Excellent customer service! Authentic!I had leak in my car tire, my dealer said i had change my tire. Lunch box ppl are honest folk they said it is a leak i will fix it. I was in and out in 30min. Highly recommend.

First class service!! Best in Show goes to Lunchbox Garage, hands down!! They took care of my 2015 Dodge Challenger from the very first phone call and the service, staff and the environment is just so welcoming and friendly. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful even before I showed for my appointment. I needed new front brakes installed and I got my car back same day and the techs communicated with me every step of the way, no hidden cost or agenda. Best in Delaware hands down, and I've been here last 5 years. Look no further for your aftermarket needs or just anything they can fix it. I'll be recommending you to all my friends. I wanted to wait 6 months after my car repair to write a review about the service I received from LBG.i am so thankful to finally find a shop in DE that works on Volvos. Acting on a recommendation from one of the guys at the Advance Auto near me, I called them and dropped off my 2009XC90. LBG completed all of the repairs noted by the dealership at a substantial decrease from Dealer parts and labor. Very impressed with the shop staff and above all, my SUV runs fine and I have not had any issues. I am very pleased with LBG and happy to have a new shop to take care of my baby!

My first experience was good but my second experience not so much. I called them because I wanted them to look at my car. Just one small areaI gave him all the information that was needed and the guy did not disclose that I was going to have to pay. I thought he was doing it free of charge. So after they were done, the lady called me up to come pay and I said im getting charged, I didn t know I had to pay and the woman goes did you ask and that was very rude. But as a customer, I m not suppose to ask, when a potential customer ask for a service, it s your job to give the price. For future reference ask for the price beforehand. I like this place but maybe in the future I ll return. But they re really good at their job. Don t let this review discourage you.

I highly recommend Lunchbox garage body repair. Absolutely amazing service and work. They even did not charge me for some minor repairs. They always try to save money for their customers. I cannot recommend lunchbox garage enough for my friends. I would not go any auto repair shops. This is the only place I can trust. Thanks lunchbox! You are the best!

Bob and his crew are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work and above all their honest people . Which as I feel is hard to come by. I came in the shop for a fuel smell emitting from my truck and come to find out it was leaking fuel due to a bad pump and lines. Which could have been catastrophic if left alone .But They got my truck up and running in no time . They are also very reasonable in pricing . 10/10 great job guys. Will continue to bring my vehicles to lunchbox garage.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you want the best service in Delaware check out the Lunch Box Garage! They have the best mechanics and prices are very reasonable. Uber/Lyft drivers also have option of dropping car off at night. How can you beat that?!

I literally just wanted to find a repair facility that listened to my wants and needs. I came across Lunchbox Garage and finally found an honest facility. They work with you, give you options and that s why I tell everybody to go to this repair center. Thank you for your service to my vehicles and I will be back. Update as of 1/2024 this facility is now run like every other facility out there, their policy and procedures have changed and I can no longer recommend this service center.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

Lunch Box Garage is the absolute best. I am originally from NY and will honestly drive down to Delaware to see these guys whenever there is an issue with my car. They are honest and hardworking. They sit down with you and explain to you in detail all the mechanics no one ever bothers to tell you so that you truly understand what needs to be fixed. Really an amazing experience every time! Special thanks to Bob, Brian and Stephanie for always being so kind and so helpful. Horrible, horrible rip off. Took our jeep in for a 2nd opinion on needing new rotors. Were led to believe it was a control arm problem, $1200 didn't fix problem 2 more visits and the struts (which they admitted they should have noticed ) $1000 didn't fix the problem. Test drive with Chris, he diagnosed the problem within a mile. It was the rotors total of six drop off and time without our jeep. Problem was finally solved for $400. I'm sure the arm and struts were not picture perfect but instead of checking the rotors the mechanics jumped into high $$$ repairs which didn't solve the problem. Be very cautious of this business and don't even refer your enemies total rip offs only concerned with raking in the big bucksService: Auto brake repair

I had taken my car to a few places before taking my car to the LunchBox Garage as no one was able to pinpoint the problem and actually fix my AC (this would be the third summer without working AC in my Acadia). I had spent hundreds on fixing things that never fixed the problem. Bob and Brian never gave up on my car! While the first repair they did, did not fix the issue, it still needed done. They took my car back and put many hours into finding the issue. While I do believe the labor costs are a bit high (but becoming the new average), the service and dedication to myself and my car was worth it. I won t hesitate to bring my car back there and highly recommend them.

