This shop has always done excellent work. I have used them twice and I have been very pleased with the outcomes. The only negative was that they had told me that it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday and it wasn t done until Monday and nobody called to keep me updated. That being said, I was not in need of it at that time so it wasn t an inconvenience. Their work is excellent and the vehicle came back much cleaner than it went in!!! They are all very nice and professional also. I had a great experience. Will let you know if any issues in the future!!!

B&G restored my car after a fender-bender in January, pre-snows. They were able to give detailed estimates in writing, predict an accurate start date for a couple of weeks later, and only when an unexpected issue with a sensor turned up did my expected pick up date get pushed to an additional business day. After their car wash and tire shine, the exterior looked like new! Cost was similar to what it would have been at a dealership.

I had a run in with a deer in my Subaru Forester and B and G did an outstanding job on the repair. The car looks like it never happened. The repair was thorough, done quickly, and I was kept abreast of the progress throughout.They warranty their work, handled all the details with my insurance company and the paint job is seamless.

Customer service is amazing very trustworthy . Went in for scratches on my drivers side door thought I would need a new paint job and they were able to buff it out in about 10 to 15 minutes . free of charge ! I would highly recommend this shop .

Awesome repair on our Solara convertible. Definitely worth the wait. How they smoothed the surface of the damaged fender to make it look brand new, and how they matched the unique paint required is unbelievable. Thanks for a terrific job.

I've had my cars, my daughter's, my girlfriend's, and other friends and family repaired at B&G. (Yes we're all bad drivers) Eddie is the manager, you will find him thorough, honest, and up front explaining the repair process. My repeat business speaks for itself. Quality repairs and fair pricing.

I recently took my car to B&G auto for body work from a minor accident on my front driver side. When i picked up my car, i was soo in love with the paint and body work done to my car, you can't even tell i was in an accident!. Jeremy was very helpful and he did work with my Insurance to get the work done!!. All i had to do was pay my deductible. Overall, i am very impressed with the work. If you need body work or paint done, i recommend you take your car there.

We were sent here by our insurance company after another driver rear ended us at a red light. My insurance covered the costs so I'm honestly not sure if their pricing is high or low compared to other shops but the work that they do is flawless and everyone I delt with was professional and personable. They had some delays that were out of their control due supply chain/covid issues but they maintained constant communication. I would definitely use them again. They explained everything and even uploaded pictures of their progress. This is a really well run business.

B&G repaired my car after a minor accident on the front driver side. They went above and beyond on their work. Then they detailed it before I picked it up. Looked and felt like I was driving a new car. They handled all the insurance. I only paid my deductible. Betty and Jake were both amazing! Phone and in person service were great. They really listened and seemed to care about my car issue and even though they couldn t assist me today, they pointed me in the right direction of someone who could and I am grateful. I had been turned away from several places today and given no real insight into what the issue was or who to even seek for help. Thanks to B & G Auto Body for showing me that there are still businesses who truly care about others; whether a long time customer, new customer or even someone who stumbled in their shop- thanks for going above and beyond to help!

Family & friends have used B&G a few times after Puz came off like they didn't need the hassle for a small paint my mirror caps job.Work has been flawless each time on fender bender jobs.My second job there was not perfect. A 3 day job to replace a headlight took almost two weeks. The issue was they didn't follow up with me ONCE to let me know when and why the job stalled. A supplemental request to the insurance company was improperly handled. That in itself could have been fixed with a simple phone call or email to me.These delays caused me difficulties with other auto arrangements etc...I would use them again due to great work on my vehicle, family and friends work. The customer service could learn from this experience. Be proactive. A little goes a long way.Hope everyone else has great experiences with B&G going forward.

I've had two repairs done here to the front and the rear of my 2014 Subaru Forester. Both times they did a great job , was completed when they said and everyone was a pleasure to talk to through the entire process.Will definitely go back if I need more work done.

I can in to ask about their services and they were awesome at explaining my options. In addition, they pointed out that what I was asking for could be done elsewhere more economically for the job I needed. All in all they're respectful with your time, and money - I'd definitely recommend.

They are very nice people. I needed to change the grille of my car but two screws were rusted in, so I took the replacing part to B & G. They cut off the screws and changed the parts for me, and didn't charge me a penny. I feel so grateful that I highly recommend their service.

My regular mechanic recommended B&G to me after my car was backed into by a tractor trailer. Taking my car to B&G was the best decision I could have made.When I arrived for my estimate appointment they were shocked I came for an estimate because my car was clearly totaled. They showed me the crumpled rebar underneath and how the entire front crumple zone was crumpled and would need replaced. It was not a new bumper and flattening out the hood. Despite that they knew there was no work to be done they still held the car and worked with the insurance company for 3 weeks until it was officially totaled. B&G was an amazing guide to me in a stressful time with a friendly, honest and upfront attitude. All on a car they knew they wouldn't make a dime on.

Had my car repaired at B&G recently and was completely satisfied with the service, quality of work and attention to detail. The owner, Ed, is an upstanding and honest man who, in my case, owned up to an oversight of work to be done. Ed accepted the responsibility for the oversight without passing the buck, and saw to it that the work was completed with little further delay. I picked my car up, as promised, and found the workmanship to be of high quality with obvious attention to detail.I highly recommend B&G for any body work needs you may have
