Guys be very careful here. I was sold a Canadian version of a used Lexus which has limited features in the US (such as lack of digital clock display and temperature in Celsius). I'd have to replace the ECU to remedy the problem, which is not feasible. Passenger side door also sounds like a cheap tin can. Most likely in an unreported accident. They didn't budge one penny on the price and charged me a $500 processing fee on a cash transaction. I was even overcharged on my registration fees. I tried calling several times but the GM never returned my call. Rushed in and rushed out. Salesman was inexperienced and unhelpful. His only sales pitch was "this is our final price". Just overall a very disappointing and aggravating experience being ripped off by these people.

Sunny is the absolute best and a pleasure to work with!! He is super patient, and took the time to explain every single detail of each car I looked at! I bought a 2020 Infinity Q50 in February 2023.. Love it. And thanks to my salesman Sunny!! Sunny was so professional, polite, patient and informative. Ed and a kind gentleman from the Service department went above and beyond to answer all my questions about my new QX60-which is even more impressive considering that I did not purchase my car from this dealership. Ed took the time to sit and explain things to me that my salesperson at another Infiniti dealership didn t care to take the time to explain to me. I wish I could turn back time, and had given Hertrich Infiniti my business. I would highly recommend this Infiniti dealership if you are in the market for a car.

Jake, Ed and Taylor were really great. They were transparent and open, and got me a great deal. It was definitely a great experience, smooth and easy. I didn't even spend much time with all the processing, literally got me done in less than 30 mins with all the signing .

2023. I went to Hertrich Infiniti for growling noise that changed with speed. The wheel bearings in the front were worn out. First indication that was not a good choice the web page had service closing at 1 and I arrived after twelve to the door to service open but the place was empty. Wondering to the sale floor i found a person who able to pay and get my car. The bearings lasted less then two months! Returning the car for grinding noise from the front changing with speed and now in right turns when the weight of the car was on the left and when away for a little with turns to the left as weight shifts to the right. this tine i was informed that new bearings were needed and a cv axle? The Service Advisor said suspension was the cause over and over as if it was a magical word for the failing of the parts. They did do a discount on the cv axle work. When it to pick up my car and all seems fine til i look at the bottom corner of the windshield where the corner is bent up. Back to the dealer and to ask what happened and was told they video all cars that come into the shop. A Service Adviser brings out a iPad and and shows me a shaky video and does the same routine as see its bent over and over even before the video get to where the bend is located. I have a dash cam that turns on when it sense moment and I recovered a video of the hood opening and moving slightly side ways making contact with the fender and bending the corner up. Horrible way to treat someone who entrusts you with there car.

I met Stu Swalheim in 2010, when I leased my first new Infiniti. Since then he is the only one I would go to for my leases and purchases. Stu was always upfront and honest and went above and beyond with each purchase or lease that I had. I have and continue to recommend him to all my family and friends. Ed and Stu are a delight to work with. No pressure and tons of knowledge. I went there to look at the Infiniti qx50 and I am so glad I did. When compared to other luxury automobiles in this segment the Infiniti surpasses the rest in comfort. I was shocked on how much nicer the ride and the plushness of the seats. Might not have all the bells and whistles others have but I wanted a great drive experience and that is what I got. If you want to feel special, do not look anywhere else Ed and Stu have this covered and some. You are buying luxury and your experience while doing so should feel special. These guys have your back, they had mine and I am sure they will have yours. Thank you again Porter for the great experience and the awesome product selection.

I was torn on the rating. The service department treated me well although prices are high. $2300 for a water pump, half that everywhere else. I did not have that work done by Porter.. My bad experience was with the sales side, not my salesman but the sales manager because ultimately he is the one making the decisions. I recently traded in my 2011 G37XS with 87000 Miles. Very low miles and very clean. Porters own service dept. was impressed by the condition of the car. I was looking at a 2015 Q50S with 24000 Miles. I owed $8400 on my car. Porter would only offer me $7500 and they knocked $1000 of the Q50. I asked if they could at least give me what I owed. They wouldn t budge claiming that s all my car was worth. Needless and regrettably I made the deal, my fault. Porter then listed my car for $12,500. Amazing and insulting. I also made the mistake of financing through them. So in essence Porter made money three ways, the sale of the Q50, the trade on my car and the money they get through the financing. The only place they didn t get me was extended warranty which they tried to sell me starting at $1500 but the last offer was for $750. I understand they have to make money but as a returning customer I expected better on the sales side. They beat me on the negotiation side, shame on me.I ll know better next time. I should ve walked away from this deal.

Infiniti Service center located in Newark, DE, has superior customer service. Every encounter is always a thoroughly professional and stress-free experience. Pat, the service advisor was very accommodating, professional & patient. He was in constant contact with me, explaining the entire process in a simple & straight forward manner. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. X, the mechanic was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond while explaining the issue I was having with my vehicle; providing visual support, which really helped me to understand the problem I was having. Excellent service that you can trust. I strongly recommend Porter Infiniti and can promise you that they will not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

I bought my Infiniti G37 from Porter in 2010 and had a no hassle experience as they honored the VPP pricing for my car. I have been going back there ever since for all services as they have done a good job in the upkeep of the vehicle. The Porter team has been respectful of my time and prompt with their delivery. A special thanks to Pat Gill in the servicing department who sincerely appreciates his customers, has always taken the time to explain the array of options available for service and provided apt recommendations after thorough inspection of the car.Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with them and would recommend them to others in the market for an Infiniti.
