We had an excellent experience with The RV Shop today for work on a recall that we recieved on our new Forrest River camper. They listened to what we wanted done and all went smoothly and we were out before the qouted time which was a bonus in my eyes! Maria was the lady I dealt with over the phone and thur text and Tim was our tech today and Tom helped get us pulled into the huge shop and settled! No matter who you spoke to from the tine we got there til we picked back up everyone was very nice and helpful! We meant people from the RV Shop at the Hershey RV show where we purchased our new camper and we were very impressed by them there as well and that's the main reason we decided to call them to do our recall repair! Give them a chance I don't think you'll regret the choice!

So glad I found this place... excellent experience from beginning to end. The RV industry is notoriously bad at customer service, but this place is a breath of fresh air. We had some minor body work done and were so pleased that we scheduled a suspension upgrade. I can't say enough about Tom and Zaina. Both are very responsive and very knowledgeable. The RV Shop will be getting all of our RV related business going forward.

The RV Shop did an outstanding job on our 32' Keystone Travel Trailer. We had delamination issues and rust on the bottom of the trailer, and they worked diligently to address all concerns. The trailer looked even better than when we purchased it years prior after they finished working on it. Although the repairs took longer than expected, the results were well worth the wait. We felt confident in the team's hands, and the owner maintained constant communication, providing a detailed breakdown of the work being done and a clear timeline for repairs. Thank you!

My wife and I are full-time RVers. We needed repairs done to our 40' 5th wheel and our 1-ton dually truck. It was a big plus to put them both into the same shop. Right from my original phone conversations with Zaina, I found The RV Shop to be thorough, professional and courteous. Even through needless delays from the Insurance company, The RV Shop and our awesome, skilled rep Maria Marvel, kept the process moving and got the job done.The shop Techs know their craft and do quality work. We will be returning to DE in a few months to get some final work done before we start a two year western tour. We had a personalized experience with Zaina, Anthony and Rob, who worked on our rv for 10 months. Zaina frequently called us with updates and Information. Anthony listened to our requests and actually drove out to our campsite to fix an issue. We had a great experience with the whole team.

We called and made an appointment for roof replacement and delamination repairs over 3 weeks ago. Drove to shop in Delaware from New Jersey and had someone look at the outside but he could not look at roof. We have heard nothing since then.I hate leaving any negative comments but this has cost me my time and money for fuel and tolls for an appointment for nothing.

I have had numerous opportunities to use DTR/ARS and their RV Shop Division. They have repaired damage to my 40' Class A motorhome with results being better than new. Most recent they completed winterizing my RV. They have and amazing work shop and your RV is always kept indoors. They have an amazing culture with outstanding customer service and awesome customer experience. I highly recommend the RV Shop for all your RV needs. They do everything from accident repair, paint, mechanical needs, to winterizing, etc.

They did a repair on the storage doors of my RV. The people were easy to work with, knowledgeable and very straightforward. I am satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend using them for body work on RV or trucks.
