This place is amazing. My transmission went out 500 miles from home with my 5 year old. Mark worked with my warranty to dealer to get us back on the road asap. Rose took us to our hotel and picked us up the next day and brought us back. I can t say enough good things. Thanks for making a bad situation relatively easy.

Mark and his crew took care of us when we needed a new transmission in our (brand new to us) Lexus six months ago. They rebuilt the transmission with updated parts.Mark is a straightforward, honest guy. His work is of high quality, his prices are fair, and he stands behind his work.We highly recommend All Trans!

My son took his car here and Mark had it for over two weeks. He clearly didn't know what the problem was and wanted to put me and my son to work! He wanted us to call AutoZone and inquire about an axle. Last time I checked when you take a car to a place of business they handle the business and you pay them. So we told him we would have the car towed back to our home since he couldn't figure out the problem. The very next day he called my son and said it was the engine mounts (which my son suggested in the beginning). He told my son he was unwilling to fix it. Why? We haven't gotten a clear answer to that question. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

I did not get my car back on Tuesday like was told, but late Friday. Everyday I received a phone call from Mark with excuse after excuse. On Thursday he was telling me they would deliver it to my work since I was so patient, but that never happened. Friday at 5 I get a call with me having to get myself to my car with no ride.Mark is very rude and hangs right up on you.Stay away it may be a little cheaper, but not worth the headache.

Mark has been servicing my transmissions over 25 years. He is still the kindest, quickest and most convenient Master of his Craft. Amen

They did very pore rebuilding of auto-transmision on my Jetta, they were fixing the trans over 6 months and they never did it correctly. Car was running like a pice of junk after there service. I was forced to sold a car for parts only. They start with one price and then they start building the price it was more then 2600$ at the end. I wish that it is possible to give them negative stars. This service is a joke!

My car came back worse then it was when I took it in there. I don't think they/ Mark knows how to work on cars or SUV's that have computerized cvt transmissions. I drove my car in there n had to have to towed to pep boys cus it wouldn't start anymore. He had to refund me my money.

Mark was wonderful and his waiting Area had all the accomanations available and more , our macanhic knows him well and honor his services and now we do and will only use him for repairs our guy will ecommend on our BMW, he replaced the broken driveshaft and more, we were happy when we were charged he is more than fair, also his word is of integrity and we honor Mark's business and we respect him as a good man, we can't thank him enough, Mark we're sending prayers with hugsLarry and Carol D.than inspected, he fixed our BMW'S driveshaft and more, he was wonderful experience wise, polite and give us details and everything was up-front and he has wonderful integrity and I trust his service, he is a trustworthy gentleman, he was recommended my our macanhic and now his our for special repairs , I give him a 10

The best transmission shop in Delaware hands down probably best trans shop on this side of the country and the owner always makes sure everything is perfect and the work is the best I ever seen and im a 20 mechanic myself I would recommend them to everyone

Had my car for 4 months and never fixed it! Even was paid 1100 for a part, so I was told, but yet it never got fixed! I m currently filing a suit against him!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

After paying in full for replacement of transmission for my 2010 Acura still do not have car. Lied to , hung up on , screamed at . Filed in court yesterday. Scam artists. KEEP AWAY !Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
