This is my second car I received from Martin Honda. This has truly been a stress free, wonderful experience. Mark T assisted me with obtaining my new car without hassle! Alyssa assisted me in saving over $100 on my car insurance! I am so happy with my experience and will be returning for future car services and recommending them to family and friends!

So I went to this dealership with my son in hopes of getting him a new Honda Civic. We sat down with Andrew & was really impressed with his customer service, payments were looking real bad with interest rates today. So here comes Kim & she was a beast would not let us go until we got a great deal & she came through with a 2024 civic decent payments with gap included found quite a few coupons & rebates. Great experience would recommend to all Kim you Rock

I found this dealership to be very sexist on both visits there. They wouldn t let me put a car on hold, but they allowed my husband to do so. In person, the dealer only spoke to and looked at my husband. We had our check in hand to buy the Pilot, but we were so turned off by the sexism that we decided to walk away. The salesman shook my husband s hand at the end of our visit but ignored mine. We ended up driving an hour to Heritage Honda in Maryland to purchase our Pilot, and we received impeccable service.

My wife & I recently purchased a new family vehicle to meet our growing needs. Mark is genuinely one the most professional yet entertaining sales rep Ive metLooking back at the experience, there was an atmosphere of transparency, understanding & candor that he created throughout each of our interactions. Bought a 23 honda civic ex in April of this year. It had 7 miles on it. Now since the time I bought it. I have had to bring it to service for issues 4 times now. I Shouldn't have to do that for a brand new car. Paint was chipping on the hood and there is a vibrating noise in the dashboard that no one seems to be able to fix. Every time I bring it in there seems to be something else wrong with it from new noises to permanent marks on my wind shield that wasn't there prior. I should not have any of these issues for a brand new car. The after market bundles from Betty I feel like is a scam. The paint protectant they put on apparently dosent cover the chipped paint it's supposed to prevent. It only covers "shine" even though that's not was I was told when they offered the service. I'm only giving it 2 stars because they are trying to address the issues, but it's been a huge pain in the rear. I wanted to have this car for a very long time, and so far it has been a straight-up lemon with more issues the longer they have my car. I'm not happy. The 2,000 dollar low stock fee is absolute trash. But none the less I wanted the car. I spent 3 years saving money and researching cars for the perfect most reliable car for me and came to conclusion of a honda civic. I wanted just 1 thing in my life I worked hard for and can be proud of owning, but with all these issues, Im fully regretting buying from here.

We had to bring our Honda pilot in for service and had the pleasure of working with Alex Hassiepen . He not only took care of our problem but understood our frustration and was sooo nice. We will always go to Martin for any service that is needed on our car.Thank you Alex for taking such good care of us.

First and foremost I want to acknowledge Jose! I went in frustrated after going to two other dealerships & not being satisfied . Upon arrival me and my mother exited our vehicles and we were preparing to just look around & then came an Angel, Jose ! He greeted us and asked if we needed help. After a brief conversation he insisted we come in and he thoroughly went through the process with me & made sure that I didn t feel pressured into just making a purchase but I was comfortable with doing it. He took his time and explained each step thoroughly which I greatly appreciated . I understood everything that he explained and it made me feel 100 times better . He made me and my mother feel comfortable and he made my experience wonderful and amazing . Jose you made my day. I was able to purchase an amazing vehicle for me and my daughter and I m beyond satisfied . Thankyou so much Jose, I really cannot express my satisfaction with your service and Martin Honda is lucky to have you !!! You have an amazing heart . Thanks again.

I ve only viewed their website so far (hence, giving four stars, as I cannot speak on their customer service) because I and my daughter are both in the market for newer vehicles. We have been searching and researching for over a month now, and I have to say Martin s has the highest prices for their certified preowned vehicles than any other place within 70 miles. I m in MD but next to DE line, so I do a lot of shopping in DE. I am not even willing to go to their facility in person since viewing their inventory and pricing online.For some credentials, I am the fleet manager for my company and I handle all vehicle transactions from luxury cars, daily drivers, passenger vans, & box trucks. I m very much experienced in the car buying process. In my experience, I used to think big auto manufacturer dealerships were way more trustworthy than the run of the mill used car spots on almost every corner in every city across the country. But I learned quickly that I was extremely naive. I ve sued 2 dealerships & won.There are A LOT of scams going on at legitimate major manufacturer dealerships that most people don t know. Bogus fees, interest rate mark ups & extended terms, warranties that aren t worth the pen you signed with, and more. Just make sure you RESEARCH beforehand. READ the paperwork at dealership & REVIEW everything before you sign. It s also best to bring your own financing if possible unless there s special low rate offers at the time thru the manufacturer.Just remember, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND.FYI: this is not about this specific dealership, I just wanted to offer some advice due to my own experiences and knowledge.

I brought my car to be diagnosed and repaired. I already knew what was wrong with my car and I replaced the part. After they looked at my car, they told me that the part, that I replaced, needed to replaced. They didn't fix anything and ended up wasting my time and $120 diagnostic fee. This dealer has gone downhill and I will never take it there again.

I just bought a car from Mateo at Martin Honda. It is a perfect fit for my lifestyle and comfortability needs. Mateo really listened in detail to the qualities I needed in a car and exceeded my expectations by helping me find the Honda Civic that I purchased. I haven t bought a car since 2008. I had a lot of questions and concerns about the new features on 2022 vehicles. Mateo contacted me as soon as the car was available, letting me know it was there to test drive. It turned out that was the car I had been looking for and I can not be happier with my choice.

