Great auto service facility. Work to my vehicles has always been done in a timely and professional manner. Found them to be honest in all my dealings with them. Shout out to manager Doug for level of expertise, knowledge and friendliness!!

Very unprofessional and high price. They charged me more than what we agreed on for the service requested, and they added extra fees and services that I did not ask for just to charge me extra. Then the guy gets rude and unprofessional when i confronted him about the unneeded extra services that I DID NOT ASK FOR !!I also noticed that they looked through my glove compartment because I found some of my personal paperwork on the floor of the car that they accidentally left behind. I don't trust this place at all and it was a huge mistake that I took my vehicle to them.They will scam u with prices and try to STEAL your money by adding extra services and costs that you never asked for.They are dishonest and scammers. Save your money and take your car to other place.

When i say this place is the best i mean it i brought my truck in and was greeted by a guy name doug. At the time my truck was leaking coolant. We thought it was the water pump so doug and his crew took it in and looked at it he called me 35 mins later to tell me it was my water pump and thermostat housing and it would be 600$ well 45 mins later he called me back and said he didint believe fully that was the issue and said it was something smaller and only charged me 150$. This man is a real life savor and this establishment is the most honest and outgoing repair shop prolly in the newark, newcastle area. They are also very affordable

Admiral Tires is much more than tires. They ll diagnose problems, solve them quickly, and begin and end service with friendly smiles and fair prices. Doug is my favorite.

Doug was great and provided a stellar level of service. Came in off the street with a flat tire and swollen lug nuts, they got me right and back on the road. I ll go back with confidence for my maintenance.

When I asked for bumper to be clipped to fender it wasn't done right. I'll just get my son to line it up and clip it securely like the right side of the car.

I appreciate that Doug makes sure that his crew fixes my car to his, and ultimately, to my satisfaction each time I take it in. My most recent visit involved replacement of corroded brake parts, etc. Mercifully, that has been fixed!Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

I booked this appointment through the Carmax repair pal site to address an airbag warning light and the process was extremely convenient and saved time. The drop off appointment was quick and easy and the next day was given a full rundown of what will be needed for my airbag sensors and that it will all be covered by my protection plan. Whenever there was an update I was called and informed to provide an estimate as to when my car will be ready and pickup was just as easy as drop off.Service: Electrical repair

Admiral Tire and Auto Center was awesome. Pricing was better/lower than I expected on tires and service and had the car ready the same day as promised. My car was having an issue starting. It was my alternator and battery. Admiral was very helpful and submitted my info to warranty company, had parts in next day and repair was completed before noon.They did a great job keeping me informed at every step.Definitely would refer to anyone!Service: Engine repair

Very unprofessional and high price. They charged me more than the dealer for diagnostic and third estimate was all lies they will try to STEAL your money and try to fix and replace things that doesn t need replacement. They are dishonest, scammers. Save your money and take your business to someone better

As always, Doug and the entire staff worked with me to get my car needs handled. I can stop in anytime for an issue and they will do everything possible to help. Even if it is a temporary fix, until the final fix is possible.

I had to take my car in because the power steering pump had to be replaced.I brought my car here because they work withe Carmax extended warranty and had very good reviews. Doug was very friendly and willing to help. My car was in the shop for a little over a week. When i picked it up everything was fine with the car. The very next day on my home from picking up my daughter and backing up in my drive way, a very strange and loud noise was coming from the bottom of my car. when I got of my car and i looked under a part of my car was on the ground dragging. I had to get it towed back to shop. I was informed that the mechanic that did the job DID NOT tighten the bolts from the part that became loose. I was upset with the situation because it is scary to see something like this especially with children in the car. I understand mistakes happen we are human, however the customer service after the situation was terrible. I was told that I was making drama out of all of this, which maybe to them it seemed that way. They (district manager and store manager) did apologize, however was told "things like this happen in the industry." If you are reading this, I am not sure about you, but if they can not double check to tighten bolts and get mad at the customer for complaining says plenty of the character of the business.
