They repaired front end of my 2010 Honda crv with 80,000 miles on it. Looks brand new again. Great job and thanks. The collision Manager goes above and beyond and cares about his customers

Customer service was acceptable. The quality of the repair was extremely poor. My daughter s car (Hyundai Sonata) had a minor front end collision that required a new front bumper cover and grill. Did Martin Collision paint and install a new bumper cover and grill? Yes. But, the paint was not blended onto the fenders or the hood so there s a noticeable difference in color. The hood alignment to the front bumper is terrible. I have before and after photos. I can stick my hand in the gaps. Look at the photos. This is considered repaired?I mentioned this when I picked up the car. I was told, well, do you want to have Geico look at it again? I had to take the car. It s needed for daily use for my daughter at college and I live 4 hours away.Service: Body & Trim

Ordered part for Miata on Saturday when the Toyota parts guy was covering the , ugh, counter (see photos). Part came in on Tuesday as promised.Renovations are starting next week. Couldn't come soon enough. The place is kind of long in the tooth.A word about prices. Martin appears to use matrix pricing. Translated that means they mark up parts beyond MSRP. Mazda says the part I ordered should cost me $5.00. They probably charge Martin about $3.00. Martin in turn marked it up to $8.00. Not much in this case, but not cool either.

Was told my car would be done on a specific day for weeks.. Checked in multiple times and was consistently told the same thing.. The day comes and I m told it s done yet and we have no idea when it ll be done I m sure they are working on it but the customer service was very poor. If you know it s not going to be done by the game you are constantly telling someone. Let them know about it!

Very friendly staff and keeps you posted about the status time to time.Bob is an awesome person to work with.Mark Anthony, the manager there took time to call me back to double check the potential faulty part. He helped to get reimbursement for the $$$ I spent after I got car out of the body shop.Only issue is, delays in getting the repairs completed. I guess that s the new norm after pandemic.

Russ contacted me and explained what needed to be done with my KIA soul. He went over the charges and informed me one part had to be ordered and he would call me when it came in. He was very kind and had my car ready when he said it would be. Everyone was respectful, professional and made my experience pleasant.

I brought my car to this shop to get a minor scratch fixed on the front passenger wheel well. They said it would be a three day job and that it was an easy fix. After four days and not receiving a call from them I called in to check on the status of the vehicle. They said that it would be ready the next afternoon. Having been told my car would be done we turned in the rental car. On the fifth day I called for an update and I was told they needed a few more days. This job took a week longer than expected. Later the body shop manager reached out and was very kind to offer me a free rental vehicle. The issue seemed to be a lack of communication between the project manager and the customer. I recommend calling to check on the vehicle every few days. Overall I am pleased that they reached out to address these concerns and kept the quality of their work as their top priority.Service: Body & Trim

Came in to have my car looked at after hitting a deer oct 2nd and I was going through insurance. The lady checking my car out seemed to be in a bad mood and just wanted to cause issues. She contacted my insurance company saying it looks as if there could be other damage from something else (which there wasn t) so a investigation had to be started because of this instead of asking me any questions first like other places have. I could not get my car fixed that day and actually it is now November 14th and they have finally made a decision that she was wrong. She really tried to get it from comprehensive to collision, which would be my fault. I thought this was extremely unfair I work 7 days a week i have lost wages because of this and will never come here again and do not suggest it.

I have been coming to Martin Honda since 2002 or 3. I keep returning because they are friendly.I have leased 4 CRV'S, and purchased 1 Civic.They take the time to explain the service before they do it.Again after. No surprises in between.I am a Honda woman forever. All the staff are polite and knowledgeable.Waiting area is clean.

I went to Martin Collision to have my car repaired after my car was hit in an accident. They were able to schedule the repair quickly and my car was repaired to look brand new! Robert S. went above and beyond as far as customer service goes! He was a pleasure to work with and takes care of his clients. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Like I expect is the case for most people, I don't have a lot of experience with body shops. I did however have a couple problems. They repaired a bumper after I got hit from behind at a light. A couple of months after the repair, I started getting rust where the bumper and body join up. I'm pretty sure this is due to damaging the paint when removing the bumper. Additionally, the repaired bumper developed a crack at about 4-5 months after the repair. If I need another repair like this, I will likely try another shop.

Friendly place. Good waiting area. I went for an oil change to Martin Kia for my leases vehicle. Came out as promised with in 1 hour 15 minutes. No unexpected charges

I drive a tow truck and went there to get a customer car. Of course the employees there had no idea what I was talking about or where this customers key where. Unbelievable. And if anyone know u are on a very tight time frame when it comes to driving a truck.
