Highly recommend! Brandon took his time and made sure he had the proper measurements and apply it quickly and smoothly. He was great. I will recommend his shop to anyone. Pricing was affordable as well. You want great tint come see him! He and his crew did 2 of my cars last night, they stayed well into the morning to make sure they were both perfect. Couldn t be happier with the cost, the attention to detail, and finally the reliability of Brandon and his team!

Incredible work!! I called Brandon up at 10 am to set up an appointment and he had my truck in his garage by 10:30! Has a nicely furnished waiting comfortable waiting room to relax in while he s tinting your ride. Absolute professional and gentleman. He doesn t accept credit cards so make sure you have another payment option.I ll be using his services when it s time for a detailed clean as well!!

PERMANENT DAMAGEI bought my dream car at Florida and requested the car to be wrapped in Paint Protection Film (PPF) all around since I was driving it back to Delaware and it was definitely a keeper. After the first wash, I found some minor installation defects in the film which I gave Brandon s Window tinting the task to fix. Immediately Brandon insisted that the only and safest way to fix those minor defects (edges coming off) was removing and reinstalling a new film. I obviously agreed since I was trying to do what was safest for my brand new car. I was thinking, what could go wrong? Worst case I can just go to another shop and have them redo the wrap. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! My Brand new 2022 AUDI RS5 Black optic carbon Package was given back to me with irreparable damage. The installer cut the film while on the car and cut through the paint multiple times (over ten times). They cut the windshield moldings so hard that I had to replace it. They cut the emblem on the side, the door seal and trim. In addition, they cut both front doors so deep that I had to touch it up three times (looks awful). Imagine my frustration to have to touch up a car with less than 3k miles when Brandon s Window tinting was supposed to help me protect the paint. If that wasn t enough, the film they installed was below average, with glue under the film, light scratches, and a lot of contamination. When I talked to the business owner he expressed the disappointment but still didn t pay me for the repairs.Additional comments:The communication with the business is really bad. Once they have your car, most of the times they don t answer your text or calls (don t call back either). After agreeing on a drop off/pick up time, I showed up and the shop was closed (read about someone else with the same experience). The owner said he had an emergency to me as well. I had to leave my car with the next door shop. I can keep writing about why you should not bring your car to this place but, once you get there (if you ignore my review) pay attention to the shop and the personnel and go with your gut. You ll see some other stuff that I didn t even mentioned.

Great place to get your car detailed and tinted. Clean and comfortable waiting area where you can watch TV and relax while your car is being worked on. Brandon will give you his absolute best work, he will treat your car like it's his own. Thanks Brandon for the great job you did on my window tiniting. I wasn't happy with my 1st go around. When I called and talked to him he made sure he fixed all my concerns and I'm very happy with the results. Definitely go see him if you need window tinting done. Great work.

I received excellent customer service from the time I made my appt to completion. I was able to get in quickly and conveniently after work which is a big plus since most tint shops don t work past 5pm. There is a waiting room to make your wait comfortable with a tv and massage chair. My tint looks great! Highly recommend!

Brandon was great. Did an amazing job on my tints. Would recommend him to everyone I know. Also If you need work done on your car you should go to him.. while you wait in the waiting room they have an amazing massage chair.. i couldn't get off of it...

I have been getting tint on my cars as long as I been driving. I'm also new to DE.. and was looking for a new spot. Not only did I find my new spot- but I found where I will remain a LOYAL customer. Not only was the customer service amazing, the additional flexibility that Brandon offers if available is AMAZING!!! If you wait there is a great comfy spot with couch, massage chair, outlet to charge your phone and even a bathroom. Prices are great. I will honestly say after multiple states, twenty years of tinting....Brandon was hands down the best in every aspect!! I am already spreading the word and will be back for future services - which also includes detailing and more. Don't waste time anywhere else-do yourself a favor and call Brandon!!!! Best tint I have had super friendly and straight forward phenomenal cuts on the tint all around great job well worth the money also got some detailing to the inside done looks brand new and smells amazing 10/10 will be coming back with future vehicles

I just bought a brand new (used) car from out of state, and when I ran it through the DE inspection lines it didn t pass for the tint. I brought it here, on my way home to see if it would be possible to get on the schedule to have it removed sometime this week. To my surprise they were running ahead of schedule today, and was able to take it off right then! Amazing service! And really nice people. I look forward to getting the clear UV put on in the future

Called Today To See When I Could Get My Husband's Car In There, They Got Him In And Out Within Hours Of The Call. And Handled My Back And Forth With What Percentage To Go With Amazingly (I called and changed it twice, lol, indecisive, so I appreciate that!)

Made one phone call and within 10 min Brandon was knocking it out Very straightforward, no BS business! Was in and out in under two hours! Very fair prices as well, he could have charged more and I still would have been happy. Professional job through and through Car looks amazing, Thanks again!

Branden is great, he's professional, humble, and always smiling. Never felt like I was stupid or ignorant talking to him, even though it was my first time getting a window tint. Even offered to detail my car but I am a college student so can't afford all that. A kind man, courteous team, and the waiting room rocks!

First and foremost, the young lady whose name I never got, was a pleasure to talk to when I initially called. She made sure I was updated on the best time to get in the shop after I got off work. Not only that, they are open late! I needed them to do my 2 front doors, because I just don't have the time this weekend. Excellent job they did! Fair price, and ridiculously fast! I already told 4 people about this spot, and I'll be back with my acura. Fact.

New tint coming off, quick fix nail polish stained dash as well as being described as irritating when mentioning the peeling tint. Customer service skills need upgrade.

Excellent customer service! Turnaround time was rapid. Brandon went above and beyond to meet expectations of the way my vehicle should look. Impressive!!! I wouldn t think twice of getting more cars tinted. I will be returning in the near future! Thank you once again !
