I don't know if they are paying for these positive reviews or what but this place is an absolute nightmare and I don't even know where to begin. After paying $1,200 for what was an oil leak on my Mercedes truck (valve cover), I called on the day that I was supposed to pick up the truck and he says that it needs another engine so another $2,600. Now mind you, I called a couple of days prior and the morning of the pick up date to make sure that it was still on schedule to be picked up and both times he said yes not giving any indication that there was a problem (so he says and he's not trustworthy at all. I learned the hard way), only to say at the last minute that he needed more time. I got the engine (he still has not provided the proof of purchase for the engine as requested) and when I picked up my truck it was loaded with all kinds of large stuff so I threw most of it in the trash next to the shop. He called me when I got home and said that someone made a mistake and put those things in my vehicle and wanted to retrieve them and I'm like well how did someone have access to my vehicle as these things were not related to automobiles so basically he will leave your vehicle unlocked for anyone to come in and out of it. On the way home the check engine light came on and the car was driving weird so I looked under the hood and the oil cap was sitting off to the side. He didn't even put the oil cap back on. The car also has a smell from the exhaust now that it didn't have when it was brought in. As if all of this was not bad enough, I realized that my license plate was gone. Yes, gone! Went to use the horn and now the horn is not working when it was working fine before. I've never brought my car to a shop and then picked it up in a condition worse than what it was when i brought it in. They don't communicate. I had to make all the calls from the initial call. The woman who answers the phone is very argumentative and dismissive. Now I have to pay again to have someone look at it after spending almost $4000. They don't care about your vehicle or you and he definitely is robbing ppl ; there is no reason why anyone should pay thousands of dollars in repairs just for the vehicle to be in the condition that he left mine in. I have no idea how this guy is still in business but beware.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. I will have to agree with Aya this guy who was referred by someone we know charged us over $600 to fix a gasket on my BMW and told us it would burn off the leaking residue oil so since he fixed it my car has been smoking. And it wasn t smoking when we took it. It s been over 6 months and it s still smoking so we took it to a trusted mechanic in Philadelphia who confirmed that not only was the $600 issue still an issues but now there is a gas leak so yes the car could of caught fire or something worse. All I am saying is this place is a rip off and do not go there! Literally charged us $600 and kept my car for days just to have a worse issue!!

Popped a tire on my trailer bought a new tire and wheel ,i didnt have any tools along to swap it. these guys were Extremely helpful anything we needed ,they let us borrow 2 sockets so we can be on our way back to MA. What nice people!

Even the default one star that has to be given should be viewed as negative, as I'm having to take this company to court!My vehicle was left for repair and whilst waiting for the last job and invoice, it got towed when the proprietor was away.They never then made contact about, as knew I was away in the UK. So even though I had already paid over $1k of works for the vehicle, they somehow then don't think they have a responsibility to the customer when it was there waiting for the job and part installation to be finished, which they also had already kept delay about and then adding to the job(s).So we'll now see if the US judicial system begs to differ from this guy who thinks they can just get away with scot-free, especially given the Court's own slogan and principle that it's meant to stand for....

Jay is very personable and trustworthy. That is SO Important in the mechanic business! He is knowledgeable and prompt and let us not forget that we a Strong woman his right hand girl at the helm! She is also prompt courteous and knowledgeable!! I will send my family there!!

The environment at Jay's auto repair is clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to explain everything that needs to be done with your vehicle. They also shop around to get you the best price for parts or services that need to be done so that you're not surprised when the service is complete. The mechanic is honest and upfront which reassures me that my vehicle is in good hands.Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

Jay's auto is one of the best mechanic I've ever worked with. Number he is very professional and royal to his customer. He provide honest services and on timely manner. Speaking for woman, Jay's auto repair give as good services as he would expect his wife would get if she went to an auto shop. His price are also affordable. They have upgraded their system now u get a reminder when ur car service is due. The workshop is newly upgraded and its a very clean environment. Coffee bar available too. Yay.