They took the time to find exactly what we requested in a vehicle and had patience throughout the entire process. Walt, Chris, Julian, Betty, Marty and Michael Pijuan were absolutely awesome. Mark Tribuani is the best! Drove home in a beautiful Accord this weekend! I went in knowing I wanted a new car, but had no idea what I wanted in a car. Mark put my interests above his own when it came to financing options and the number on the bottom line. Go see Mark today, he won't let you down!

My son and I are appreciative of our encounter with M. Mateo at Martin Honda.I took my son (a May 2023 graduate) to Martin Honda looking for a car. Mateo was courteous and professional in our interactions. He answered all our questions about the models we were interested in. Going through the process, we really did not feel Mateo was pressuring us to make a purchase. What we appreciate most is his wise (real life necessary) advises in car purchasing. He commented to us checking auto insurance and auto loan programs before we make a purchase.We felt that Mateo is someone we would love to work with.

Months ago I was there for a recall and they damaged the screen in my car. After "talking it over" they decided they would go ahead and fix it. But the part was on backorder. Weeks go by and I never heard from them. I called and they said the order was cancelled. So they reordered it. Weeks go by again, I call and they said they had no history of it being ordered. After speaking with the "manager" I was told that it was actually there waiting for me. I could stop in anytime. So I did. And guess what, they dont take walk ins! Of course they dont that would mean that they had someone tell me something that was actually true. Sooo....now I finally have an appointment scheduled to fix their mistake they made in MAY. Cross your fingers they actually fix it when I come in!

I purchased my first pre-owned Honda in October of 2022 at a dealership in NJ. Fast forward to June of 2023, and it s time for my first service visit. Martin Honda is listed as the nearest dealership, so I scheduled service via the HondaLink app. First of all, I loved the fact that the price for all standard services are listed; I knew what I was going to be paying before I even arrived. Secondly, when I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately ushered into the service bay and greeted by a cheerful gentleman (I forget his name) who explained the process to me. He then escorted me into the building, and I was greeted by Johnnie, the service advisor. He checked me in and escorted me into the lounge area, and he gave me a rundown of the amenities (including complimentary WiFi) and bid me adieu. Soon after, I received a text from Jennifer, who informed me that my vehicle was now in the shop with a technician. I continued to receive periodic updates from Jennifer, and I even received a video of the technician s multi-point inspection. I felt that was a bit of overkill; however, it was appreciated. Overall, my service experience was fantastic, and I will recommend Martin Honda to anyone needing great service.

Best Place to Buy a Car!!!!We are repeat customers. Sales and service is top notch. My very favorite person to deal with has always been Larry Murray, he can get the job done no matter which hat he is wearing that day!I brought my brother in, who was having a little trouble getting a car due to a series of bad breaks. Martin Honda was able to put him in a brand new car! That was four years ago and he still loves his car and is grateful to sales team that put him in it. He plans to buy his next car from Martin as well.

Hi I just to say to any Honda owners out there if your car is having any issue don t waste your time taking it anywhere else martins Honda 1364 marrows rd is the place to take your car Arnold Dominguez was my service advisor and they brought my car back to life. All your employees were wonderful to my husband and myself. We specifically were deeply happy with our Salesman Manuel Mateo. He was exemplary person, who treated us like family. He was extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy. He asked what we were interested in and made every effort to accommodate us. He is an extremely great salesperson who cares about the customer.We think Mateo is a great asset to your dealership and will only get better.

Love Martin Honda and the service team. Have worked with them for over 20 years - and several cars. Always feel like I am getting the best service and know that they are looking out for me as a valued customer. Shout out to Ivan the service manager (always has an ear and often candy on his desk, a plus for sure). The service team is always helpful and amazing. Even call them from the road when a light goes on or I have a unfamiliar sound, etc., and they are there to help. Can't go wrong with Martin Honda!

I bring my friend to this dealership bought a brand new accord about a half year ago. Just happened this week, the cars sport wheel was stolen when parking in the street. We call the tow truck and tow the car to this dealership trying to get some new wheels and fix the broken window thief . The dealer refuse to take the car and told us that we need keep the car right on the street where the wheel got stolen in the first place and wait 1 or possible 2 weeks to wait ordered new wheels to arrive.Really? Martin? We are your customer. It make me feel shame that I bought my friend in. I know you have right to reject a car service for all you can think safety reason but really? The Firestone next door took our car and able to accept the car to park in their parking lot and waiting for the new wheels to arrive instead of waiting 2 weeks and got our windows broke in again....

I was referred to Martin Honda by an associate of mine because I had a bad experience at the piazza Honda. Unfortunately for me Martin Honda treated me about the same. The salesman were trying to up charge for random things and they were very inconsistent with pricing. When I called they transferred me to a guy named Ron who was extremely rude over the phone but we can do some agreement because I wanted a new car. I got scheduled to come in and test drive the car. I loved the crv but they made me uncomfortable and I didn t want to purchase anything from some rip-off salesman. I will say the place was beautiful and well maintained inside but clearly your employees could use a lesson or two about empathy and connecting with people. I m extremely disappointed in you guys. My car is at the martin collision center for over a month. It is getting into 2 months now. They told me the car would be ready to go last Friday (07/07/23). Then they changed to next Tuesday (07/11/23), then again to Friday (today, 07/14/23). I called them and they said the car will be fixed next Thursday, yes only next Thursday (07/20/23). I had to return the rental car (max. of 30 days from geico) on 07/07/23. I'll not have a car for at least 2 weeks and based on their history, they will change the pickup date again and I don't know for how long ill stay without my car. They never called me, texted messages, or did anything telling what is going on with my car. You will be totally in the dark if you drop your car there.

Turns out there are not many care available literally anywhere. I appreciate that he spent the time to explain the shortage and the benefit of buying with him and Martin. Will return
