Always great service. I starter going to them many years ago as most places then couldn't put tires on 22 inch rims. Great products, sound advice, at a good price.

I went in to have my tires balanced because of some noise I was hearing when I drove. I talked to Doug who was extremely friendly from the start. About an hour before they closed I called for an update and he said that they had done an inspection (free of charge) and I would need 4 new tires. I had gotten them used but thought they were almost new. Doug informed me that they were actually 5 years old and uneven which was what was causing the noise. He suggested 4 new tires and I agreed. He planned on having them done in the morning the next but was able to complete them prior to them closing and stayed open late so I could get my truck. The difference between the old ones and the new ones were night and day and I was very grateful for the speed and care Doug and the team took with my truck. Would highly recommend!

Was there a few weeks ago. Was driving my senior age mom s car and found a screw in her tire. Had no appointment but they got me in quickly. Patched the tire. Fair price for the repair. Very happy with the service and now know why my parents use you. Thank you.

Brought my car in for 4 new tires, not only are my rims gouged up afterwards but I have a flat! Took it back to this store to be told my rim is bent and won't hold air in the tire. So my rims were perfectly fine and not tore up until they worked on my car! Never again will they touch my car! My rims are black and when I said something about the gouges In the rims I was told he touched up with a marker!!@ NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had an interstate battery that I needed replaced under warranty. I went to three other stores that were listed as interstate warranty shops on interstate's website. They all said they didn't do warranty exchanges, but they were happy to sell me a new battery. Delaware tire center took care of it and the staff were very pleasant.

We were fortunate to find Delaware Tire Centers, and to buy the four tires we needed for our SUV, at a price that was better than the two other places we priced in the area. They couldn t be any nicer or more accommodating than they were either. Our appointment was originally Friday, but we had to drop it off Thursday afternoon, because of my boyfriend s work schedule. We didn t expect to hear from them until Friday afternoon. We got a call Thursday afternoon, a couple of hours after we dropped it off, telling us it was ready! No pressure, we could pick it up Friday if that was better for us. We quickly went down to pick it up before work and were so happy that it was done much earlier than expected. Now we know if we need one tire or four for our second car, we will buy them from Delaware Tire Centers on S. College Avenue, in Newark!

I will keep this one short, but once again these guys are awesome. If your college student has automobile issues this is the place. They treat them great and don't take advantage of them. Seems they would prefer the repeat business as opposed to taking advantage and have you not return. Thanks again for taking care of my daughter.Chris capossela

This store is great. I drove from Virginia on a Friday afternoon to help my son, a student at U Del, deal with a flat tire on his car. He didn't have time to deal with it. Delaware Tire Center fit me in before closing with no appointment and got everything taken care of. What great service. Glad to know they're there!

Great service, friendly staff and great deals on tires. There is a bit of a wait because they do not do appointments and it is primarily first come first serve. They are very knowledgeable about what you need to keep you on the road.

I will change my review if the problem gets fixed. I came here on Saturday at 8am. I got and oil change, Break light switch, and a t2 cesensor. They called me at 2:16 to tell me my car was ready. When I left and got on the highway my car would not go past 60 mph. It started to shake. I pulled to the side of the highway and it started smoking. O turned rhe car off now it wont start. i called them back, but they closed at 3pm. I'm now waiting for triple A to come and tow me back to Delaware Tire Centers at Newark. I have to get a rental for work on Monday. I hope they resolve this issue.

John Ragan is AWESOME!! He knows his stuff, is friendly and efficient. I had a screw in my tire and within 30 minutes after walking in with no appointment. I had a professionally installed patch and was on my way. I highly recommend John Ragan at Delaware Tire! Thanks John!

We were driving from PA to FL with a quick stop for a tour of University. Our tire pressure light came on. We dropped off before tour. Jake's team inspected tires, topped off air to factory specs, and didn't even charge us. Can't say enough kind things.

