Experience is great, service is fast, just gotta make sure to go on a slow day in the morning when you can get in and get out. Staying in your car the entire time is fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

I went to this location about three days ago to get my oil changed and the process was smooth and very straight forward. What I didn t know is that when they replaced my head light they didn t throw away the broken bulb or the package. They left it right in my car hood. Which broke the light that they took out all in my dash. When I actually checked the light they replaced they didn t even put my rubber cap back on. They just rushed to finish the job and get me out. I m very disappointed with the lack of care for my car.

For many years, I've been a loyal Valvoline customer, but my most recent visit to this location�left me completely let down. I went there on February 4, 2024, for a normal oil change, but it turned into a complete�nightmare.Because the technician suggested a antifreeze flush�during the service, antifreeze got on my engine and radiator. The manager told me my radiator cap was old and corroded, thats why it "broke". Immediately after the service was done my car started to smoke, which ended with a complete breakdown.Even though I went back�to this location�several times to ask for help, the problems kept occurring. A licensed�mechanic did an inspection and found a radiator leak. The cost of fixing it is expected to be around $1200. Capri, the manager of the Valvoline store, refused to take responsibility, and his suggestion of a discounted radiator because my mechanics estimate was too high�doesn't do enough to make up for the huge amount of trouble, money, and time wasted.I'm very unhappy with the lack of responsibility and action. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. Dear Valvoline,�please take care of this quickly and fairly. Thank you.

Great customer service. These folks are working hard, working as quickly as they can, and still finding time to give great customer service and each customer the time they need. This is why I keep going back. Could I do it myself? Sure. Will I with the care and thoroughness of this team? I'll keep going back.

Sure it s quick and convenient, but I wouldn t recommend. My coolant wouldn t keep filled after I got my oil change at Valvoline and ended up dropping hundreds to get the coolant hoses replaced. I won t be returning. I d rather go to a place with more concern instead of a place that s trying to meet a daily quota of oil changes.

Worst experience I ve ever had- choose to get the transmission flush which was recommended by the employee. They had me pull into the other bay and sat there for 25 mins. The manager came over and said it would just be a few minutes and then the employee came over and said we can t do it on this type of car. He had to refund my purchase and then re-ring, the manager didn t apologize for wasting my time or the fact that I have 300 on hold on my card because of their mistake. Do not go here for any reason.

Pretty fast service. I went on one of their down time tho. Don't like the double price on fuel injection fluids. But all around knowledge they have was great tho.

I waited in a long line for over an hour and all I got was sunburned. Whether a driver was a dissatisfied or not, Valvoline employees serviced his car without ever getting in line. Took me five years to come back. Next time it will probably be a Zombie Apocalypse. 90+ degrees in the direct sun. They could have offered free "Cold" water to customers waiting. Hint.

Every time I come here it s at least an hour plus wait. The best part is I get in a line that always takes longer than the rest and people who pull up after I ve been sitting here for 30 minutes are going in before me. They should really have one line so one person who got there first isn t waiting longer than someone who just got there. Poor management.

Please don't even drive by this place you might have "unexpected maintenance" that needs to be done to you car if you do, save your money and learn how to do your own oil changes at home before you spend money with these cr00ks!!

They were trying to force a tube down my dipstick tube that would not fit ! Pulling and pushing on it ... I had to yell to stop them ... plus nobody told me they were going to suck the oil out of my dipstick tube ?? Don't want my oil changed that way ... then when I got home I checked my dipstick to make sure they didn't damage it and there was oil spilled All over my engine .which passed me off ... it's brand new car with 3400 miles ... I will never go back !

For quick and convenient services I recommend going to Valvoline. I'm a busy mom and medical assistant who travels around my county helping the elderly and people with disabilities. I'm always on the go from one client to another. I depend on my vehicle so rather than dropping off at my mechanic and finding another ride which is more inconvenience for me . I can squeeze in a quick oil change with my schedule . Staff are very informative and friendly. Service is fast. Take into consideration what hours are busiest and work around them so you're in and out and don't have to wait in a long line. We tend to forgot there are others who need service done too lol. Open 7 days a week hours are flexible for those working other shifts. And they offer discounts so it's a win win when trying to save some money and time in our busy lives.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Tori and James @the New Castle, DE location went above and beyond. I have a paralyzed vocal cord, and they were very patient with me having to communicate with them through my phone. They even explained everything step by step. Awesome team!

The convenience of a drive thru lube place is lessened here by long wait times. Techs have a hard time directing cars into bays and skip many processes (air filter check especially cabin filters, tire psi, turn signal and light checks, etc). The location is decent, and the staff usually have fair attitudes and seem to no their jobs but there's usually new personnel each visit and personnel training adds to the long waits.

First I would like to say that I am a Team Manager for one of the biggest Corporations in the banking industry in the UK. I notice talent when I see it!! First I would like to say Tito!!! Top-tier!!! 5 stars across the board!!! I left and told all my colleagues to now come here to get their car service because of the amazing customer service experience!! Might I add, My network is very large! Also the service was extremely Fast! Mr. Tito had no idea my morning started on a bad note..I was pleased to leave in the greatest mood! He was very detailed on everything that was going on with my car. I asked a lot of questions because I was very concerned since it s been awhile since I had my car service. I like that fact how Tito was very patient with me. He is extremely very personable as if I knew him all my life. The service I got done was an oil changed and new battery replacement. He educated me on the importance of updating your car battery which I really appreciate so much! My battery was on it s last leg, without me knowing lol I could of been on the side of the road literally next week! I also notice how he interact with other employees there, very respectful towards everyone! I would definitely hire Tito for his amazing leadership if he was ever interested in the banking industry. Tito is someone that should be the head of operations in my opinion. I advise that He should definitely get a promotion!! He cares about his job and you can tell he loves what he does!! Great job on hiring him!! I see him going to the top with the company!!

i was pleased with my visit. the svc guy who helped me was very pleasant & respectful. however, the actual guy who worked underneath my car forgot to put black some of my clips. i understand it was close to closing time, but i think u should treat every customers car as if you were wprking on your own.

3 hrs in line.I've never been to place where they don't include replacing the air filter with the price of full synth $80+ oil change. What a scam. Half the staff are just young guys who are training. They pace back and forth with their hands in their pockets and might tighten or loosen a nut. They probably won't last long there.Do. Not. Go. Here.

The people working here are very professional, nice, and polite. Mr. Speedy McSpeed cut the line when nobody was looking. After I told on Speedy all the employees apologized sincerely and made right by the unfolding incident. I can t wait for the renovations to be completed. This will be a really nice place.

Wasn't too happy having to wait in line for servicing (which I'm not accustomed to) but once in the mechanics or technicians were quite friendly, professional and courteous servicing my car! They changed my oil which I requested), checked my Oil Drain plug and gasket, tire pressure, brake fluid, battery, coolant reservoir, sealed my power steering fluid level, etc! I was totally impressed overall! Will be back!

The crew is very nice and I had Noah, Andrew, and Troy. Went over everything with me. This was my 1st time there and will be back and recommend this place. Thanks for recommending the cabin air filter!
