I beg to differ. I only selected this Collison center based off some of the reviews I've seen. My experience has been a complete nightmare. Ed W, is very unprofessional and a stone cold liar. Glad I kept all correspondences from him. The fact that it has been two months of them having my car and I've only received two updates is crazy. This man lied to the insurance company about what was going with my vehicle and telling me something different via text. I WILL NEVER EVER use Hetrich Collison of Newark EVER AGAIN. Caliber has never failed me. Guess that's what I get for trying somewhere new.

Auto repair. Eddie is the most dedicated and thorough collision managers that I have dealt with. Not only did he keep me in the loop of my repair status, but he has always gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and the completion of my repairs. He is courteous, knowledgeable and always pleasant.

Unprofessional, the visors were not installed properly, the door opening sound changed after the panels were cut and replaced, I suspect they didn't help me put the cotton in. The part number can also be wrong, all kinds of shirk responsibility, always want the insurance company to bear their work mistakes, when the car was delivered, a part on the rearview mirror was also lost by them, they actually asked me to go to the dealership Order from the dealer, and then ask the insurance company to reimburse.This body shop is not recommended at all.

The people are kind and great, they re very patient. However, when a part was misplaced and it took up all my rental insurances policy; the company admitted fault to my insurance, but did not claim responsibility. I also was refused to be given a copy of the work, instead, a customer friendly version. As a car owner, I am enthusiastic about the work on my car and the parts. But I was overcharged for work, and cheap parts. None of the parts properly fit under my hood, and quite frankly looks like a plate of spaghettiService: Body & Trim

Did an amazing job fixing my car and kept me updated throughout the process even with my back ordered quarter panel. When I picked up my car she was so shiny and looked just like the day I got her, 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone for their superb work. Eddie was so helpful and made the process of getting my car repainted via a manufacturer warranty easy for me. They did a great job, I d highly recommend this body shop.
