I was unsure of what to expect. I'd never wrecked a car before. You hear nightmare stories about how long it takes, how expensive and how rude people get treated. Not the case here! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process. I'm clueless when it comes to cars, let alone their parts and such. The repairs were explained in a way I understood. There was a slight delay due to a part not being readily available. No problem! The communicated very well, and often. When my car was done, I was unable to get their before they closed. The manager, Dave, called me and said he would stay late so I could have my car! The best part, it looked better (and cleaner) than when I dropped it off.

Caliber collision was absolutely exceptional with their services from start to finish. I enjoyed the up-to-date status notification that I received from start to finish in regards to the process of my car being repaired. Also, the rental accommodations went very smoothly. No issues whatsoever I would highly recommend anybody who needs their car or vehicle fixed to go to caliber collision on Red Mill Road.

From the moment I walked into caliber collision they made everything so easy to handle. They walked me through every step of the way, in what they were going to fix and do to my car. Any questions I had they had an answer for it, and they didn t leave no question unanswered! They made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole repair and They set a date on when the car was going to be done and available on and thankfully it got done 2 days sooner. When they called for me to pick it up, I went in and they explained everything to me. Then we proceeded outside to my car which had upfront parking and he showed me all the work they did. They explain the warranty for everything and answered all of my questions and concerns. Customer service here was the best I ve ever seen!! I can t thank them enough!!

In September of 2023 I brought my car to caliber collision to be repaired and I was pleased ...... Quite often when consumers get get work done, everyone is nice and has great customer service but if there's an issue afterwards that's when the customer service is truly tested ..... A couple months later in January of 2024 I realized I had an issue. I called caliber collision. They told me to bring my car in the next day and they got everything fixed ! Shout out to Dave and Alex! .... Caliber collision of Newark stands by their work and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I had a great experience at Caliber. They were really helpful and walked me through the whole process of fixing my car. Very good communication - I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. They seamlessly worked with my insurance company. They are extremely professional and quite possibly had the best customer service that I've encountered since moving to this side of the country. It's rare these days to find a team of people that keep you so well informed throughout the entire process. Our car was damaged in a storm and referred to caliber collision. We got our jeep back in a little over a week! They did a wonderful job and were in constant communication with me. I highly recommend these guys. Shout out to Alex and John! Great customer service!

Caliber Collision is just FANTASTIC!! Dropped my car off on Monday to have my front bumper, fender, head light, and hood replaced/repaired due to an unfortunate accident where someone pulled out in front of me and ran into my car. Everyone I encountered there were polite and professional. Enterprise rental cars brought my rental and got me on my way. I very much appreciated the communication and the updates during the week regarding my repairs. Today is Friday, and my car is done! It looks brand new "like it never even happened". Brought my 2015 Ford mustang in on Tuesday morning to repair some body damage due to someone sideswiping me. They had completed work Thursday afternoon. Very quick, professional, and world class service! They also guarantee their work as well, so this gives me some piece of mind as well. Lastly, they partner with Geico and Enterprise, so when I dropped off my car they had a rental ready to go, and was also able to drop the rental off at this location. Everything was super convenient, friendly people, and no gimmicks! Will be recommending to anyone who needs autobody repair.
