I waited a little bit to let this settle down, but I m still uneasy about my experience with this dealer. They brought me in with false advertising, and then tried to match the original deal. They then proceeded to hold my keys and registration so that I could not leave. They purposefully added money on the back end to make it appear as if I was getting a good deal all while not letting me leave. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. Stay far away, avoid the horrible customer service and manipulative business tactics. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Overcharging Alert!! Stay away. Wasted me a lot of time.Overall, bad customer service experience (never had that in other Dodge dealerships I have dealt with over the years)- Dropped off car for an issue with some noise. Got a notification that tech found the issue. Initially to be ready on Thursday, pushed it to Friday and then Monday evening.- She kept pushing it off to a later date (twice) leading me to spend on my rental.- Used Mopar Vehicle Protection leading me to pay $200 as deductible, which I later discovered (by calling Dodge myself) that it should have been covered under 5 year powertrain warranty.- Didn't offer loaner / rental.- When I called the service advisor back, she said that it's a mistake on her end and will be sending a check. Would have lost $200 for nothing if I hadn't checked myself.Might edit the review based on what the Service manager has to say (I doubt they will call)

Great experience from beginning to end! Highly recommend Charles Fax as your salesperson. From Charles to the manager to finance everyone was wonderful to work with. Excellent customer service!Would drive two hours to purchase from them again.

Amazing experience purchasing my first Jeep. Lilli took the time to explain everything to me and did not pressure me, which was super important to me personally. I was even able to contact her after hours with any questions which came in handy for me.

We took our dodge dart here for oil change. Mind you it was in perfect condition and driving perfectly when I dropped it off. They called me to pick it up in an hour which was great. I went and started the car and it was literally shaking and jerking. The check engine came on. I went back in and told them that. They refused to acknowledge anything happened. On insisting they checked the code and told us there is a misfire. But they refused to fix it or evaluate and wanted us to get appointment for 2 weeks out even when we explained we really need to get on road the next day. Anyways, a local pepboys was able to fix the issue for us and were wayyyy more helpful than this dealership. DO not recommend. I would have been better off getting everything done at a Pepboy location to begin with. Very disappointed.

I would have given a 5 star review it weren t for one thing!! When I entered to pick up the truck, not one man said hello or even acknowledge my presence even after waiting in front of them for a few minutes.After the women helped me get my keys and paperwork I wanted to discuss what the problem on my work truck was and they didn t respond to her as well (their female coworker). She asked twice and used their names as well!! Nothing. 8 men not one word to me the female customer and to the receptionist their coworker!! Absolutely unacceptable

First time buying a car from a dealer had such an amazing experience! Thank you so much to Hector he was so helpful answered all my questions and did not pressure me at all to buy like other car places . He was very patient and attentive. The whole process was easier than I imagined. I definitely recommend this place !!!

Excellent service! Everyone was very personable, easygoing, and extremely patient while I explained every detail I wanted for my new vehicle. 10/10 would do it again as long as Hector and Tony were there to take care of me.

I went to their site on Saturday, scheduled an appointment for a check engine light for that coming Monday. They had it in and quoted by Monday afternoon and serviced/repaired in less than a day, even with a potentially back ordered part. Very pleased with how easy they made the entire process and how fast I was back in my car. Will continue to use them and have already told the people I work with how great everything was.

Took my jeep here for the jeep death wobble and initially was sent a text saying that the tech drove my vehicle and it didn t do it. The wobble is a well known issue among jeeps and the fix is a number of different known problems.Communication is via text messages which is frustrating. Tried calling only to be given an option to leave a message which I did. Insisting that specific items be checked while my vehicle was there. The steering dampener was found to be degrading in my new jeep. Had to leave my jeep overnight (now day two) to get the repair. Will not be going back to this dealer for any services.

Took my 2015 Charger in for an airbag recall...turns out, there were 4 additional active recalls on the car.They were extremely friendly and informative during the whole process. All 5 recalls were handled the same day and the car was back in my possession..kudos to IG Burton of Newark De... you ROCK !

Scheduled some routine maintenance here, And a check up just to keep in line with the warranty on my 300.Everyone is so friendly, Service was awesome, I couldn't believe how fast I got to call that it was finished.This is my new go to dealer.

I was in trouble. I run a small business for landscaping. On my off day I helped my sister-in-law move. Truck died on me 150 miles from home. Seemed to be the electronic key having trouble. After arranging three tows within 24 hours I finally got the truck to Dodge. They did a great diagnosis, it wasn't the key it was the fuel pump, and had my small business back and working again the very next day. My ram will never go anywhere but here. Truly amazed at their commitment to getting us back online.

I purchased my Jeep from another Dealership closer to my home (big mistake). I then went on a search for another Dealership a couple of months ago because my initial service was in March. I selected I.g.Burton, met John MacFarline and he presented your service department s comittment to your customers, and because of his professionalism and knowledge, I decided to give you a try.I scheduled this service for March 13th, and you actions from arrival to completion were excellent, and you and John are now my Dealership of choice, except for your sister Dealership in Milton, DE when we are at the beach and it was an emergency. I was lied to repeatedly by Rocco. Told that per Mopar the cooler had to be replaced, when I checked with Mopar and the warranty section that was ALL A LIE!!!! IG Burton had my vehicle for over a month and did absolutely nothing to fix the power train covered by Mopar warranty. He kept proce gouging and insisting on trying to get labor costs out of me that are fully covered under the warranty. I would NEVER recommend IG Burton to anyone ever!!!! Fact check EVERYTHING ROCCO in the Service department tells you!!!!!!!!

The staff attempted to make this unpleasant ordeal as painless as they could. The principal difficulty dealing with the service department was a lack of repair parts for my vehicle on property. Again, Thomas (service writer) did the best he could to accommodate my issue which I do appreciate. My vehicle was repaired in around 24 hours, with the delay falling on parts availability (parts needed to be shipped from out of state). With the challenges the service department had to overcome, they did do an excellent job servicing my needs. It's unfortunate that Dodge as a manufacturer has produced a vehicle line with so many electrical failures.
