that cost $24.99. RIP OFF

Called many shops for a brake inspection but everyone stated they were backed up for weeks. Called Midas and they were able to for me in and give me a clear estimate of maintenance I needed! Great work

I went to this Midas at 656 Kirkwood Hwy after I ran over a curb and had a slow leak in my tire. My husband bought a new one and I needed it balanced and mounted. My appointment was at 11am and I was finished by 11:20. The service was only $24.24. My husband thought they would have a service charge for tire disposal but if they did, it wasnt another $10 like somd shops would do. It was exactly what Abby, who works at the front desk quoted. She also has a welcoming smile and personality and makes you very comfortable. I will use this Midas for any future services because first impressions are everything!

The customer service is above and beyond. I brought my car in for a loose heat undercarriage and the mechanic fixed it in less than 5 minutes with no fee. I tipped him because of the care for their customers. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place..the customer service is great, all of the guys are very nice..they genuinely care about the maintenance on you vehicle. They worked on my vehicle throughly and efficient..they made me aware of what needs to be done, and what can wait all while keeping in mind the cost..I m confident these guys will continue to take good care of my vehicle needs. In a desperate need in help. Both Sebastian and Marty were able to help me immediately when I arrived. After I gave a description of my needs. Sebastian was able to quickly give me a solution and a precise time for the completed work. Marty went to work and completed everything to the time frame Sebastian had expected. Both Marty and Sebastian were very helpful. Giving me a 100% quality satisfaction.

Several issues with this location, will never go again. Biggest issue is that I made a reservation to use a $34.99 synergetic blend coupon (which also offered $20 off full synthetic) and explicitly stated when making my appointment that I wanted the cheaper synthetic blend option. When I arrived, the manager told me there was no reservation in the system so I had to give him my information again, and he didn t see my note. When it came time to pay, I was chargers for the over double the price synthetic blend (about $82 even with the coupon) because I was told my car required full synthetic. I ve changed my oil many times and was never told that my car didn t accept synthetic blend, plus it felt like Midas s error for not having my appointment in the first place which included the note. Even if it s true that my car can only take synthetic, if their system worked correctly the mechanic would have seen my note, informed me that they can t do the synthetic blend, and I would have just chosen to take my car somewhere else that would do it cheaper. Instead, the device was done which I never agreed to (the full synthetic) and I paid more than twice what I expected. In addition they told me they couldn t reset the oil change timer on my car- which, again, every other place I ve taken my car to (ex: Jiffy Lube) is able to reset. The manager was content to say agree to disagree because he wasn t the one who was blind sided by a few that was twice the amount of what was expected and advertised online.

My truck broke down far from home, I was reluctant to have work done so far away, but Sebastian was so competent and helpful that I decided to have the work done there at Midas. I was very pleased that the work was done on time, at the price I was quoted and the truck ran without problems afterwards. Fantastic!! so flexible with prices and wait time was not super long for just an oil change and front rotors to be fixed! The front desk guy I believe he goes by the name Dashy, super nice and understanding! I recommend this spot for anyone.

Great service. I think Sebasti�n was the guy running to check in/customer service desk. Besides checking me in, he was managing customers waiting & the phones. He was also able to fit me in to replace my battery without an appointment.While I think an appointment for here is best, it seems like they will do their best to accompany their customers

Took my car to have my front brakes replaced and two tires aligned. A week later my brake light comes on and I take it back to the establishment to get the matter addressed. 20 minutes later the manager says I had a air bubble in my brake lines and fixed the issue. A week later my brake light comes on again and my brakes are so bad I almost get into an accident on the way there. I get there and the manager says the issue is going to cost at least $700 to fix and possibly more. I never had any problem with my brakes until I took it there. I felt like I was being extorted for more money and would tell anyone thinking of taking there car there to call a more reputable establishment.
