These guys were great! I had been using a competitor down the road a few miles for the last few oil changes with less than amazing results. What I will say is this is NOT one of the quick change spots that lies to you and overcharges wherever they can. I was given a fair quote (before my coupon was applied) before pulling into the bay. I had asked about the coupon and was given the new discounted price without any hesitation or hassle. The manager (I presume) was very professional and got me in and out in 15 minutes with a smile to top it off. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend anyone else who needs fast, fair, professional service completed on their vehicle. Thanks!!

Idk if I continue to get lucky but every time I go in it s the best guys in there and there are super efficient. The one guy behind the counter is super cool, honest, and will provide discounts to anyone for additional work if you honestly need it done. Will always use this place.

This is really a great place to bring your car in and also to get a job. The management staff here make you feel like your apart of a real team while your there. The guys will tell you what s wrong with your car without you even asking, for example you ll get an oil change and the guys there will tell you if your transmission is leaking if your coolant is low anything that comes across their path they will let you know about it. They vacuum your car and throw out your trash WOW most places won t bother to vacuum if they see a McDonald s bag on the floor this place goes the extra mile. Keep it up guys I just hope you get more business I know being in the back of a plaza has its difficulties.

They didn t honor the coupon, all I wanted was new oil and a filter. Two guys were inside my car one was vacuuming, which I didn t want, the other took out my glove compartment to access the cabin filter, without my permission, another guy took out my engine filter, again no permission, then I saw a guy putting water in my windshield reservoir, again no permission!I did tell the manager but it was too late, I am extremely Not satisfiedIf they had asked me if I wanted all that stuff? I would have said NO

Great place for oil changes. Came in too early bc I lost the sticker and the guy reprinted the paperwork so I would have the miles correctly on my next visit. Also gave me information regarding parts I was looking into replacing. Super friendly and informative. I love going here.

I go here for my oil changes and filter changes. They provide this service quickly and after allow you to top off in between oil changes. They do provide other services. I am unable to comment on them as I go to my dealership because I'm under warranty right now. Their prices are very reasonable compared to my dealership though.

Had no problems with my tire when i came in now i cant get air in and have low air in r r tire then did something to pin and tell me i have to pay to fix

Sat in the front office for about 20 minutes and watch the kid play on his phone until I got tired of waiting and left. honestly I probably could have robbed the place blind if I wanted to and the guy playing candy crush with his headphones on wouldn't have noticed

Love this place! I Stopped in because my headlight was out. The had me pop the hood so they could take a look. Turns out the bulb was fine, it had just come losses. They tightened it up and said I was good to go. I asked whado I owe you. They said nothing. I said but you fixed it. They told me to enjoy the rest of my day. They could have replaced a working bulb and charged me and I never would have known. Honest guys! Honest business! I will continue to take my cars here!Service: Oil change

These guys are always awesome and honest. At one point I had lost track of my last oil change and came in WAY too early. Many places would have just done the oil change that I requested even though I didn t need it. These guys were upfront and told me I didn t need one for a good number of miles and turned down short term profits for the sake of integrity. Gained a long term customer and I ve been getting my oil changes here ever since.

I visited this location for a top-off. The service at this location was friendly and quick. I went to this location the day after visiting a different location with very poor service on the particular day I went (however, I'd been to that place many times over the past 5 years and always had great service prior). The manager at thia Jiffy Lube location was personable. Apparently my coolant appeared to need a flush so I authorized the service. It was reasonably and price and quickly done as well. I would recommend this location.

First time here for an oil change. Was going to drop the car and pick it up later, but they said it would be done in 15 to 20 minutes. So I decided to wait. They had it finished in less than 15 minutes and the interior was vacuumed! Also the price was right. I think I found my new oil change place!

We needed someone to install a car battery we had bought. They were charging a very competitive rate. We hadn't made an appointment but they still installed our battery within a few minutes. The people who worked there seemed to like each, making it a very chill vibe.

I had my oil changed and had an issue with one of my service lights coming on shortly after, on the same day. The manager had someone meet me to check things out and make sure everything was ok. HOUR AND A HALF oil change. First one in. I have Always had decent customer service. HOWEVER Today it was 41 degrees in the waiting room which I sat in for over an hour. We asked about the heat they said it s broken. Why are they working with no heat? I felt bad for these working conditions. Even worse for the customer. The computer wouldn t work on top of me having to sit even longer since my battery died and they replaced it with the wrong battery and then another battery.

I was super surprised how knowledgeable the techs were. They did an oil change, AC recharge, and replaced the resistor to the blower motor. Their were 3 techs working on my vehicle at one time. I think they were all mechanics. Anyway I want to than Brendon for doing a great job. The price was good as well. Highly recommend.

EDITING ORIGINAL REVIEW: Contacted business and owner reached out to me that he will converse with the employees about this situation. I have been at this business before for oil changes and always had exceptional business. Because this situation has been handled appropriately, I will go back to them.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got there at 3:17pm. They close at 4pm. One car in the bay and the guy wouldn't take me for an oil change... Not impressed!

Stopped in to get my engine coolant flushed since they recommended I check when the last time I had the work done. It had never been flushed ...they were quick and efficient with a good price. This was my second visit...i am now a loyal customer.

Visit and was turned off by the uncaring attitude of the person working the front desk. Went for an oil change and they were out of oil filters for my tundra. The person communicating with me said he could get some if authorized by the person at the front desk whom i believe was the supervisor. He was in hearing but showed no interest. I have gone to this place and have gotten excellent service on several occasions. Don't know what was wrong 4/1/2022. The other thing that turned me off was one of the workers checked my tire pressure and didn't replace the cover. I expect professional service at all times. I am so disappointed because of my past experience I was expecting the same quality service.

The service here is abysmal. A girl got yelled at for asking a simple question and laughed at by the rest of the employees. They try and sell women things that they don t need because we don t understand cars as much. When I declined to have my clean air filter changed, he made a rude comment to his coworker about how I like to breathe in dirt. You all seem miserable. Get help :)
