Arrived at 9:45 on a Monday, pulled into the Express service lane in the garage. Was greeted professionally by a gentleman who had taken my keys and directed me into a service advisor. Service advisor was quick and proficient. Was informed about an hour wait. Sat in the waiting area, descent size room with A high top table that offered USB and outlets for charging. There are also vending machines on available for snacks and beverages. Complimentary water and coffee on hand. Service advisor came to locate me to inform they found an issue with my car, I said to hold off, was not forced that it need to be done today. Went to the cashier and paid. Only reason for the 4 stars is the length of time it took. I was told an about an hour, took close to an hour and a half. Other than that, everything was great. Please see my photos !

Called to have my vehicle serviced for spark plus and a transmission fluid change as well as a full detail. I was told my vehicle would have to be sent over to the body shop. After the service was done my car was dropped off at the body shop with no information given as to what the vehicle was there for. So here I am day 4 with no car and I m still waiting for someone to reach out to me about what the car needs before they work on it. Even though all of that was set up DURING me making my appointment. If you get you car worked on and then cleaned. Schedule 2 different appointments yourself. Don t rely on them actually doing their job like I did. Cause now I m about to go on 5 days without a car. For a simple spark plug change and full detail. (Apparently my car doesn t need the transmission fluid changed at this time)

Spent over 30 minutes on the phone to get the car added to the system. Eventually i had to give up and drive in. I arrived and spoke to someone local who stated the car was in system. I walked over to schedule service. The first thing stated is that the car isn't in the system. So go through that again.After the car is finally in the system, i get a run around for a service appointment. 2 weeks out for an appointment for an oil change. I took a day off work to get the oil changed, drive-in took 2 hour. In 38 years of driving and owning vehicles i have never had such a hard time for an oil change, nor had one take so long.

Took my few months old 2023 Honda Civic Sport in to get a couple CURB RASH spots fixed on my alloy wheels. They also tended to a recall on my car as well. Dropped my car off Tues morning, and it was completed by like 4 in the afternoon! Wheels look brand new and recall issue is solved! Great service Ctr!!! This is an add on! Took my car back to Martin for another curb rash incident on 3/12/24. Don t know if it was a different vendor, or just someone new. Was told they couldn t fix my rim because of spray paint on the rash! Was confused because THE SAME issue was handled last time, and the rim looked Brand new!!! Still am sticking with the 5 star review because it wasn t Martins fault, and hey, stuff happens!! There still AWESOME!!

Exceptional service! Dan was absolutely phenomenal. My car is in pristine condition and I loved the complementary car wash and vacuum definitely an added bonus to the service that was provided for me.

Every person at Martin Honda Servicing are professional with a cordial attitude That why they will remain my only servicing center.Damar Westley, was my advisor this time, a true ASSET to the Martin Honda name, he was detailed, professional and very enthusiastic while helping me.He truly works for one to be happy and satisfied with the service . I can see them moving him into sales , but until then I will always look for him when I come for service.

Took my brand new car there for first oil change , car came out with broken glove compartment box , seems like they took my brand new part and installed an old malfunction one. Be careful when you service your car here.

So they have had my car since before Halloween. Almost a month now. I have a new 23 honda civic ex. Bought it with 7 miles on it. Since day 1, there was vibrating in the dash I thought was normal. As I drove it a while it just got worse. I've drove up here 4 times from New jersey now to address this issue because they can't seem to fix it. Also the paint was chipping on the hood which they said was my fault. Why would I chip my hood? None the less they did fix the chipped paint by repainting the hood. But the vibrating in the dash continues to happen. For a while they seemed to be fixated on the noise coming from the trunk until I made them sit in the car with me and drive it in the parking lot for them to hear it. Each time I bring it in there is more noticeable wear on my car from the beeping when sitting down is very staticy now which never happened before and a smudge or mark on the windshield that wasn't there prior which I can not get off. They are doing this all for free, which they should since the car was brand new and only 6 months old when I brought it in to begin with. But as more issues are appearing after each drop off. I'm am becoming really frustrated as a good way to put it. They are being very nice which is why I'm giving them 2 stars and giving me a loaner finally but my car should not be here to begin with for all these issues. I have taken very good care of my car from washing with distilled water and micro fiber cloth to dusting and vacuuming the interior every other week. And driving it very cautiously so these issues were not from me.