For a tire shop it's clean well staffed and friendly. However with all that help I had a simply nail in my tire. Up front easily fixed and yet I waited 1 hour 45 minutes. I know what you're thinking, maybe they're busy.... but no I parked in the front and watched a total of three customers come in and out while I waited. If you go there please clear your day.

I have been here to buy and install new tires. They promote to buy Michelin tires, which is a good and famous brand. In such case, they install them the same day. In any case, you can install your tires you bring with you or order the different brand. The prices are very reasonable. The total amount which included tires, installation, balancing, and tire rotation every 5-10k miles was even less than if I would buy the same tires on the Internet and come to install them. The staff was friendly. The work was done in an hour and a half. They have 5% discount for UD students and faculty/staff. In my case, it was 25 bucks. So, highly recommend this center at least for described aims.

They broke my skid plate bolts and didn't do any thing about, just putted in my trunk. They were not on time and in general didn t have a professional manner. They balanced my front tire and told me afterwards that I have a nail in my tire, while they also charged me for balancing the tire which had a nail in!!!In total I would give them a low grade and I was not happy with their service!

I d give this place 0 stars if I had the opportunity. My car engine broke down on Thursday while I was driving home from school (Richmond to NH) and needed cylinders and a fuel injector replaced. Came to Delaware Tire first thing Friday morning since it had good reviews. Staff are completely disjointed, I was put on hold several times each time I called the shop. They called me maybe once to actually update me on the status of my vehicle I had to call them several times. On the Friday they told me they still needed the fuel injector part and that they d have it done first thing Saturday morning. When I called Saturday morning they told me that they thought they had told me already that the part wouldn t be available until at least TUESDAY. I don t live anywhere near Delaware so I don t appreciate being left in the dark with my vehicle when I am stuck in an unfamiliar place. Even worse is that they assured me the work would be done by Saturday only to tell me that they wouldn t have it done for another three days.

Hands down the best customer service I ever experienced. Went there to get an estimate for five tires and rims for my Jeep. Their pricing was very competitive. I was in and out in an hour and back on the road.

First time using them and it was a great experience. For personal reasons I had to have a tow truck do a contactless drop-off at their location. They saw my car the next day even without and appointment and were able to diagnose and repair it in half a day. The mechanic called before performing work and gave me a very accurate quote compared to the final bill. I am very happy with their service.

Dropped my Blue Hens at school and had a 3hr drive to NY ahead of me. Discovered a nail in my tire. One of the other tire shops said they couldn't repair my run-flat tire. I walked into Delaware Tire Center w/o appointment. They were thoughtful of my situation, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They repaired my tire - like new - and I was on my way back to NY in less than an hour. Thank youuuuu Delaware Tire Center!!!

This is the worst body shop I came across . they charged 1800$ to change my CRV tires and repair brakes but caused more issues in my car. Instead of fixing my issues they added more problems to my car. they just take your money, stay away from this body shop

Will not go back, took car for a 4 wheel alignment, made an appointment confirmed price over phone and in person as they were finishing up car said I needed to pay an extra $125 to reset my cruise control system. Never had this extra charge anywhere else and why didn't you quote that up front

Times are hard these days and finding honest people to help you when you're in a jam is even harder. Today I came to Delaware tire to get my Oil and Transmission fluid looked at after I had had an oil change there 2 weeks ago. Your Mechanic Dave was kind enough to help me as well as teach me some things about my car that I didn't previously know. And he refused to take my money he just wanted to help and that means the world to me. If you have people like him working there you have an A+ establishment. Thanks again and God bless

We dropped our car off at 8am and it was done by 1050am.Bill and his team are AMAZING.Since when did a mechanic tell you how long a job would take & actually get it done on time, plus or minus 20 mins. Delaware Tire did that.Bill also gave us a very fair price to fix our passenger side power window.Couldn't be happier.Thank you, we will always be a return customer, for life.

More than just tires. Delaware Tire has also replaced brake pads, rotors, shocks, struts, and tie rods on my cars over the last few years. Each time they have been straightforward and honest, while completing the work quickly and correctly.
