Today I stopped in Newark to get gas. After filling up, my Jeep wouldn't start. I am not from the area, so I had it towed the closest place to where I was (Accurate Auto). Spoke to Aaron, left the key with him and walked downtown. I received a call explaining what they found and what it would take to fix. They managed to get it fixed before the end of the day and I was able to continue on my trip. They were true professionals. They were busy but managed to make me feel welcome even though i just dropped in. I can truly recommend. Thank you to Aaron and the team at Accurate Auto for getting me back on the road.

I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Accurate Auto service. They took my lowered car in for an alignment while other shops were unable to accommodate. No scratches in the car from the machine so I know they take care of customers cars. Very professional and friendly. If you have a lowered car in the Delaware, Pennsylvania or Maryland area hit Glenn up!

One of the best car services in the area! Accurate Auto Services has excellent customer service, completes quality work in a timely matter, and has affordable prices. This repair shop really cares about their customers and always completes expert repairs. I highly recommend Accurate Auto Services!

Friendly, helpful, and honest. I get my car back quickly and I ve never had an issue with something they ve repaired. They explain things to me and offer to call my parents to explain what s going on to them too. My friend is a mechanic and always says that I paid a good price. I really appreciate them and always have confidence that I m at the best place. I highly recommend them.

One of the most friendliest and honest car services. My car broke down on me while leaving my driveway. It was very tricky to get it towed out to the car shop but they were quick. Glen updated me on my car frequently and explained everything in detail. The owner Aaron does things different than other shops. You ll find an incredibly friendly staff. They have very competitive pricing and will follow up with you. They valuable their customers dearly and run a very ethical business. They treat your car like it is their own. Aaron will even share his cell phone with his clients. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone.

Aaron and co did a great job with my old Toyota pickup. It was a pretty tricky repair...mysterious cooling system/temperature problems. They did extensive diagnostics, explained the results very clearly, and did the work for a fair price. Truck is running better than it has since I bought it eight years ago. It's great that when you walk in you talk to the owner at the desk, because he is very invested in providing good service.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this wonderful auto repair shop. I had the unfortunate event of the death of my car's alternator just as I arrived to pick up my daughter from the university to go visit family. I was more than 60 miles from home when the several dash warning lights came on suddenly. I made the mistake of turning off the engine while I checked the owner's manual for the meaning of the lights and of course the car was dead after that. It was approximately 12:30 pm on an incredibly beautiful Friday. I immediately called the well-known auto club for a tow and was told I was the only case in the area & someone would be there in less than 90 minutes. Then I tried to find anyone in the area who could fix my car. Of course Honda said not without an appointment so I called the first name that came up under "auto-repair near me"; Accurate Auto -and reached the owner Aaron. He was incredibly sympathetic but said he was short-staffed and booked solid. I was about to ask him if he could recommend anyone else in the area and he then put me on hold for a few minutes & then came back to say he would help me. He suspected it was the alternator and would be able to obtain a replacement for me if I could get to car to him ASAP. After waiting almost 3 hours for said national tow company to arrive....I was nearly in tears since I was stranded on a Friday. Aaron to the rescue again! He arranged another tow company to get me within 30 min. (Shout out to Extreme Towing!!). Aaron ended up staying very late on a Friday and handed me back a completely repaired car by 9 pm. He has totally restored my faith in humanity. Not only did he sacrifice his night for me, but he did an expert repair for a very very reasonable amount of money. Caring, professional service.For me, they functioned like doctors for my automobile. I needed an auto repair facility that I can trust; where they were equipped and skilled. They had all of that plus some.These are professionals.They are masters of their craft.They confidently stand by their work.I found them to be so good, that I cannot allow anyone else to work on my vehicles going forward. Aaron and his crew are masters of their craft and I wouldn't go to any other shop. They are fair in the cost of the repairs. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are also very efficient. Aaron replaced the transmission after blowing out 3rd gear. Accurate Auto is such a great shop. There's never any pressure from the staff to make a sale, their prices are affordable, and they always make sure that your vehicle is road-ready. I gladly take both of my cars to Accurate Auto for repair, they always do right by me.

Really thankful for the value offered at this repair shop. I got burned pretty bad by a dealer recently, and Glen really helped me understand what was going on with my Equinox. It was refreshing to finally get substantial answers with evidence. Thanks for putting time and effort into your work, and actually caring about our situation.

I highly recommend Accurate Auto. It's the only place my husband and I trust our cars to. They are always friendly, honest and knowledgeable and the prices are fair. The owner Aaron goes above and beyond to reach out to make sure everything is working well after service. Great customer service!

I am very hopeful that this auto repair shop is last one I have to look for. I discovered them recently and my relationship with so far has been good. I am scheduled for a repair tommow 7/3/3021 so I will keep my fingers crossed. I let the Shop Manager know that my car has been sabotage at Mecedes Benz shops throughout the area for the past several years where they have stolen my money fraudulent auto repairs. So finding an ethical repair shop has been impossible for me to do. I have informed the Shop Manager at AAS of my struggles and they have said they don't take advantage of their customers ripping them off damaging customers cars left for repairs. I pray this is true. I am 73 years old on a fixed income so I cannot afford to be ripped off. I am cautiously optimistic that Accurate Auto Service is thee place where I can get honest, consist, ethical and reputable auto repairs.

My daughter is a student at UD. She was having problems with our SUV, while away in Newark. I found Accurate Auto Service and called. I spoke with John. He worked around my daughter's schedule, she dropped the car off and went off to school. John called me with details of what needed to be repaired, the price and timeline.I could not be happier with the service, and how they treated myself and my daughter. If you are local, or have a student at the school they are a great place to have the car serviced and very trustworthy. Thumbs up. Thank you John and team for helping a dad from far away.

Had a flat tire on our way to do a college visit in Delaware. Aaron Taylor took the car in while we were on the tour, diagnosed and fixed it. He was very pleasant to work with and really helped me out! I highly recommend this business.

My car was making a sound for a couple weeks and I became worried there was a problem with the engine and I might need a new car, something I can t afford. I called Accurate Auto and he let me bring my car in and diagnosed the problem all in the same day. He explained everything to me clearly so I could understand and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back for any repairs or maintenance that my car needs. I highly recommend Accurate Auto.

Over the top service. Both times I ve stopped in have been unannounced with urgent repairs. Within a few hours I get a call that everything s been resolved. Good group of guys. Highly recommend.

Took my car here for my last two years at UD. Always got quick service, fair pricing, and if anything went wrong with a repair they fixed it no questions asked!