I have used Martin's service for yearS and exclusively since the purchase of my 2019 Honda Accord. Called to schedule a routine service and to ask while they have my car, please check tire pressure sensor as it goes on and off sporadically. Once the appointment was made, I asked the cost of the routine service and the CSR told me it is also a $120 charge to look at my tire pressure sensor. Say what? I told her you already have the car and I purposely waited until it was time for service to avoid having to pay a ridiculous diagnostic fee when I just told you what the issue is. That is our policy.I understand when the owner of the car doesn't know what the problem is and it is a random check engine light. Plus, you will already have my car and supposedly looking it over for issues, sooo why charge a $120. Never mind.Okay, cancel that appointment as it is my policy to take my money and business elsewhere.***Update***A manager of the service department called me to discuss the above review and listened in great details to my concerns.I now have an appointment with Martin to do my routine service and to check my tire pressure issues WITHOUT having to pay an additional fee.Thank you, Martin for taking the time to follow up and to favorably resolve this matter.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love their new facility. The people who are at reception are always so polite. Service didn't take long but I was okay in the waiting area even though I forgot my cellphone at home. I thought it was going to drag on but I had a choice of flat screen TV's to look at and a vending machine that's always my friend. Since I couldn't be reached by phone the tech took the time to find me rather than me having to harass someone about when my car would be ready. He took an extra 10 minutes to get a complimentary car wash which was something I hadn't received since I sold my Acura and no longer took my car to that dealership. The old service shop on Cleveland Ave didn't give carwashes. I missed them. I was spoiled. Martin Honda has a customer for life or the life of my car. Keep up the good work and I'll never leave.

This place was alright until nowadays with certain new service advisors. Work aint so legit no more. I know a mechanic that although far does legit work and better job and charges wayyyy less. Yall over charge and do wishy washy work. I don't get it

Dropped off my '24 Civic to have new lug nuts & wheel locks put on- but noticed scratches around the rims. Additionally, the service center put 6 miles on the car "to make sure the lug nuts were tight," according to the assistant manager. I have never heard of this in all my interactions with a service center. The paperwork stated the mileage was the same when I dropped off and picked up- so I'm confused.

DID NOT MY CAR ISSUE OR EVEN IDENTIFY THE CAUSE.Brought my carin for a valve lash adjustment and it was still sounded the same afterwards. Was told they'd charge me again to open it up and verify it was done correctly. I asked if it would be given to a better technician and not the same one, they said they couldn't do that.I had a pull to the right side and I was told it was the tires. Bought 4 new tires, road force balanced, still pulled to the side.Had a small oil leak from a bolt on the valve cover. Tap and drilled out the broken bolt, replaced it, still leaks.The technicians here that worked on my car are unskilled and I would never bring my car here again for anything.

This is by far the worst auto service I have ever been to. The service advisor made me wait so long to come up with an excuse to say he called me. He never called me. I checked my messages and there were no calls from him. So he lied. Never again come back here.

I'm extremely disappointed with this place. We took the 2017 Honda over because it was having an issue with stalling as well as clicking in the engine. I normally take our cars to my own guy however my husband said just to be sure, let's take it to Honda since they specialize in Honda. Not only do they have little to no communication but they charged him over $600 in labor costs. We paid for it and took the car home to find out they had removed his insurance card from the glove box to make a copy of it and never put it back. We went and picked up the card. A few days later, the car started stalling again and having the same issues it was having previously even after we paid over a thousand dollars to have it fixed. I called the rep and he said to bring it back in. We waited for more than 3 hours for them to tell us that in order for them to diagnose it, he needed to revert the entire car back to stock parts and bring it back. I took the car to my guy who diagnosed it in ten minutes without all stock parts and fixed the minor issue it was having for less than $200. We're not going back here again ever and we also will never be purchasing a Honda vehicle again. I should have just went with my gut.

