Been buying tires here for over a decade and they won t call me to tell me that the tire I ordered are in even after I described to them how desperately I needed a new tire because one of the tires on my car has a huge bubble and crack in the side wall and leaking air at an alarming rate. I brought it in for them to see the condition of the tire the day before the new one is to arrive. The last time I ordered tires from here which was 6 months ago. They sat in their shop for a week before they called me to tell me they were in. And it happened the time before that as well.When I was in there showing them the condo on of my tire a woman and her husband came in and were complaining about dropping off their vehicle that morning for some work and not being called when it was done. Seems to be a frequent problem.Never giving them a single red cent again.

Best tire shop ever! Very caring staff. I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work and couldn t get a tow to a shop. One of the workers here came out to my car which was about 4 miles away to fill it enough to get to the shop and get my new tires. One thing about me is I m just a girl, but they explained everything to me thoroughly and saved the day for me. & I was still able to make it to work. Thank you!!!

Got a screw in my tire so I went here for the first time. I didn't even inquire of the price because I figured $20 to $25 to plug a tire. $42 and 55 minutes later I realized I should have stuck with Tim's. It would have been half the price and half the time. This one's on me.

Had 2 tires on 2 separate occasions that were losing air. Both times, they were able to get it patched for a reasonable price. The tech that took care of my car did a great job as i also requested to fill the tires to a certain setpoint.

Low tire pressure alerts led me to visit two shops, with no resolution. At El's Tire Service, they located the issue - a small nail in the tire thread. Their expertise and great customer service are appreciated!

After a bad experience at another local tire company, i took my car to El s. No wait, and a half hour later I was heading home with my tire patched. The other company said I needed all 4 of my tires replaced! Needless to say, when I eventually do need my tires replaced, I will be heading back to El s. Cost was reasonable and I do appreciate that they are honest and don t try to take advantage of you.

Needed to get 2 tires changed out and an alignment. Els was able to get me in that day. They completed the service quickly and at a great price. The staff were knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining the work. Highly recommend!

They said they fixed the tire . As soon as I left the store my tire went completely flat. I'm lucky I wasn't driving my car I had to go to another tire store to have it fixed as I don't trust them anymore.

Overall, disappointed. Suggestions for improvement: Made an early appointment but when I arrived they already had many other customers so I had to wait anyway. They were unable to do an alignment like I requested. Said their shop was too busy. Service was VERY slow. 2.5 hours for two tires to be changed and would have been longer if I didn t ask about my car. No follow through. Asked to get a price on a rim and the guy said he d call me and never did. Waiting room is old and dirty. After replacing the tires I needed, they never checked the air in the other tires.

You are not going to want to go anywhere else!!If there's nothing wrong, they will tell you so. I love the service and the honesty El's delivers. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need! They're a rare find these days.

My tires had to be ordered and was ordered on Thursday and promised to be delivered on Friday and installed on Saturday. Not delivered on Friday and delivered too late on Saturday to be installed so I had to wait until Monday. They were installed but when I picked up my vehicle 2 of my rims were scratched up pretty bad. Will not go back!

This visit went well until they told another customer to reschedule for alignment, because a previous vehicle would take all day..... My tires and oil change were done over an hour ago and I am waiting for an alignment, but no one had the courtesy to tell me that it would be the end of the day before they could do mine... I only said yes to an alignment because they offered it.... I'm in the waiting room!!!! So no alignment means I sat here for 4hrs for 2 tires and an oil change. Not happy!

Awesome! Staff was very professional yet friendly. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommended El's if you need auto or truck services.

I know El from way back in the day from State Line Baptist Church, and he has always been a man of great integrity. So I have not received tires from him recently, however knowing him than and just hearing from people that do regularly go there, he is still the same. So if you want the best prices around and a safe and trustworthy place to order and install the new tires come here and ask for El or any of the other fine service people here. The place is off of route 40 Delaware side right past the wawa you can't miss it

Good service. Got 4 tires for my truck for $1100.00 and that included installation, comes with free rotations and tires are pretty solid, michelin defenders. Nice big waiting area. No complaints.

Took my car in on a Saturday morning at 8 AM opening time. They replaced 4 tires, brakes and an oil change by closing time. I recommend.Be advised they don't take appointments

Poor communication and lack of expertise and knowledge. Made things very inconvenient for me as they asked for one thing to be done to my car so they could do work and yet still wasn t what they needed . Specifically asked rear to be adjusted in height for alignment and that front was high enough. I go back with rear height adjusted and they say front and rear are still too low . Weird because I had service done at the height my car is at before with them and they are just now telling me to do these things . Unprofessional lack of empathy . They act like they care but they don t .

I stopped in when I got a alarm that my rear tire was losing air. They took care of the problem and plugged the hole. I didn't need a appointment. The service was great and the charge was fair.

First time here and I'm definitely coming back! I'm used to taking my car to dealerships for service but it seems El's has a solid crew. Called them for 2 front tires, alignment and oil change. Deeno told me to come right in and they'll knock it out, was out of there in a couple hrs which is impressive considering the amount of people they were working on! Will recommend this place to all my friends family and work buddies no doubt! Thanks Deeno!

I have been to El's twice to get my tires changed and both times I have had pretty bad customer service. The first time I was treated like a little kid that didn't matter. That I brushed off and decided to go to them again because they were the best price. This time when I visited I dropped my car off, paid and asked them to put the keys in the trunk because I would need to pick it up after hours. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed they only changed 2 of my tires but I paid for 4. The next morning they were open I drove in and talked to them about the missing tires, I was treated with disrespect, ignorance and an attitude. He took my keys and made them work on my car but did not address my real concern which was no one was doing a quality check. When working with cars there is not much room for error. Dino was the representative I worked with and he made it clear that he did not want to hear anything I had to say and that they did not really care that happened to us. He also failed to tell us about the rebate on my tires I bought which I found out about from a sign inside their shop.This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will absolutely be sharing my experience with all friends, family, neighbors and will not return.

They had tires on my truck in 45 minutes! The customer service is great and they are fast! I may be a permanent customer! Prices are very reasonable and I have used them twice now.

El s Tires is the epitome of a family owned mechanic shop. I have been going to them for years and they are simply the best! Anything your car needs they can do and they treat everyone like family. Jesse the manager is fantastic and knowledgble. They have amazing mechanics and work so fast! Their turnover time is great and they can always squeeze you in. I wouldn t trust my car anywhere else. I honestly can t say enough about this shop! Definitely take your car to El s.

This shop was recommended by friends. Came in to get a set of 4 new tires on my truck and a used one for my girlfriends truck. The place was slammed so we dropped off our vehicles. Came back before close and picked up our vehicles with no problem. Great service and the manager Jesse was knowledgeable about different tires, brands. I even called around to a few places and this was by far the best price. Will be taking all my vehicles here!
