Excellent at diagnosing issues, fair and honest, I ve been using K&S for all our vehicle repairs now for years. Thankful to have found a great garage I can trust!

K & S replaced a fuel pump for a 2013 Honda accord and charged $890.02 for that part. Fuel pumps range between $90 & $502. The total bill was $2032.77 so they upcharged the fuel pump by $300 then charged $45 for a gallon of gas, $55.41 for fuel injection cleaner. Now the vehicles check engine light is blinking and the car is sputtering and misfiring which makes the vehicle unsafe after getting robbed for 2 grand and change. I wasn't offered help to try and resolve the issues, I was told to never bring my car back there again. The man was rude, confrontational and frankly has no clue on how to treat and talk to people to work out an issue that is clearly their fault. I'm reporting to the BBB, the way I was talked to there is no excuse.

Go somewhere else. They up charge to the extreme. I know I'm a female but I still do my research before I agree to anything. There over charged me around 500. My engine light was still on when I picked up my car and when I asked them about it they gave me nothing but attitude. Never coming back and am going to report.

Guys did a great job on my brakes! They were recommended by other garages. Price was a bit on the higher side but the work was excellent!

I will never go anywhere else when I need my Jeep worked on. The guys there are great and the prices are very reasonable. It s a good ol boy shop that is well experienced and versed.Frank is the Jeep King at K&S. Thanks guys!

I have been coming to K & S for several years. They are by far the best garage I have ever been to. I think it is actually a privilege to have them work on my vehicle For great honest service, fair pricing and great personal interaction by Sam, John and the others, do yourself a favor and trust K & S for your vehicle needs. My only regret is that I didn't think to give this great review sooner. Hats off and thumbs up to K & S Auto Repair!!!

I absolutely LOVE K and S !! They are amazing people who care about their customers and provide excellent service all the time. They are honest and dependable and don t treat customers like just another number. I ve been getting my car serviced at K and S for years now and they have been a true Godsend to me and my kids time and again. I can t even say enough good things about them. Very grateful for them!!Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

They were able to get me in for two tires and an oil change within a few days and had it ready sooner than they quoted me. They were easy to talk to and work with. Highly recommend them and will be back.

Its really tough to find a mechanic you can trust. Its even more difficult to find a mechanic where you can bring your own parts. I have heard from several people that they do good work. However, I bought some front brake pads for my car but I am unable to change them because of a recent injury. I called them 05/22 and the person I spoke to told me they do not install brake pads that a customer brings in. So basically they want to buy them from their guy, make you wait in the waiting room while they are delivered from their guy, get them cheaper than what you bought them for, and sell them to you for more than what you paid for them. Yea, no thanks. A truly honest mechanic would be happy to charge just labor instead of turning down business so they can make a profit from labor and parts. Anyone who gives this place a good review, I would suggest looking at your invoices for repairs and seeing what they charged you for the parts and call a local parts place and compare. If you are getting work done at this place and you trust them, at least ask upfront for an estimate and do not feel bullied and be ready and willing to negotiate the part price. I don't do business with repair shops that act like their repair bays are not worth your time if they aren't also making money off parts.

Fast, friendly service by people who know exactly what they're doing while keeping cost-conscious customers in mind. Tuesday afternoon I called because my car wouldn't start. They recommended Ewing Towing who picked up my car right away and delivered it to K&S. Two days later, fuse box was repaired for a total cost (tow included) of $217. Now THAT is service, I won't be going back to big dealerships anymore. I'm back on the road and would highly recommend.

Very nice experience from start to finish. Easy to make appointments. Everyone is polite and respectful. Reasonable fees for excellent work. I highly recommend K&S for all your automotive needs.

Highly recommend this place!! So many businesses take advantage of their customers, but Frank and John have always taken care of me! I moved last year, so I am about 25 min away, but they will still get my business as well as my family's!! You can't put a price on trust!!

Incredibly honest. Aren't afraid to give their opinions to help save you money. I had a vehicle inspected here before I purchased it from Craigslist. They told me about all of the problems they found with the vehicle and advised me not to buy it. Would definitely come here again.

Horrible service. Went there to get my car checked and the guy at the desk just said NO. Did not even try to help. Avoid.
