Get ready to pay a lot for an oil change and zero sense of urgency! I took my 2019 Nissan Frontier there because I had an hour to kill while my kid was at Sunday School and needed just an oil change. I got there at 9:18 on a Sunday. There was already 3 cars in the bays and 1 car ahead in the lane (so four cars). I did not get out of there until 10:24... 1 hour an 6 minutes later .I counted 8 workers in the shop and there was zero sense of urgency. Eight workers should have been able to get through 5 cars in an hour. There was nothing jiffy about this place and it certainly did not run like a well oil machine (pun intended). They charged me over $100 for a synthetic change, which is a terrible price. On top of that I was asked 3 times if I wanted to change the air filterThe only urgency I saw is when I told the gentleman at the counter that I needed to get my kid from Sunday school. And even then he had to yell to get people moving.Save you money and time and take it to W-Mart.

They love to charge you for services you don t need (extra fluids) Last time we got an oil change an air filter. The oil was not filled up and the air filter was not completely closed. Never going here again.

Got an extremely and unnecessary response when I called to ask if they accepted checks - which mind you are a legal form of payment here in the United States of America. A simple no would have sufficed but instead I got yelled at over the phone, like I was some kind of criminal. I hadn t even brought my car in at all. Just wanted to know what my options would ve been so I could set a realistic timeline for when I would have been able to get my car fixed.But no worries I will just take my business elsewhere and happily pay more, just for polite customer service. Only reached out to this jiffy because believe or not I had used their services in the past and had always PAID for my repair services. So I didn t have any sort of bad history with them to warrant such a response.Usually I would have taken my car to the dealership, who have performed repairs on my vehicle in the past and accepted checks as a form of payment. But they didn t have any available appointments till March and I needed to fix my car ASAP.In the future, learn how to just politely say no we do not accept checks as a form of payment . As that wouldn t have deterred me from bringing my car in for service because I could always just pay by cash, credit card or debit card.

I had my car serviced today at Jiffy Lube. It was a wonderful experience! In a world where customer service is almost extinct, I was greeted with a smile, and it only got better. All the employees were amazing. They were short staffed, but that didn't interfere with their great attitudes and the amazing way they all worked together. They made something (car repair) that is usually a stressful thing to do, a very pleasant experience. I left my cup behind by accident, and a few minutes later, I received a call that I had forgotten my cup. Service above and beyond! Thank you Mervin, David, Donovan! I hope I didn't miss anyone's name. You are all AMAZING!

Was in early this morning with my mom's car and then came right back to get mine serviced as well. Both times the staff was polite , professional and efficient. Pricing is fair and they are honest about what your car needs. 15 to 20 minute wait for an Oil change is not bad at all. When I come to this Location... the staff here shows nothing but respect and kindness. The ONLY thing I have a problem with is the seats in the waiting area. Totally disgusting!!!! Dog hair or Human Hair on EVERY seat. The Manager there needs to take a good look at the seats. Please Purchase some new ones or atleast clean the seats that are There. This has been overlooked for Sooo long.

2nd time I ve been there now for convenience and have sat there for well past the time stated, also feel like I m being pushed to do on my car then what I came in for. Todays nail in the coffin for this location for me was being told I need to do my back breaks bad as if they a were not done two weeks ago

Was sitting in the crowded waiting room & heard this terrible noise from the service area. Everyone turned to see what all the racket was (a VW Jetta). A couple of minutes later they called the owner of the Jetta to the service door. He asked about the noises & said his car never sounded like that. The manager told him (with a straight face) that they start the car after the oil has been drained to make sure all of the old oil is expelled. I immediately retrieved my car from the queue & left.

