The lady in the front, Linda, was so sweet! I needed all four of my tires replaced and was expecting to be here for hours. They got it done in one hour flat, wasn t expecting that at all. Very professional service. Thank you!

I gave them the key and went for a walk around the store. They texted me when the car was checked in, and when it was done and ready for pick up.Great service and reasonable price

This is a small garage with 2 workers lol. I made an appointment, arrived on time. Barely found the guy who is in charge, he asked me to pull up. After which I waited for half an hour and nobody seemed to care. It is not a Auto care center , just a small garage with indifferent workers

I always go to this place when it's time to change my car's oil. Every time I go they serve me fast. the people who work there are friendly. I like this place and that's why I give it a 5

Crazy day! Went to Walmart at New Castle Del Walmart for tire installation, they lied about being able to install my tires, saying there equipment is down that does my tires. They told me to call Elkton Walmart who was able to be fit in for service. With the same equipment and only equipment all tire centers have. New Castle just doesn't like installing low profile tires, so they lied to me. The customer service in the tire department was great, other than management in Elkton Walmart. After finding out I ordered the wrong tires from Walmart online, which I have some fault in, it still was not a valid reason for not to be able to return the tires there since it was a Walmart purchase. All I got was a run around and ignored, waited 3 hours in the store to get an answer from there manager coach Terrence, who basically sent me home to call Walmart and told me to leave the tires. This happen on 11/1/2023 and I still haven't received my refund.

Great customer service from the member at the register (older female) everyone else in the back seemed too occupied talking to each other or not wanting to be bothered

The lines were very long even for self checkout and even though I had the app to scan items as I shopped I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes just to scan the QR code at the register and then leave. This location is always an issue...

No answer, no help in store either, seems they vanish and upon return, was told, I can't help you, someone will be here soon but I'm off the clock. Tried to ask question, and was told if they responded they'd lose their job! Alrighty then....

I got a great deal on tires, the service is what you would expect, I think it was about two hours to get my tires installed from what I ordered online. They re certainly understaffed. You ll be dealing with people who are just starting out in their automotive career. Don t expect a lot, they can put on inexpensive tires slowly, and that s life. I got a crazy good deal on my tires, took an hour longer than I planned for my appointment, it is life. There is an Applebees there. Drop off and get food is my advice.

A lot of bad reviews.I myself had a positive experience.Although they had access (IT),problems to start their day.Purchased (tires) online,scheduled online,showed up early and was dealt w/expeditiously by the crew working at the time.Even though they had a lot of foot traffic(single tire replacement).

Paul was so helpful and suggested me what tires were good and spent a good half and hour pulling my records from another Walmart where I had my tires changed.Went there again and Paul once again went above and beyond for me. I cannot emphasize how great the service was. I was quoted almost $780 for only two front tires replacement at Volkswagen dealership. Walmart quoted me $750 for all four tires. In addition to that Paul also ordered unusual sized tires for me even though they normally don t stock them and Nicole was phenomenal as well. I am so grateful for all your help. Thank you

I visited them twice for tire installation since I got a email that my ordered tires had been delivered to this auto center because they did not provide tire installation service at 4:30 on Thursday even though they had noticed me that their working hours 7am to 7pm Mon. to Fri. on the email. The staff told me to come again next morning 9am. In the 2nd visit, I arrived at 9am. The staff told me that I should wait for 3 hours to install my tires. I gave up to install at their auto center. Their service level is too poor.

Whatever you do . DON T go here. They replaced my tires and immediately after, my tire pressure sensor light came on and wouldn t go off, even after topping off the air in every tire. I tried following up with them for months and they gave me the run around didn t take any accountability. They said that they don t do those sort of repairs anyway. It is extremely frustrating to walk out with an issue that didn t exist before I went in .

Good prices on select tires. Short-staffed. Not taking appointments. Erratic hours of operation due to staffing issues. Employees do not understand policies and procedures (refused to offer road hazard warranty for tires ordered online). Poor customer service.

Just called for tires, employe puts me on hold to check if they have any in stock. I can hear him talking to a co-worker: I dont wanna do this. The other guy is like what do you mean? He replies listen I had to wake up at 8h this morning. He picks up the phone again and said: alright boss we don't have your tires.... I get it working gets harder by the end of your shift but you dont have to be a Karen, have a snicker.

I had 4 car tires installation done here. I loved the service. It was fast. They also did a complimentary diagnosis/inspection of the car. The repair fee was lower than nearby repair shops.

Looking to get my tires rotated after installation a few months back and couldn t get an hold of anyone even still till this day. The service is very poor. A year later and I still can t get ahold of anyone in the tire center to rotate my tires, repair, or balance my tires after I spent money all this money towards warranty s. Never Tf again.

Beat the price on tires. Beat the price on oil change. Included extra services on tires for the life of them at a negligible cost. Had the work done in less than half the time given. Will return again.

I had to wait for quite a while to get my tires done here but it was a staffing/call out situation that no one could have predicted.The staff was kind and did a great job putting new tires on my vehicle.They even double checked with me when they thought there may have been a clerical mistake on the forms instead of just winging it.While not my normal walmart or even my normal state..if I needed tires again I this area I would def visit again.

My sick father needed two tires, purchased from Walmart mounted and balanced on original rims.While he waited in car they retrieved old tires from trunk and then put them back in trunk when finished..We were able to get services right away, no problems. Will def return for the last two tires.. Affordable

MS. Pinkie the assistant manager and the staff are the 'bomb'. Courteous. Patient.The wait may be long but they treat you so well. Guess what? I'll wait. Get there early though.
