TRASH!!!!! scammed me right out of $1100....took my car in for a diagnosis on the 8th of February couldn't even tell me the problem but charged me for a problem that didn't come up on the diagnosis.....got it back on the 28th of February only for the check engine light to come right back on 4 days later...took it back in on the 4th of March the mechanic left me waiting for an hour clueless as to what's going on only for the receptionist to call me up to the desk and say they were giving me a loaner. Then I get a call on Friday March 11th saying my car was finished went to DMV and their machine said it rejected. So now I'm just waiting for the check engine light to come back on so I can take it somewhere to some confident people who will be able to better assist me and not just want to charge me $1100 just to have the same problem. Oh and let me not fail to mention that my car runs rougher than it did before taking it there.....Never ever again in life...I'm scrapping the idea of ever owning another Nissan

Been coming here for years!! I have never seen it this bad. The bathroom was gross, Express Service took over 2 hours for oil change, half the people are gone and they raised the prices

Do Not go here. I brought my car here for engine light, I told them it was the Evap canister. They told me it was 3 other problems and never changed the canister. After charging me 1600, they still did Not fix the problem. The service engine light came back on 5 mins after picking up my car. Then on top of that I also paid for a full diagnostic for me to go get tires the next day and Firestone said I still need tire rods. The service center didn t even really look at the car apparently.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Waiting way too long for a simple oil change which they call Express Service. It far from that. I m still waiting and it s been 3 hours already. The place is not busy at all. Maybe they do not have technicians that know what they are doing. Losing confidence in their abilities. This will be the last time I use them.

Frustrating and disappointing... Do I have to give any stars?Today is Thursday, 9.30.21. My "service engine light" came on over the weekend. I am an educator and therefore, I only have specific times during the day when I can wait to get my oil changed. Since Porter Nissan Service does not take appointments, I tried to get in to get my oil changed all week by following the directions that the service department told me to do. Several times, I tried calling ahead of time and showing up at 7:30 am. Nothing worked. Yesterday, my husband and I decided that between the two of us, we can show up after school and just sit indefinitely until the car's oil was changed. When I showed up at 3, they told me they were closed (despite the fact that the website states that they are open until 7). I explained my situation (that I have been trying to get in all week, etc.). Long story short, I ended up speaking with the Service Consultant. She was very helpful and explained that they do not make appointments, but because of my situation, she made me an appointment for 9.30.21 at 3:00 pm and she will "guarantee" a spot for my car to get the oil changed. Fast forward to today, 9.30.21 - I showed up at 3, had the car checked in, etc. My husband and I switched places (so I could get to a meeting) and he did not get home until 6:30 pm AND the oil was NEVER CHANGED! When my husband questioned the people left in the building (the Service Consultant had already left an hour or two before), nobody knew what happened. This entire week (but especially the end result) dealing with Porter Nissan Service has been very frustrating, annoying, inconveniencing, and disappointing!

Please avoid this place if you can transmission got destroyed here while getting my driver side axle seal replaced which is connected to the transmission my axle was taken off and fluid drained out of transmission and never was replaced.My car was in perfect condition before this never had transmission issues and also checked my car fax on previous work done to the car no transmission work was done before. Purchased the car in November 2020 at 99,000 miles only serviced at Porter NissanI ve been here multiple times. Don t go here they will cause problems to your vehicle just so you could come back terrible business

BUYERS BEWAREOil change on my 2015 Nissan 370Z. There used to be a window overlooking the service garage so you could ensure your vehicle was being serviced properly. The management covered up the window. Excuse i was given was some people complained about noise. I call bs on that. They don't want you to see what's really going on. Then after my service. I was told i needed front brakes and rear tires. I told the service writer the car has only 12k miles on it. Then he said. Oh wait a minute this might be a mistake. Turns out i didn't need the items he first stated. I guess trying to replace good parts and make money. But how would i know. I couldn't see my car being worked on. Shoppers Beware of Porter Nissan.

