Everest fixed my issue the first time (and in one day) after another shop was backed up for weeks. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and I have a link (with pictures) of the diagnostic results and future maintenance recommendations.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable (thank you, Mike), pricing was fair, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a great experience end to end - we'll definitely be back.

Smoothest car shop experience ever. John and Michael handled everything for me easily and quickly, even notified me of a part that was covered/reimbursed by the manufacturer before they went ahead and ordered it. All around wonderful place.

Mike and the team at Everest Auto took their time in explaining all the problems my vehicle had. There was no pressure to get anything fixed above what was needed for safe driving. The job was complete in a timely fashion. Will definitely recommend this shop to others.

Greeted with a pleasant welcoming smile when you walk through the door. Ready to assist, friendly and professional. Michael was that person who greeted me. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He also kept me up to date with the progress for a part that was order.Great job ! Very pleased and happy with the mechanic that serviced my 1998 QX4 vehicle. He was exceptional and knowledgeable. Thank you your service was amazing and appreciated.

Super impressed! My daughter s car had a broken windshield wiper arm that we needed removed. Was expecting to pay, but they removed broken part as requested and CHARGED NOTHING. Receptionist was very professional, helpful, and nice. Will definitely go back for future car needs.

I came across Everest Auto Repair after my wife recommended them to me from when she had her vehicle serviced there. The wait time for an appointment was considerably shorter than the dealership I usually take my truck to. They were able to get me in for a diagnostic in about a week.When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Mike who would be my point of contact throughout the entire process. He was very pleasant and took his time explaining everything to me. Due to the impending snow storm I dropped my vehicle off the night before and within an hour or two after they opened I was sent a text message that had a full diagnosis of my vehicle with detailed pictures of what they found wrong.About 15 minutes later Mike called me to discuss the options available to me and even took the time to rework the quote after removing some of the repairs that I could hold off on for the time being. At no point did I ever feel like I was being upsold anything or pressured with add ons that I didn't need or want. They quickly began working on my vehicle and had it finished the next day.I would absolutely recommend Everest Auto Repair to anyone looking for an auto shop with honesty, reasonable prices and transparency.

I had an AMAZING experience at Everest. I came in the day after a snow storm and was provided with top notch customer service, after being rejected by three other tire maintenance facilities. Mike went above and beyond and had my tire ready in a timely fashion. I will be back in the future.

Bad experience went there for a thumping sound in my tire, and they could not duplicate the sound I was hearing but an hr later turns into $3,000 worth of work. Evrest up charging for parts $600 to $700 in just inner and outer tie rods absolutely ridiculous and $550 per control arm. I shopped around and found I can get a OEM kit that comes with lower control arm tie rods ball joints stabilizer links for $500 Def tried to take me for my money for sure and went for 2 second opinions and they said nothing was wrong...be safe people learn a thing or two about cars and don't get taken advantage of its 2024 people are not honest anymore its all about money...

Stopped in to get the code's read on my vehicle, Mike was very friendly and accommodating. He had another technician help read the codes on my Volkswagen. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch and was unable to have them look into my vehicle but they were very friendly and helpful with just a free service they offer.

These guys are always good. I've been coming here since Travis was a dreadlocks wearing teenager. He could fix what the other guys couldn't. He owns the shop now, & I'm sure he recruits like-minded individuals to take care of his customers. Their guarantee is the best you'll find. I took a few years off from going there because I was leasing, but when it's my own, I go here. They are extremely thorough & treat you fair. No worries here. I highly recommend Everest Auto Repair.

I do like this business and they are very trustworthy but recently it has been hard to stomach their 100% markup on parts. I'm still not sure if it's actually the shop or the parts supplier. Always the best experience at Everest! I d give ten stars if I could. We ve been coming to this shop for all of our mechanical issues, big and small for many years. Some of the services we ve had here are brakes, battery replacement, transfer case, u joint replacement, thermostat replaced, spark plugs, oil filter housing replaced and oil changed. I stopped going to the local Jeep dealership after our first visit to Everest. Hallelujah! I found a shop that makes me feel comfortable and confident that I am not getting ripped off or unnecessary services. I ve never been dissatisfied with the service I receive here! All of the mechanics are friendly, professional and do a great job! Denise who handles the front of the shop couldn t be friendlier. I m confident driving knowing the work was done correctly which is important to me because I drive long distance daily for my job. My 11 year old Grand Cherokee has over 220,000 on it and drives like a new car thanks to Everest. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the decision. I used to use Midas for oil changes but I saw the reviews and decided to try Everest out. Got a quote for rotors and tires and the tires were on par but the rotors and breaks were substantially lower compared to Midas. Not unreasonably low but more fair to be sure. I've already recommended a few friends if they need anything done to use y'all and will continue to do so. This is the best place, hands down! My situation was very difficult and they helped me every step of the way. They were honest and trustworthy, thorough and professional. Travis, in particular, was enjoyable to talk with, due to his knowhow and sense of humor. You'd be surprised how handy the latter can be when it feels like everything is a mess. I plan to return my car to them for more work I couldn't afford at the moment, though that's due to my own finances. Their prices are definitely reasonable. I'm glad I chose this place. As always, I had a great experience at Everest. They give the best inspections of your car each time. They are always thorough and give great detail, prioritizing what needs to get done. They re always accommodating with pick up and drop off, especially when you can t get there till after work.