Dwight and his crew were so professional and friendly. We came to get our oil changed and left with clean floors and windshield! It was a busy Friday and they told us it might be close to an hour, but they got us in and out in 30 minutes. I seriously can't stress enough how sweet and considerate the staff were, especially Dwight. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone :)

Well...I had been using this Jiffy Lube Multicare location for - 12 plus years but No More. My son took one of three cars there for a regular oil change (air filter, oil filter, etc.) as we typically do. However, on this visit, the vehicle (which had 51k miles) rough idled and flashed codes related to mass airflow sensor on the way home. I had my son return to Jiffy Lube to see if they could rectify it. The service manager made every effort to address it by tightening the air intake assembly (?), but it was still running rough.I had my son take the car immediately to our "go-to" mechanic (Meineke Elkton).After mechanical inspection at Elkton Meineke it was discovered that the Jiffy Lube Tech doing the oil change and "Multipoint" inspection likely introduced debris into the air intake when doing the initial air filter inspection or did not properly reinstall the intake assembly which resulted debris being sucked into the air intake after leaving jiffy lube, which resulted in a damaged mass airflow sensor.I scheduled the repair at Meineke Elkton they have saved me thousands, yes thousands of dollars in car repairs.The repair of the mass airflow sensor and new air filter cost me $416.45Notes on Review Update:I removed my snarky comment about this location's service manager as he has been nothing but extremely helpful over the past decade and did not deserve the comment.A note to these owners. You probably should have someone else handle calls to customers. Your "employee" that called me following my original post could use some help in few areas:>He clearly did not read my review.>He should have read my review of the Meineke Elkton location before he more than suggested that they sold me a repair that was not necessary.>He more than offended me by trying to "buy me off" with a few free oil changes at the expense of a family and business that treat customers fairly.Clearly your "employee" does NOT share the same values as I. It is unfortunate because I always try to do the right because quite frankly that is what my father taught me.Values like honesty, kindness, fairness are important especially in times like these.If the owner would text me an email address of the owner (at the number the employee called me on) I would gladly send a copy of my repair bill over.It was never my intent to embarrass anyone as you should be able to deduce from my very abbreviated "update".Russell D RoarkSFC, US ARMY (Ret.)

Just bought a used car at Carmax and brought it to Jiffy Lube for my first oil change. (The light came on a few days after I purchased the vehicle.) I was there 5 minutes and they called me out there and showed me how clear the oil stick was and that my car clearly didn't need an oil change. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, reset my oil light on the dash, and refused to bill me for the visit. Trustworthy, ethical, and everyone was super super nice. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

My first time using jiffy lube today June 2023.I have a light duty service vehicle that I brought in for a quick oil change The staff was careers and quick. My vehicle was a small mover van about 10 ft tall 16 ft long just enough to make it through the doorway. Confidently they took care of the job and I was on my way. Will be back pretty soon because we do a lot of driving for deliveries.

I was looking for a place that had good service and yet I didn t have to sit for hours. I was literally blown away by this Jiffy Lube. From the second I pulled my car around the staff were prompt, professional and mannerly. They treated me like a QUEEN!!!! Even gave me a coupon. Total sit time was 35 minutes for oil change, tire rotation and filters. They have a customer for life!!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Get all my oil changes and fluid changes there for all my vehicles and on my last visit on a Saturday while changing my battery it was an honest mistake but they broke a part on my car trying to install battery, they went out to the auto parts store and bought it and replaced that part free of charge in my car, can't ask for any more than that, they did a great job and stand behind there work!

5 months before the service was excellent and the person explained everything in detail. I liked so much. Today no one showed any interest to explain anything. In the paper it is mentioned that the floors are vacuumed and the doors are cleaned but everything looks as before.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It s a scam! Do NOT put your money into this company. I ve had too many issues with them. Went to get an oil change and my light was still on with no sticker on my window. Took another car to get an oil change through a fleet membership company. It worked the first time but when my boyfriend took his car he end up having to pay full price WITH the fleet membership and I had to pay the fleet membership. I am out $40.00. Wouldn t recommend this company or at least this location.Service: Oil change

We take multiple vehicles to this location and have never had a problem. My college aged daughter arrived this past Saturday around 4:30pm with her older minivan, and she was the only customer when she arrived. She had a brake light which had been flashing and needed an oil change. She got first rate attention. Several technicians checked and the brake fluid was in specs. She was in and out so quickly! A couple customers arrived before she left, and there were no concerns for social distancing. She had a great experience.Services: Brakes, Oil change