BEWARE!!!!! Purchased three cars from Porter Nissan. Recently, wife brought in the car for an oil change. Car left with a recommended $2000 worth of repairs. Mostly to replace the Steering unit. We had experienced no problems with the steering. When I pulled it up on ramps, I saw both rubber boots on the steering arms were hanging loose. Grease had no dirt, the boots were good rubber (not cracks or dry rot), and both clamps which hold the boot on were missing. Cut marks on the top of the boots where the clamps were cut to remove. I want an auto repair shop that will help me keep the car running as long as possible, not one that will cause damage to my vehicle in order to make money while cars are not selling. Never again will they touch my cars. Will now have to pay several hundred dollars to have the boots replaced and hopefully caught it in time to have prevent greater damage.

So at first they have me wait for three hours for an expensive, seemingly ok service even you made an appointment beforehand. I felt really off and I tried to ask the staff what happened and what has been done and how much time I should wait but something wasn t communicated. The manager said they did things out of their best and offer a clearer explanation which I appreciate. I appreciate all the services but I think they did have to work on communication.

Had my Nissan Pathfinder worked on at this location twice. Great service, and great customer service. They're fast also efficient at their jobs. I'll be back here if I ever need work done again.

First service since they bought out porter nissan and my belt was installed incorrectly and broke after 2 weeks and left me stranded in the middle of highway. Not a good start. Never had an issue when it was porter nissan

I had been a customer for years and had been very happy taking my car there. Unfortunately after my last visit- I WON T be returning!!! They were very deceptive and charged me for services I never asked for!!! More interested in bringing money in to the dealer then making customer happy..

My niece had her car in for an oil change and was told she needed rear brakes @$250. Since she is a college student and money is tight I offered to do the work for her. On inspection, the rear brakes were @40% worn - can go at least another 15-20k miles. In fact, the front brakes were more worn than the rear (but still fine) and those were checked as green on the inspection sheet. Not sure if it s dishonesty or incompetence but we won t be going back.

Today i had my 04 Titan serviced for a broken bolt in the rear caliper bracket. Madelynne was the service Writer she was super helpful and gave me the best experience i have yet to have at a dealership. Julio was the mechanic that work on my truck. His professionalism and customer service was awesome.Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

I paid extra on my monthly car payment to get oil changes done here, BIG MISTAKE. Now I am avoiding going there and paying elsewhere. I feel bullied when I go in to get an oil change. They try to pressure me into getting other things done that my car doesn't need (I know because I got a second opinion elsewhere). So really they just lie to make more money off me.

Brought in my xterra for an oil change and spoke with Rob. He was very patient about answering questions and explaining any other repairs that may need to be done soon. Everyone was kind and will definitely come back for future service.

Just picked up my 2015 Nissan Versa! I received excellent service from Mary and after a bad experience at another auto repair shop I got my issue fixed. My car drives like new! Thank you Mary!

I can only say good things about Porter Nissan. They stand behind their product. Have had all truck models, GM, Ford and Ram. Nissan by far is the best!

I worked there for a month as a service writer. The place is terrible. They do not train getting help is like pulling teeth. How they treat employees is terrible. They have you sit at a desk Twittle your thumbs for a week the computer doesn t work for a week and a half then you get thrown into a lions den and things go wrong you are in the hot seat. I do not suggest doing buisness there based on how they treat their staff. The management SUCKS !!!!!

Why do even they have 3 stars. Are they paid ?Rude receptionist and never on their words. Asked me to come on a specific time and when I reached there she had only 1 answer to come next day on a specific time. I reached on time again and now there was another lady saying I don t have any answer but sir you can try coming again 3rd time as we stopped taking cars for service today. We can stop anytime as per our convinience and not yours.

Service department does not answer the phone. There s no longer an express service station for oil changes. My last oil change left me waiting for over 2 hours.

Worst service. They recommend you to change the parts like brakes, rotors etc., in every visit. Go for second option if they ask you to change any parts.

I walked out of this dealer very disappointed. Sales person gave me the wrong information continually and I wasted my time even visiting this dealership. Stay away!

Worst customer service. I had a break issue after their service when I asked to check the service manager lady asked to pay inspection fee.