Another great lunchbox experience. I went in with a different idea of what was wrong with my car (issue triggered another light). Brian was able to figure out pretty quickly that that wasn't the issue. After replacing the parts needed, he wiped down any messes made during the work and left my engine looking nice and clean rather than just shutting the hood and leaving it unseen by me. I literally drive 40 minutes to get here because it's better than any other shop I've ever been to DEALERSHIP INCLUDED.

had a outstanding experience with I believe doug. terrible with remembering names. but he took time to make sure our underglow was installed correctly and done right. got to use there waiting for a couple hours as our car was getting finished as we were not able to leave at the time. outstanding work by the employees and plan to be back for more work.

This place is amazing. The staff is great, they make you feel like family every time you go there. This is the only place I will take my cars. They have done everything from tires, breaks, oil changes and more. They did an excellent job installing my wheel lights. Going back next week for tires, oil change and my underglow fixed. Friendly, professional, very efficient. Would definitely recommend them. These guys are straight up AWESOME!I stopped in randomly, in a hurry to get on the road late in the afternoon. I asked if they could assist me with an issue I was having with my SUV. They greeted me warmly and treated like I was talking to family. They quickly assisted me and sent me back off on my way! Since the pandemic, finding anyone to assist walk-ins or random customers has been quite rare yet these fine individuals didn t hesitate to extend a helping hand.I will be going back to them for any and all of my truck s mechanical issues for them to address. You should too if you want to experience an excellent customer experience.

Grateful to Bob & the garage crew for being open on Saturday & having availability to replace my starter. It's much appreciated as I would have had to call out of work on Monday to get it fixed otherwise. Bob is very knowledgeable as a mechanic and true to his word about pricing and timing to fix my car. They replaced my timing belt, only took 4 hours, it was very quick! and I am very pleased with the lady in the front. She was so kind to my son, and she made it a great experience for a first customer! I will be going here for all my auto needs

Mechanics and office personnel are very professional. Your car is analyzed, a complete diagnostic is performed and you will get a very reasonable price for repairs. They are honest auto repair professionals that are trustworthy. The quality of the work has gone down since they have hired outside help. I was lied to and my car was not fixed properly. I had to do my struts myself because the guy lied and said the spacer would not fit. i should have done my own work in the first place. This is exactly why i don't trust people working on my cars.I also had to replace the new ball joint that the worker split.The worker flat out lied and said he tried to do it for an hour. That was a lie, Instead of saying, hey i don't think its safe and recommended something else the was not safe and would cause my upper ball joint to be at an extreme angle that would cause it to snap. Some customers actually do reserch before hand. I may not have a shop but I am very knoweledgable when it comes to working on autos.Everyone is about a quick buck now a days but integrity goes a long way.But instead of talking to the customer your worked lied to my face and over the phone saying he tried to do it for an hours.But yet recommended an unsafe part.And still never explain how he broke a brand new ball joint.This exactly why i never trust shops with shady practicesI'm glad you can put all your trust in your workers. They just reconditioned my headlight lenses. I am sooo very pleased. They look brand new, clear as a bell. Really great people, as a bonus he did my fog lights so they would all match. Now I ll be able to see the road ahead at night. Lol. Very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you very much.After my latest service I can say that I really was impressed and grateful for going above and beyond my expectations. They ran a diagnostic and found an alternator on its out. Took my car in for a routine oil change and I had an appointment. It took them 1 HOUR to change the oil and then they charged me $20 more than what they told me for "rags." I don't know what kind of rags they are using that cost $20 but they must be gold-plated. Just another bait-and-switch car repair shop. Won't be going back since it's cheaper at a Valvoline 15min oil change place and faster. I guess because they aren't using gold rags.Service: Oil change

Lunchbox Garage did a complete engine replacement on my 2006 Suburban. They did very well on the job and also stayed in contact with me about recommended replacement parts as the job went on. What's also great is that they offer a military veteran discount. They are also very personable and easy to talk with. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for any work you need done. It also helps that their pricing is very competitive and that the quality of work is very good.Service: Engine repair

What an amazing operation. Wiper blades needed attention during rain storm at 8:00 pm and they immediately took me in and placed new wiper blades on to get me on my way. In addition he noticed my brake light was on and to ensure my safety he did a health check on the situation and was able to rectify the situation and offered a full diagnosis for a future repair. Zero pressure whatsoever. If you are looking for an honest repair shop this is the place to come. Great quality work and caring. To notch operation!!! A+

Bob and his staff are great to deal with!! They explain things in a way that doesnt leave you confused and theres no hidden fees or charges. They are up front and honest - never had one issue with them and will continue to take my car there!! Bonus : The manager is a puppy. JK !! As a dog lover, i love seeing him there!