Horrible service and staff. I needed a windshield replacement. I recommended this "Honda Service" location to my insurance. It took them 2-3 working days to contact these folks and get a quote.I called them for service and requested to please confirm the service cost as they provided to my insurance. Lady at the front desk told me that an advisor would contact me soon. I didn't receive any call. So, I called after 4 hours; I explained to the service department that I needed an appointment and confirmation on the cost. She forwarded my call to an advisor. After a long 10-min hold, I explained to this advisor what I needed. He forwarded me to parts. The parts department forwarded to me to service department. Someone picked up in service department, saying the person is busy and would call back. I explained to her that I was on call for 21-mins; she said "okay" and put me on hold. I waited three more minutes and hung up, tired of their BS.I feel bad for not taking my insurer's advice and proceeding with another local shop they suggested. But that's fine; there are other good "Honda" a few miles away.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Mr. Spells in service has been excellent, I would give him 5 stars hands down looking fwd to bringing in my 2014 accord to finally get fixed right this will be the third time bring it in, so he's not the issue

This is Kristin Zebley again . Rich McGinnis was my Service advisor and he also gave me top notch service. He realized what I had been told on the phone when setting up my appt was not exactly correct and he corrected the error with no hesitation and it was much appreciated. Overall my experience with the service team yesterday was amazing.

Had my brake fixed. Alex with the contact number ending at 1579 was my service advisor. Alex is super friendly and has given me the most straightforward and understandable services ever! I was able to just complete my end-to-end service by texting Alex. If you get Alex, you rest assured that the service will be done right!

I called Martin Honda Service on Monday, 7/10 to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The woman who I spoke with (who I now wish I wrote down or remembered her name because I would definitely put her name in this review) told me I didn t need an appointment and I can use the express service. I SPECIFICALLY asked which days and times? She said, any day and we open at 7am. Skip to this morning, I get to Martin Honda Service Center around 8am and I pull up through the Express Service. The guy comes out, I tell him that I need an oil change and tire rotation. He responds, do you have an appointment? INSTANTLY I m mad because why would I drive thru the express lane if I had an appointment sir??????? Although I was mad, I understood it wasn t his fault. I told him no and before I could explain to him why and he says well let me see if we can work you in. He walks away and then brings his manager back with him. The manager could see that I was upset and he says We don t do express appointments on Saturdays I respond, I spoke to someone who said I can come thru express service ANYDAY for an oil change and I didn t need an appointment. You need to tell your service people to give out the right information. He responded I m sorry it s been like this for last 20 years. You can leave your car for the day and we can try to work you in. Now I m really mad because 1) YOUR customer service people are giving out incorrect information 2) I could care less what you ve been doing for the last 20 years as I was clearly told differently less than 7 days ago 3)how does leaving my car all day helps me sir????????? as this was an EXPRESS service!!!! I just drove off with my time and energy wasted and NO oil change or tire rotation. So if you want incorrect information, your time wasted, and no service this is the PERFECT place to go!

HiI have worst experience with Martin HondaDuring my last visit. I had some issue with my car making some loud noise and check engine light on .I dropped my vehicle and told them I need to change engine oil too along with those noise issues.They told me to leave the car for couple of days. When I picked up the car after two days ,I was billed $1915.I picked up car and notice the there is still loud noise and I went back to matin HondaThey said the check engine sign was due to stretch chain and they guess that and told me that I never told them about loud noise.I told them that was the main issue I bring the carBut they never agreed.My question is how a mechanic will fix the car and drive and never noticed that loud noise. If they notice why they didn t call me to tell me the issue.Then I had oil change and they never adjusted the fluid levels. The windshield washer tank was dry. I doubt of they change the oil too.I need to go to local mechanic and pay ago. For oil change and the loud noise.I have two Honda cars and two Toyota but never has issue like that beforeI really don t like to leave any bad comment but this wa way too much for me. I wasted $1900 at Marin Honda.
