Had the opportunity to work with both Langston and Mike during the deal of our new Nissan Rogue Platinum. They both answered every question with a knowledgable answer and truly cared about our purchase from start to finish. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely shout it from the roof tops. After all the paper work was finished Mike Bellini took us out to our new car and went over every option showing us how it worked until we were comfortable using it. He then followed up several times after the purchase to see if we had any further questions and how we were liking the new vehicle. This kind of customer service is few and far between and truly appreciated when you are on the receiving end. GREAT JOB SHERIDAN NISSAN !!!!

Sheridan Nissan has ole fashioned customer service. A real person answers the phone and schedules service appointments with warm and friendly personality. No chat like other dealers in the area. The service technicials are knowledgeable and treat people the way they would want to be treated. The cashier is friendly and treats you like family. To top it off, they wash your car after it has been serviced. In my opinion, this is a good car service dealer.

I had a great experience with Mike Bellina! I would definitely reccomend doing business with him. He is straight forward and helps you explore different options so you pick the right car for you. He even went out of his way to secure the car I wanted from another dealership. The staff at Sheridan is nice and welcoming.

I always come to this Nissan to get my vehicle serviced because it is the best one in the area. I've been helped by Bill & Michelle. Both are very accommodating, informative, & respectful. I was even super impressed with the shuttle services provided by Charlie, a great guy. Again, come to this Nissan if you live in Delaware...

I recently went to Sheridan Nissan and had some minor work done to my 2018 Nissan Altima. They took care of the oil change and everything went smoothly as expected. I was well taken care of and will continue using their service center due to the great care they not only show my car but how they personally treat me as well. This place has really changed for the worse. Brought my car in for a oil change only and they found a "problem" that they had previously fixed and I had already paid them for but they claim they didn't have record of it and tried charging me again for the same repairs. I asked them to check their system again and they finally saw I had paid for said repairs and agreed to redo the work free of charge since it clearly wasn't done right the first time. I took my car back so they could redo the repairs free of charge as promised and they ironically found another "related problem" that would cost me $900. This place is a total scam and doesn't care about your car, they only care about your money. It's all about getting the highest commission for them. I dealt with 2 service reps Michelle and Bill and their manager Mike and all 3 became VERY dismissive and unprofessional when they realized I wouldn't be falling for the little scam they got going on. Took my car to another mechanic who charged me $350 for the same thing Nissan Sheridan was trying to charge me $900 for. They obviously have become so desperate for money that they have resorted to scamming their customers and something tells me they are the ones who gave my car that "related problem". I was a long term customer but definitely won't be returning after this. People should avoid this place at all cost if they value their hard earned money

Everyone was helpful and I was in and out in no time. Prices are high but they always are at the dealer. My salesman Bob Hoisington in Certified Used car department came to Service to say hello and was very helpful in retrieving my warranty information. He always goes above and beyond for his customers!

They prices on the appt scheduling website do not reflect the current prices for services. If Sheridan expects customers to pay those prices the website service prices should be updated. This has been the case for about 2 years

I purchased a used Nissan from a second hand dealership, I was interested in getting a new key fob, I phoned this Nissan dealership for an appointment, I was asked to bring my title, my license, my insurance card, and my registration!!! As proof that the car belonged to me, so I stated that I worked for the state of DE and my car was not stolen, her reply was well we don t know that! Thief I was told I would need to drop my car off, I told her I would prefer to wait, I was then told well you will have to wait at least 4 hours!!! I was also told that the key fob I had purchased most likely would not work although it is an authentic Nissan key I purchased off line! I would have to purchase a key from them plus pay for the programming! This presentation was a clear deterrent to not serve my needs!!!I consider this to be a type of profiling!!!!

All together it was a great experience! Not intending on purchasing a car but ended up doing so after all. Victor was receptive from the very first inquiry made online, then connecting with him in person and Dan s assistance was stellar as well. All together the whole team was friendly and supportive throughout the process. They gave us our space to talk over what we were going to do and if this was right for us; there was little pressure and for the first time in a while the dealership made us feel like we were valued and our business was important to them.

I had a great experience with the sales department Mike specifically. Mike did his best to get me a great price on my GTR and this rating would be no less than 5 star. However, the admin department failed on their part. I was told all fees are included on my final prices. Upon registration with my State (California) the fees were $428 short. I had to pay that out of pocket. For that reason I m giving it a 4 star instead of 5.

It was absolutely a wonderful experience Garnett was fantastic personality interest informative,experienced considerate overwhelmingly friendly confident charming and everybody in there that I have to deal with was more than gratefully warm too knowledge me in every way to feel wonderful about buying the car that I chose from used at Sheridan Nissan a outstanding group of people that I dealt with I will never forget how courteous they all are even down to the person to help me with the coffee machine and I love my car of course if I really have my choice I would have loved your had baby blue interior but we can always have everything we want LOL thank you and God bless you all Elaine Weir..

Our Nissan Titan was having trouble starting. We were worried, so we called Bill in service. He immediately got us scheduled (the very next morning) too care of us, as usual. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, changed our oil, rotated our tires, and gave us a car wash! He communicated with us every step of the way. We will only get our service done with Bill at Sheridan Nissan!

When I initially called to make the appointment I was yelled at by Debbie, She was totally mean and rude just out of nowhere, and threw me on hold. When Matt picked up the call, he didn't apologize for her behavior, he didn't want to give me her name as if he was covering up for her. I spoke with Rhonda by text, no response. I spoke with the manager Mike, no response. I left a message for Ed, no response. I felt insulted and disregarded. This establishment will never get my business... ever.

Matt, my salesperson was great, I booked my appointment online for oil change tire rotation and cut oil replacement but For some asinine reason when you book online with your vehicle info the Nissan website lets choose the services you want with prices, however when you get there they give a different price which was about double what I booked online. They say they can t see what you ve booked and give you a price!!! Completely ridiculous and just wrong, Matt however took a picture of screen of what I booked online and honored that price.

Hello my name it s benny and i want to share my experience at Sheridan Nissan Pre-Owned in new castle Delaware.I just bought a certified 2022 Nissan Altima with the help of my internet sales consultant and dealer Mike Bellina who help me since day one when i check this vehicle online and put my information, he been doing this for over 20 years and he s a top notch employee. He went more then beyond with the customer service from talking over the phone and there at the dealer. If anyone it s interested in buy a nissan go to Sheridan and see him, i highly recommended. Thanks Mike and Sheridan for this vehicle and the deal i got.

Sheridan Nissan was good up until my car needed a major service. My car needed a new transmission. You would think with it being covered under warranty there would be no issues. Communication was absolutely terrible throughout the whole process. It took 2 months to get my car back and now there is still a problem. Now I was told I would be charged a diagnostic fee if I bring it back. Absolutely ridiculous! This is a complete NIGHTMARE! Never again.

We loved the staff here. Our sales associate, Bob, was very professional and friendly. The manager, Brandon, at preowned sales, was a real pleasure. Kyle, at finance, was fast and efficient. All were knowledgeable and accommodating. They all stayed past business hours, to make sure everything went smooth for us. Never felt pressured, at all.
