I love coming here. Me. Greg treated me with the best service ever and was trying to get me in and out because I was 6months pregnant. But I kept telling him I was okay. But I just thanked him and everyone that worked on my car. And like I said I will continue to keep going there as long as the customer service is amazing.

Was not happy with the diagnostic fee for a light switch which was not available for installation. Manager promised me the installation if I provided the part. Interim manager less than polite during final transaction.

I live in upstate NY. Greg went above and be for my family and I when we got stranded in Delaware due to a tire issue. He and his team were able to get us the parts that we needed at a affordable price. They took into account the money we had to spend on hotels and travel, and helped us figure it all out.We are forever greatful to Greg and his team

Gregory was very informative and cared about my vehicle. Made sure problems were fixed, my concerns were heard and answered. He s a straight shooter, which I prefer. Great service over all, professional but personable customer service.

Needed to get car checked when traveling had to stop here and got service done to ensure safety while driving long distance this Gentleman ( GREG) was very professional and polite he was very down to earth friends and the mechanic was honest and polite as well has great customer service skills I highly recommend them.

I had my daughters car towed there for a radiator hose issue. They tackled the problem and we had the car back same day! I would definitely use them for future work!

When I came to the counter first, the person at the counter decided not to let me go first. I went here for a rear brake pad repair for only a single side, but the person at the counter said I need to repair both sides plus the front. So I decided not to repair it, but they still charged me. The person at the counter was really rude to me. After I dropped money on his desk while being angry at him, he just started an argument with me, I mean WHY WOULD A STAFF START A STUPID ARGUMENT WITH A CUSTOMER OVER THEM DROPPING MONEY ON THEIR DESK?! I am never ever coming back to this repair shop ever again, because their services are a 1/10 service, more like garbage service.

Went to store with tail pipe broken.Went to my local mechanic who wanted to put 2 new mufflers and pipe cost over $1000 dollars.Took it to Meineke they repaired the pipe $250 dollars.Need I say how happy I was.Office manager was great also.Great place.

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO FIX/ EVEN TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFULBUSINESS. WHO WILL REFUSE TO FIX ANY MISTAKES THEIR OWN MECHANICS MAKE. THE SECRETARY """GREG"""" IS A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL POS WHO ONLY TALKS TOUGH WITH FEMALES, AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!! DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR CAR AT ALL!!!! They messed up our car and put the wrong type of oil in the car and we then experienced overheating and more multiple issues after having them work on our car. Then they had the fat black guy "Greg" open the hood despite him having absolutely no mechanical knowledge or experience, he's simply the secretary for this horrible business. He was rude and disrespectful to my fiance, although when I confronted him he was a complete coward and had nothing to say to another man he just gets tough with females. He blamed us for the overheating and took no responsibility and refused to fix it and told us to go elsewhere. Our mechanic then stated he broke several parts In our car that costed hundreds of dollars that "GREG" broke. We then spoke to the owner who did nothing to correct it and even stated GREG did nothing wrong and is their best worker. If that fat POS is your best worker that's really sad and pathetic. He even talked negative about other mechanics/ his own co workers. The only good part was the 1 older white mechanic who was very respectful and prompt with his work. Very pathetic DO NOT go here if you want work done correctly and want to be shown mutual respect.

I recently had service performed on my 2001 Mustang SVT Cobra, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The manager explained the repair well, the parts and labor estimated costs, and how long the job would take. His supporting team performed the repair, were friendly, and most importantly, I felt the whole team was honest and not trying to push up costs.I highly recommend this business if you're struggling with dealerships or finding trustworthy repair shops.

They did great work on the car! They undercharged me at the end so I have to go back to give the remainder of the balance , which is a slight Inconvenience cause I have work and have to try and get there on my off time but other wise great company! I've had a leading tire issue for months. I've taken it to multiple other shops and they never fixed the issue. I brought it to Meineke, diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour!The service and communication was awesome and I'm kicking myself for not coming to Meineke sooner.

Update: Had another car emergency and everyone at this fine establishment came up clutch. Had me in and out in a day. Unbelievable work. Thanks again so much.Had a bit of an emergency, they were able to fit me in and fix the car in a day. And just want to shout out the Meineke Minister, Greg. Meineke Car Care Center of Newark DE is always very professional, upfront and honest. While providing efficient work. I am thrilled with the work on my car and 89 Honda. It didn't cost me as much as I thought it would. It was not a thermostat like I was thinking and told them, I was wrong, LOL.The car was overheating they diagnosed it as I needed a new heater hose got also an oil change they took good care of it and good care of me thanks Meineke!!! I'll be back for more services I have a lot to get done,Meineke fixes everything!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I brought my car in for oil change/tire check etc. They checked the car out did requested service and then advised air filter && windshield wipers need replacing. Since they have taken care of my car services needs I did not hesitate to do repairs. I like they advise of reason and cost prior to doing the service.6/30 service to replace sway bars completed & then alerted that rear 2 tires were bald to the point of dangerous. Advised to get tires asap which I completed. I'm so thankful that they help me keep my car running and safe.9/29/23 service for oil change was taken care of. Mr Gregg has taken care of my car for the last 4_5 yrs. Maintenance has been the lifeline & my car now has almost 300,000 miles. I thank them for taking care of my car like it was there own.
